bath room stinked (smell). No AC and room temperature very hot and complained but no action. No view from the room. Food at the restaurant was good.and waiters well trained. overall it was not worth the money spend.

It was unfortunate that the AC was not working and as usual the WiFi was poor. We were given a voucher for two free breakfasts because of these faults. We always enjoy the restaurant.

デリー空港でのトランジットの際に利用しました。大通り１本挟んで、エアロシティのホテルとの価格の差にびっくりし、ちょっと騒音もあるのかなと思いきや、全然静かで、施設の質も問題なし。スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。夜遅かったのでホテル内のレストラン・バーで夕食をとりましたが、本格的なインド料理とお酒はとても美味しかったです。空港からも近く、ぜひ次回も利用したいと思います。

After negotiating several times and showing the receipt, they finally admitted that they were wrong. Your impression will change depending on who you speak to at the front desk. Be careful when booking and checking in. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were very kind, so overall I was satisfied.

Hospitality was good but house keeping service was not good. Bedding and all wasn't changed and remained same for my 4 days of stay. Also some of the pillow covers were dirty and evidently visible but still nothing was done. Food was good

The hotel is very near the airport (about 15 mins drive away from Terminal 3). Hotel is showing its age. Sheets are clean. However, the bed is very soft. Shower head was also dirty. It is located next to the Highway, so expect it to be noisy, even late at night. Did not find any attractions near the hotel.

I booked a Deluxe Double room but the room assigned was quite small which made it difficult to move around. The other major problem is the area has poor mobile network connectivity. The wifi provided by the hotel also has a weak signal which does not make it ideal to stay at this hotel.

The image of the rooftop which would draw most guest to this listing, turns out the rooftop is not available to guests. The rooms could do with better windows to protect guests from the loud 24/7 busy highway running along the hotel. You would find it impossible to sleep unless you ask to be moved, which the hotel staff already expect. They will then claim that the new identical room is a deluxe room just because it's situated at the back of the hotel and away from the highway noise. The breakfast doesn't offer many varieties, although the adjoining restaurant to the hotel has lovely staff

The waitress and server was very pleased and nice. The room was comfortable except was very noisy most of my nights and in the day. Couldn’t sleep. It could have been because. Checking in there was some problems as well and was not happy about that…

This was the worst experience a guest could ever have at a hotel. Rooms were in a poor condition and the staff was rude and unhelpful! The staff on duty on the night of 12/3/2023, repeatedly called the room and harassed us. This is not the type of experience you expect at a premium hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

They were blaming expedia and i tried to contact expedia but no help either he wanted to charge me another $100.00 because expedia didnt sent the confirmation code to them we were hungry and had to wait 45 mins plus. So sad that in this age they r so behind
