Upon arrival I read a tattered paper taped to the counter of the front desk explaining that the elevator was not working. When I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience the clerk informed me that would be unlikely as the elevator had not been functioning for over a year.

Very disappointing stay. Almost nothing worked properly. The elevators were not working, the tub did not work correctly, the room locks were a problem, and even the remotes did not match the TVs. The walls and ceilings are insanely thin. I could clearly hear the TVs in the rooms next door and every movement from the people above me. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay, this is definitely not it unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper. For what you pay for a hotel room, basic things like being able to get into your room, use the elevator, watch the TV, and get some sleep should not be too much to expect.

Elevator does not work and pool was not in use. Floor has stains, cabinet door was off the hinge, bathtub was peeling and also had crack in it, bathroom sink had a piece of hair plus cracks and the countertop are being supported by woods to hold it up. The whole hotel need to be redone to keep up with the looks. We scheduled for three nights but ended up staying one night cause my wife could not go up the stairs (put us in a room on third floor) with a bad knee. They were nice enough to let us cancel the two nights after the first night. Also the smells was not great either. Not much selection for breakfast as well.

The property was very rundown and smelled bad as we entered the door to check in the counter staff told us the pool hasn't been operational in 5 years and they had mattresses and chairs in that area. We got a refund on our reservation and left as fast as we could....
