The kids loved the indoor pool.

On Saturday night they had apparently booked an event. Upon returning to the property at 7:30 p.m. there was NO available parking space. The person on the desk suggested I might go across the road and park in a dirt field or drive around in case someone left. I finally was able to put my vehicle in a space left behind an 18 wheeler on the back side of the property since hand not backed all the way end

Great hotel that we've stayed at many times. The indoor pool is wonderfu for all weather, the grounds are beautiful, the breackfast is good and the staff is friendly. Only complaints this time is that the hot tub wasn't hot, but warm. They were doing something with the carpet on the 2nd floor and there were pieces of carpet everywhere.

Coopers Pub inside of the hotel was noisy at night, with half of the customers drunk and singing karaoke, therefore you can’t sleep with all of that noise.My bed wasn’t made one day, nor were my trash cans emptied. I felt like my rental car would be dented or worse, vandalized. La Quinta is definitely an older hotel that needs a serious remodel. I won’t be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. It is a pet friendly location so we were able to bring our puppy friends with us. Staff waa friendly and professional. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. Coopers Pub on site was good food and fun as well.

They put me in a room with bed bugs. I woke up at 1:30am to change rooms. The front desk lady covering the night shift acted fast to change my room and told me they should have not placed me in that room. The staff was aware of the bed bug issue the room ( 112 ). I came to the front desk at 6:30am in the morning, after a sleepless night to talk to the manager and she was not there yet. I left a note with the front desk requesting a call from the manager to talk about the issue and I didn’t get a callback. I got the impression that she does not see a bed bug issue as priority. After working a 10 hour shift I called back to the front desk with the intent of talking to the manager and they told me that the manager was not available even after I explained what the issue was. They took may number down once again and told me she would call me. 2 and a half hours later Linda ( manager) call me back and apologize for the bed bugs. After discussing the issue and Linda trying to talk to me about just washing my clothes and it. It being a big deal, she offered to refund me 1 day of stay. I requested a full refund and compensation for my personal belongings Clothing, my essentials. (My luggage). She let me know that she would that to her boss and get back to me. 😤 She called back the next day and left a voicemail saying she would refund the the full amount of the stay but did not mention anything about my personal items. I find my self out of my home state replacing my belonging.

Very disappointed with the hotel even attempted to give them a second chance to redeem themselves instead, they didn’t. When we walked up to the room the carpet seemed old and dirty. Room key wouldn’t work. But what was most disappointing the fact the sheets had multiple hairs inside the bed, We were offered a different room or offered clean sheets. We took the offer for the second room when we inspected the sheets we noticed hair again and a dirty pillow. We were offered another room and yes 3 chances. The next room sheets had dog hairs. We left and stayed elsewhere. The next day the manager called us and offered to redeem themselves and blamed the dirty rooms due a male maid who had previos reprimands regarding dirty rooms. Hotels can’t always blame the lack of on one person. It appears to me that issues have been known and not corrected. I don’t know to many people that gives a hotel 3 chances to redeem themselves and fail. We will not stay here

The property is showing its age. The carpets in the halls were dirty and pulling. The rooms themselves were pretty. good...bathroom could use some updating.

Need to clean hallways. Rooms next to mine LOUD at 11pm. Won't stay again

We had an issue with neighboring shower is extremely loud. They showered very late at night and it kept me up due to the abnormal loudness of the plumbing pipes. My friend in another room said that one of the bed sheet weren’t replaced because there was hair on it.

The only issue was we stayed in a room on the second floor, but was right above an entrance door that slammed every time it was opened/closed. Even if you tried to softly close it, you couldn’t. It literally made my bed shake and woke us all up several times through the night.

Liked how clean everything is. Breakfast started kinda late at 7-10. The courtyard had no curfew and because it was a nice night , people were out at the tables gathering and being loud past 11pm. Kinda hard to sleep with the echo and the room facing the courtyard. Would’ve been better with the highway .

Everything, nice gentleman at the front desk, he is such a hard worker and super friendly. There is always good coffee available. Location is perfect, but best of all, you get a balcony!!! Totally worth it!

Clean and nice cozy and quite stay. Only the bedroom should have some more light. With Table lamps only one can not see clearly your contents in your traveling suitcase. Just with table lamps the room is dark at night time. One has to enter a dark bedroom and search light switch to find there is only table lamp light only.

In rooms lighting was very low and dark making it difficult to read, amenities were very minimal, sheets on bed were worn out and continually came off, room clean up was not very thorough with crumbs on floor, and no replacement of toilet paper and facial tissue until we asked. Staff were very helpful and courteous

The room was very noisy. We didn’t have a good night sleep at all during our stay. I’ve never stayed anywhere where hotel noise has bothered me. The first night we had to call the front desk because the room above us was running up and down and jumping until 1am. If I didn’t know better I would have thought they were a heard of elephants. The front desk was great and called them right away. You could tell they the other guests were angry about it because they started jumping up and down more and yelling. I think it could be just where our room was as to why things were so noisy. My other big issue was the lack of hot water. We almost never had hot water in the sink. I think we got it once after a shower. The showers were never hot. Beds were comfortable and room seemed clean.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Easy to get to and convenient to all that the Prescott area has to offer. On the negative side, at night time the lobby area and the rooms are very poorly lit.

Love the one bedroom suite layout! Hubby gets up very early, and could close the bedroom door, watch tv, make coffee and shower while I was still sleeping. Lovely view from balcony on the quiet backside of the hotel. Good breakfast, too. Lots of shopping and dining choices close by, and a straight shot to the cute downtown of Prescott and Whiskey Row. Would definitely stay there again!

Great staff, rooms and facilities clean.

The place is safe and within the driving distance from all necessities. However, made our stay particularly pleasant was the staff. The people at the reception desk, the cleaning crew and the breakfast attendant were all very helpful, courteous, pleasant and professional.

Everything was good except for the lady working the front desk on Saturday… anytime you would ask for anything she seemed upset about having to help with anything.

Property and staff are fine. One negative is they send you a pre check text message to ‘speed your check in’. You enter some vehicle information which I did. However, once I arrived I was asked to fill out the same info on paper. When I pointed this out to the front desk they didn’t have an answer for me and said you need to do it again. Please fix or stop sending a redundant text please.

The host at front desk was not very friendly and a bit rude when asked about checking out early. The phone in the room was broken and it had to be fixed a day later. At 11:00 pm you could hear people above the room bouncing/jumping on floors which made it hard to put babies to sleep. I had to call to complain and no apology was given. Dead bug in the corner of the room. Ended up leaving a day early, no comps or refund. Will not be staying at this location again.

The breakfast was great. We had to extend our stay and the front desk was very accomadating. Great service.

I liked it was separate from all other hotels and easy to get in and out. Convenient location. Close to Prescott dowtown and near Prescott Valley. Room was comfortable. Clean too. Thank you! 😊

It served my needs overall, but you need a car if you stay here. It is along a highway and does not have sidewalks to walk to the nearest shopping centers. Thankful for Uber to help me get where I needed to go.

We always love staying here whenever we visit the Prescott Valley area. Nice location tucked away from the city part and very quiet and comfortable at night.

The hotel is centrally located, just a few miles north of the charming downtown area of Prescott and easy access to roads leading to Jerome, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. La Quinta by Wyndham is very clean, large size rooms and comfortable. It has sparse decor, but that doesn't bother us at all. Lovely continental breakfast daily, with a wide variety of options. All employees that we spoke with were welcoming and kind. We especially liked a young Man that was working swing shift, he was a newer employee, and very helpful, knowledgeable about the hotel and area, efficient and friendly.

The property was close to everything we needed

Breakfast was inedible. Eggs tasted like they were made with fish oil. Beds were not comfortable nor were the pillows. Would definitely not go back there. We paid for 4 nights and left after 3.....

I stayed with my sister and we had a second floor room with a balcony! The pool was big and heated. I also liked the pub they had there so I didn't have to drive and get food when I was settled in. I would definitely stay here again!

Good breakfast

This location was not up to standard compared to other LaQuinta hotels. The tile floors and carpets n common areas were very dirty! Our room had hot water in the sink but not the shower. Although we were initially told there were no other rooms available on our floor, a manager found one a few doors down. After moving, maintenance reported the hot water was fine even after the manager confirmed it didn’t work. We stayed Sunday night to Wednesday morning and had no variety on the breakfast. That’s a first for us. Usually bacon one day, sausage the next, or a different style of eggs… nothing changed and potatoes were not offered at all.

This is a very old property that has been updated over the years. Some staff members are great while others not so much! Breakfast is definitely lacking and closes at 9AM. And they refuse to replenish items after 8:30AM. Who ever thought of this practice!? They clearly aren't into the whole breakfast idea! Most hotels that offer breakfast do so until check out. Won't stay here again and cannot recommend.

Our room was near the back entrance where we requested since we were pulling a trailer. The exterior door to the parking never locked. A sign is posted saying door locked 24 hours. Since our room was next to entrance it made me uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the front desk, but it was never fixed during our stay. There were 2 pillows in each bed that were flat. Very uncomfortable. The vanity sink is in the same room as toilet and shower. With 4 people getting ready this was an inconvenience. Morning breakfast had a nice selection. Not sure if hotel is associated with Coopers Pub, but food was horrible along with the service.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is we were told the restaurant would stay open until 9 and when we got there at 8, it was already closing and we were unable to order any food! So we had to drive to find something to eat which was annoying. But we would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, the room was large, and loved the balcony area.
