Right off the interstate! Only one working elevator that was too far away from the rooms, as well as not enough parking space. Room cleanliness could use some improving. All hardwood floors that seemed like they hadn’t been swept mopped in awhile. I guess the housekeepers don’t check the fridges, we found left over food and ice cream still in the fridge.

The property is fairly rundown on the exterior and the room entrances are exterior only. I don't think I've been through a parkling lot with as many potholes in my entire life. Also way too limited parking for the amount of rooms. The interior of the rooms are modernized though and quiet refreshed although you could see the void where the minifridge was supposed to be but wasn't. Would I stay here again maybe but I'd probably look for a place that has a more inviting exterior.

Wanted something near my destination, Adams County Fairgrounds or more recently renamed Riverdale Regional Park & Fairgrounds, and the closest was ten miles. Had my canine companion with me and La Quinta always makes it hassle free. That's why I like all the La Quinta brand. This was right off of Interstate 25. A LOT of shops, restaurants and service stations in the vicinity. My room was large, clean and modern. Breakfast served. Only drawback would be the age of the building. It was not new, a LOT of potholes in the road around the hotel. And so it goes. Respectfully yours,

The check in process was easy. Going into the room there was a Grill being used to cook food in the parking lot right besides the room. the room itself had dirty floors and the furniture in the room was worn. The pool was not working and covered in green algae. Additionally, while it is not the hotels fault there were several vagrants wandering around near the hotel property and parking lots through out the day and night.

The room smelled funny. Not sure if they cleaned the tub, there was toothpaste on the handle of the shower. The shower pressure was awful. I went to put my stuff on the bathroom counter, and there was a dental floss pick sitting on the counter. It was not ours.

First room I was given was dirty, tub was wet, heat light timer was still running, stuff splattered on walls in sink area, ice bucket filthy, floor appeared un swept. I would say someone had just left as i checked in after 7:00pm. Front desk staff very apologetic and gave me a different room. But I would never stay again.

They have bed bugs and wouldnt give me my money back, when i left after the first night!!! They had food all over the floor. This was the worst experience ive ever had a hotel and when i didnt even stay they, still wouldnt give me my money back for the unstayed nights

The room was dirty. I had to clean the bath tub before i was able to shower in it for it was dirty w/ hair, dirt etc, the floor was dirty, the bed spread was stained etc. It was nothing like the room in the picture i rented. Nowhere to park, i had to park by Village Inn. Trash by my room was overflowed.

This hotel was absolutely gross. I booked it based off good reviews and being a decent price. The second we opened the door to the room a foul mold smell could be smelled. It was filthy. Hair on and in the sheets, floor had not been vacuumed for a very long time and all the surfaces were grimy. If it had not been for traveling all day and checking in at midnight, we would have left and found a different place to stay.

My room had roaches and roly poly bugs. I was scared for bed bugs so I stripped the bed. The mattress was torn up and looked like it was a crime scene. So disgusting. Some of the hotel guests at this hotel we're dealing drugs and left me feeling unsafe. Noisy all day and night.

Staff was absolutely amazing! The first room we got the bed was obviously not cleaned. It had dirt and pet hair all over the sheets. We asked for another room and the night lady was great and gave us another right away! However the new room had a dirty bath tub and the door handle to the bathroom was broken.

The deadbolt didn’t work and the door had sunlight coming through, so there wasn't a good seal. The living room and dining room had sheers, but no curtains or blinds. The walk from the bedroom to bathroom was not private. There was no hairdryer. I contacted the office and they said there should be one and to double check. I said we did and didn't get a response. The floor and coffee table were dirty. The love seat was broken and dirty. The chair was dirty. The sheets were stained. The apartment was a wonderful size, but not somewhere I would want to stay again unless some work was done. The outside of the building was beautiful. I was really shocked and disappointed with the apartment.

We expected two queen beds and instead got double beds. 5 travelers (we were provided with extra comforter and sheets for the 5th person. Daily upkeep wasn’t done (COVID?), so we had to make sure we asked for extra toilet paper and towels. We emptied our daily trash. For the cost it was ok. The daily breakfast varied, but waffles were available every day.

The door in our room did not close properly. We could hear everything going on outside plus the highway traffic noise. We didn't feel safe with the door not closing properly. The Registration desk offered to move us, but we had two rooms and our family in the other room were already settled in and didn't want to move.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean but a bit outdated, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Staff was friendly but not very attentive. The location was convenient, but the noise from the police screaming at my neighbor to get out made it hard to sleep. It wasn’t terrible, but I probably wouldn’t stay again unless I had to

We loved this location and how close it was to the freeway. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I might change next time is to ask not to be next to the maintenance room. There was a lot of noise and commotion going on every morning Due to, I think the maintenance team and the cleaning staff Rolling carts and talking very loudly, made it so that we could not sleep anymore In the future, I would still stay here. I would just ask to not be close to the maintenance room. Just a heads up in case anybody else is plenty to stay here. It was a great hotel and I am sure we will stay there again the next time we’re in Colorado.

The room didn’t look like the advertised room…it was cramped and outdated. It was quite embarrassing knowing I had family staying in this room. The room had double beds, most often queen beds, in fact they were two full beds for 3 adults. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible. No front desk personal upon arrival. Waited over 20 minutes for front desk personal to arrive. While waiting a lady came up and informed that she don’t know where the front desk person went and she has been waiting also. Lady calls someone and explains the front lady left and we waited for a new employee to show. New lady was rude and didn’t acknowledge us and I approached front desk. Lady continued to be rude, slamming phone down, throwing her pen. She put us in a two queen bed room and I simply pointed out my rsvp was for a king room. She started arguing saying no the rsvp is for a 2 queen bed. I showed her my rsvp confirmation which indicated king bed. She got upset and said the confirmation was wrong. I politely told her that I was only providing proof. Then she continued saying she is sold out and can’t do anything anyway and if I wanted a king bed she can refund my credit card and I could elsewhere. No customer service and unfriendly. I took the room keys and left the lobby.

We rented the room through Expedia. The property tried to charge us the full amount of the room instead of just putting a damage deposit on hold. I showed the associate at the front desk our receipt from Expedia along with the bank statement showing that the room had been paid for. The associate at La Quinta stated that she f’ing hated Expedia and that they didn’t participate with Expedia. She tried to deny us the room that had already been paid for. She then called her manager who told her to allow us to stay. Within 10 minutes of our departure, they attempted to charge us for the stay AGAIN, even though we had already paid through Expedia. It was a terrible experience and a filthy hotel.

Started out good very helpful then we had to stay a couple more nights as the couple days turned to 10 or more customer service turned very ugly very disrespectful and at the end the main manager told us we needed to place another 100$ deposit so we asked if they could check us out to get the deposit from before and we will put it back in when that occurs because the times before they let us carry over the deposit due to we stayed in the same room and we paid for extra night as we needed because we are in between aptments and wait for the new apartment to be checked and is in code. The staff and the manger basically said no you need to get out and have 40mins to do so my partner a disabled veteran who has two broken shoulder blades had to pack and move all our luggage do to the streets he as of right now is still in a tremendous amount of pain. There is plenty more seems we were the only ones obaying the all dogs need to be leashed but we got the attitude and remarks because our service dog is big and barks at the other dogs. Overall very unpleasant and most disrespectful hotel besides the motel 6 and they had black mold in the ceiling tiles that's how bad your hotel was and wouldn't recommend it to my dieing worst enemy to stay there. No response on trying to make things right like part money back or a couple nights at another sister hotel no nothing

The room was actually quite comfortable and clean. It was much quieter than I expected it to be given the busy area the hotel is located in. The hotel is just a few blocks from I-25 at 120th Ave. so a busy area to be sure. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at night as I never noticed a sign from 120th Ave, even though the hotel is right next to but below 120th Ave level as it is a high overpass over I-25. Once I found my way to the hotel, got checked in and settled in my room, I was quite pleased. The rooms were large; the bathrooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. I never heard much of anything outside my room all night or the next morning.

I understand that budget hotels have their quirks, but this one pushed the bounds of my comfort. The room smelled like mildew and smoke, various things were broken or out of service, and the hotel was very outdated. I was disappointed that the images presented online did not match the hotel at all. The staff was kind and helpful, but the facilities were poor and there were strange people around the property that made it feel unsafe.

Have never had a bad experience at a La Quinta, but this was so disconcerting we left and got another hotel. Sketchy area, sketchy people, homeless encampment out back and in an old motel, so there is outdoor access to all the rooms.

This was a clean property but it was old and the rust, wear and tear were everywhere. The staff did not service/freshen our room. There were people wandering around the place. I would never stay at the property again nor would I recommend anyone who travels from outside the area stay there.

Our experience walking in the door is it smelled of cigarettes walking to our room from the front desk. The dining area is fairly small and the selection of food was sub par with not much offered. Room was pretty clean along with the bathroom. We have never stayed at a La Quinta and i hate to say it we will not be back to La Quinta.

The hotel was nice, not really on the fancy side for La Quinta. The staff were very friendly and helpful getting us checked in and out even when we were arriving and leavings late at night. Only thing lacking was the variety in your continental breakfast: mostly just carbs no protein (besides refrigerated boiled eggs) and no fruit.

The front desk staff were kind and professional, and I appreciated their quick response when I requested a room change. If you have a chance to find a better hotel for even a little more, I would highly recommend it. After my first stay here over Easter weekend 2023, I thought I’d give it a second chance. Over Halloween weekend I stayed here and it only confirmed what I had previously thought. The rooms was damaged with no sign of repair - missing baseboard with a hole along the wall near the floor - blow dryer was broken but still stuck to the wall - water pressure was weakened and often varied from hot to cold to warm to cold and back to hot - everywhere smelled like smoke because people smoked near the elevator - the elevator always had an interesting smell each morning - no bowls at breakfast for cereal (not sure how you don’t keep stock of materials) - and they Denver charged the hold on my card but rather processed the entirety of the stay in the middle of my stay instead of at the end. Definitely look elsewhere if you can. 2/5.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Do yourself the favor and stay elsewhere a bit more pricey because they’re was no breakfast but bagels and cereal the 3 days we were here with a bunch of the homeless coming in several times to eat what was available. Dogs barking all over through the night (neighbors and homeless) and lots of drunks around midnight to 2AM being obnoxious. Never staying at any of these again as it was my first time being at one. Staff in the morning was also very rude and allowed dining to be shared with the homeless group during breakfast hours. Lied about serving actual breakfast options.
