Quality Inn Denver Westminster

When I got there to check in I could not find anyone at the front desk I walked around looking for about 10 minutes no pool they have pictures online with pool washer and dryer stopped working the workout equipment did not work

I loved our rooms. Decent breakfast 😋. Staff was super nice. I just wished their treadmill worked...lol. thats it.

I've stayed at Quality Inn for 5 years now. In the 5 years there pool has not been opened. Don't understand, that's part of the amenities. I've asked, still no pool. Also stayed last year in March and found a hair in the waffle batter. Won't eat anymore waffles.

Stayed for a week my room was on the third floor. The elevator didn’t work at any point in time that I was there the room itself was relatively clean. However, the hand towel rack fell off the wall last day stairways were not as well kept breakfast was at or below average for an older facility that this one was Probably would not recommend staying at this facility again, unless it was heavily discounted

Room wasn’t cleaned too well, we found liquor bottles on side of one bed, bathroom was really tiny & bathtub had hair inside it. Ice bucket had like juice or something stained in bottom (did not use) The elevator did not work, we had to take stairs upstairs each time, the breakfast was alright. Diner area small.

Rooms were good but no working fitness room or pool. Two of the reasons we were staying there. It was clean and well managed.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Food was fresh and tasty, and the attendant was always maintaining the dining area and food area. Room and bed were comfortable too. The pool and hot tub were not opened and appeared to be completely empty. The elevator was also not working. This particular Quality Inn could use an upgrade/remodel. Parking lot was rough with potholes.

Pool out of order. Elevator out of order. Public restroom out of order. Room was none too clean and the toliet didn't work properly. On the positive side, the staff at breakfast kept things clean and stocked.

Pictures of the property online definitely do no represent how actually is / elevator did not work / pool area was locked up / floor in room was dirty / shower felt like you were going to fall through ( creaking) / beds were comfirtable

Yes it was very clean quiet comfortable and enjoyable to relax . Id recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the area. As well as return if needed to without a question.

I have stayed there many times.the rooms are always clean and staff always friendly and helpful.

Our room had a horrible smell and there were pee stains on the comforter. The staff was nice and tried to help remove the smell.

We booked this location due to it's close proximity to our trip destinations. It was actually a nice hotel with decent amenities and a nice, clean room.

Blood stain on my sheets was an unpleasant surprise.

At a glance room looked clean, walls are super thin to where you can hear the next rooms conversations. First night I was there I didnt end up sleeping in my room but the second night I did, went to bed around midnight and was woken up around 4 am, covered in bed bug bites(I\'m allergic)and even found one crawling on the pillow. Took pictures and video as proof, told the overnight lady at the front desk and it was like she was she didn\'t care at all, just wrote down the room number and that was it. No apology, or anything. I went back to my room and checked all my things and essentially wanted until the morning shift arrived mostly becuaee I figured the women on the night shift didn\'t care to pass along the message (which she didn\'t) When I talked to the woman on the morning shift her automatic reply was "well why are you just telling us now,you\'ve been here a few days" basically treating me like I\'m just trying to get a free room. I didnt care about paying for the room but moreso cared about other people staying in the the room and being allergic such as myself. She gave me the email for the building and I sent them a email with the proof. Received a message saying that if they\'re contracted pest company found proof I\'d be issued a refund, still haven\'t heard back nor recieved my refund. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

Check in was easy. Carpet def needs deep cleaning w/grease spots aplenty. Room clean, bathroom spotless, highly rate cleaning crew. Pillow comfy, bed decent tho well used by depressed areas on each side from sleepers. Very quiet for being close to highway. Food avg. Nice for price.

The women desk people were very nice. The weekend desk agent gave us old pillowcases which should have been thrown out. Also, a bit argumentative about changing the bed which was not acceptable (unclean; found 3 hairs in what were supposed to have been clean sheets). Most of the bedding was stained or had holes in it.

The hotel is in kind of a weird location, and the whole place looks old, not clean, and poorly maintained. The bathroom sink in our room still had toothpaste splashes from the last guest. And no joke- there was a dried white substance all over the carpet by the nightstand. We were afraid to walk barefoot. Just gross overall.

There were many items in our room that were lacking maintenance; creaky, shower floor, toilet stool, was loose on the floor, towel rack had screws coming out, mirror was loose and corner corner was damaged.

It is a great hotel for the price. The property was clean and didn't smell funny, the beds were good, shower worked great and was very clean, and the breakfast had hot eggs and sausage which is unusual for a hotel at this price range. 5 stars for sure!

I enjoyed my stay. Good value for the money. The breakfast was good. Helpful staff. The AC unit in my room was very loud. Staff promised to have it checked out.

Good value. The service here is excellent, the breakfast is decent, my room smells good (big deal to me) and the bed is very comfortable. I had a bit of an issue with a noisy/slow filling toilet and the WiFi is kind of a pain because you have to keep re-connecting to it but for the price I think it's a good value!

I've stayed here a few times and the service is really good, the breakfast is decent and all in all not too bad but also not fantastic. This last time my room smelled a little sus and the WiFi went out for several hours. The hotel is kind of run down. Even when the WiFi is working they make you log back into it a lot which is a pain. Probably not too bad of a value for the price though.

We were here for a 1-night stay. Just needed a place to lay our heads down. If you are staying longer I recommend requesting a room away from the highway. We were so dead beat tired that it didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper it will definitely bother you. Service was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was basic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks dated, definitely needing new carpeting and paint. The toilet seat was very loose. The elevator was not working, so all belongings had to be carried up the stairs. The vending and ice machine were only on the main floor, so more trips up and down stairs. I guess it was okay for the great price.

We were very upset and disappointed when we realized that they had changed our reservation without our consent. We booked a double room with 2 queen beds and we paid in advance. What we got was a room with 1 queen bed and one sofa bed. That was not what we had booked. We realized when we got to the room and the front desk agent hadn't said anything about it; we obviously complained but she said that the double rooms with 2 queen beds were sold out. How can this happen? We made a reservation and paid in advance because we wanted a specific room. I'm utterly disappointed, it was a terrible service.

What really makes this property shine is the staff. Sandra and Monique ( i may have misspellled..sorry ladies) are so invested in guest experience. In a world where everyone is busy and time is at a premium..these ladies value the guest. Certainly, this speaks volumes for who hired them as well. Thank you, sincerely for your graciousness.

The location was perfect, secluded innan industrial park and very quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in. Front desk Manager Neel was awesome!! We had an issue with our room and he made it right and gave us options that we we're happy with. Customer service at its absolute best!!

This mediocre property is unfortunately extremely rigid when it comes to their deposit policy, requiring not only a $150 deposit, which is double the price of the room itself for a night, but they also require a physical credit card for the deposit. No cash, no tap to pay, no digital transactions. In 2024. And this is certainly no Hilton. I’m sorry, but if I have every penny of your ludicrous deposit, yet I happen to be waiting for a replacement card due to attempted identity theft, and it’s midnight, I’m exhausted, and nowhere on any website is this unaccommodating policy clearly noted, and I am stiffly disallowed from checking in, your establishment is unequivocally classist. Following that, I had to not only book a different hotel for the day prior (since it’s after midnight), which requires a live phone conversation, but I had to learn in said conversation that the rude front desk agent had already cancelled my reservation, despite being told I was working on a solution. Not only does that leave the pending reservation charge active on my only working card, but once I had booked my other hotel, I had to call the original booking service and have them call the hotel to request a cancellation approval to reverse the fee, if it’s non-refundable. Rudely enforcing arbitrary rules that specifically exclude people without access to certain payment methods is shameful practice, and not how any lodging facility should be run. Ostentatious, Impolite, Obnoxious.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfort of our room. Thank you.

I stood in the lobby with my wife for over 20 minutes waiting to check in after someone finally showed up they were rude to myself and the other person waiting check. The guy who showed up was in one of the bash offices stating that everything was recorded so I don’t know why it took him that long to get to the front

We arrived on the night that had the worldwide computer glitch. The entire system of ChoiceHotels was down and could not check-in the guests. The front desk had to decline and asked the folks who made the reservations to leave. Fortunately, we pre-paid the fees via Orbitz and it had been shown as paid. So, the staff assisted us to obtain the room that we were looking for. The outage did not end even the time we checked out. One way or the other, the hotel staff went above her way to locate the room for us, even though we drove for over 12 hours to the property. I was totally obliged of what she went thorugh on getting the room for us. The property was quiet and the breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel and we were very happy during the check-out time.

The stay was excellent except elevator was not working. However the young man working the check in desk helped us get our luggage to the second floor. He was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had paid for the room through Hotels.com and had looked to see if there was a security deposit. There was not one mentioned. When I went to check n they told me there was. $150 deposit which I did not have. The desk clerk was very nice and understanding giving me a chance to not let him down by waiving the deposit. I was so thankful. I didn’t know how I was going to manange it

Great price and nice location. The area felt safe and away from a couple other hotels down the road. A little worn in the bathroom but was not horrible. Had a microwave and fridge plus the room was big. Staff was kind and helpful both the gentleman in the evening and lady overnight. My only issue was the carpet needed some TLC. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again because of the price and 15 min to Coors stadium.

There was construction going on constantly and we were roomed right next to the door which could be heard opening and closing constantly all day.Also it was right next to the highway so you heard that all day and night, but we didn’t stay a whole lot during the day and it okay at night. The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. The room stayed cleaned whenever we left. It was located in what I would say semi-safe, lots of homeless and signs saying park at your own risk that they weren’t liable for possible theft on specific sides of the hotel. But the price was good and I knew we would be out doing a lot and wouldn’t be hanging out here except to sleep and shower.

Quiet area

The Quality Inn Denver in Westminster is an affordable hotel that offers large, comfortable rooms and good customer service. The continental breakfast is okay. The hotel is located between Boulder and Denver, but it’s easy to confuse with the other Quality Inn in Westminster

It’s close to the highway so easy access. Close to shops .

The facility could have been a little cleaner. And location is right by the highway so it tended to be a little noisy.

It was very cosy for the price. Parking was easy and the location was convenient to many great places.

Good value and central to explore various areas in Denver or the mountains

The hotel ran out of breakfast at 9:00am, 30 minutes before closing. I don’t remember the front desk saying breakfast ended at 9:30 either. Usually breakfast ends at 10:00 on weekends. No pool or hot tub. Plenty of parking and front desk stay was very friendly.

Our group understands that breakfast if free and complimentary, but it was disappointing to not have the yogurt and boiled egg options that we typically see. There were slices of bread but no toaster. One of the people in our group has some food challenges so we were bummed when those options were not available. Staff was great though. We appreciated their kindness and friendliness.

Great place to stay in Debver area. The hotel is clean and well cared for just a tad old and a bit run down in a couple of areas. But our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with hit and cold food. The coffee was surprisingly tasty. Would stay again.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Rented here because it said there was a pool but they closed the pool and using it for a storage room. Breakfast was the same every day. They didn’t try to make anything different. They only put yogurt out on the weekends.
