Staff was super nice! The hotel was all around average as far as everything else. No breakfast, no elevator (3rd floor rooms suck with luggage and equipment!) floor under the bed and in spots showed signs of not being cleaned properly. Average price for the surroundings. DO NOT LEAVE EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT IN THE CAR HERE!

A nice place with an elevator.

The hotel is about 20 minutes away from downtown core, and was easily accessible. It was a bit noisy during our first night of stay and there were limited dining options within walking distance (Nancy's Cafe for breakfast, across from the hotel was great, though). It has laundry facilities which was very helpful. Overall, a good place that offers value for money.

Don't stay here if you have an RV, driving a uhaul or pulling a trailer ... very small parking lot that has 1 way in and out and no room to turn around. There is nothing nearby that you can park in except across the very busy Federal Blvd in the old abandoned supermarket parking lot. Very unsafe to have to cross that street, especially if you have luggage with you. Otherwise, decent ... except the towels are very old, stained and rough.

NO elevator,ice machine in another building behind locked door labeled "laundry", traffic noise, air conditioner so loud no sleep is possible. After the next room started yelling at 3:00AM we decided to leave after that one night. When I checked out I was refunded only one night instead of the two nights of the three I paid for because I did not give them 48 hours notice! Really?

Breakfast in the hotel would be nice, and extra small sink., but laundry facility was convenient. Staff were very nice!

No frills, very clean. Exactly what we wanted... inexpensive digs for one night. Not a great neighborhood however the motel has only one way in and out making crime less likely. Safe place for a night en route to better places.

Only complaint was the room was extremely dark as no over head lights and the only light n the room was a single table lamp . At the end of the room by the bathroom there was a light over the sink area but that was it. It was dark enough that I was compelled to request an additional lamp. Sadly they did not have one. Other than that, the room was nice. The building is a little older but is good repair. table and chair in room was much appreciated. Microwave and fridge worked. Hot water readily available and good water pressure. As far as I know there is no elevator so expect to use stairs unless your room is on ground floor. Parking is plentiful although some spots take a bit of maneuvering to get into/out of. There is no daily housekeeping but the front desk readily provided extra coffee upon request. Places to eat in walking distance and even one next door. Would I stay here again? That is an easy YES, I would.

No refrigerator - it was outside the room apparently out of order. No microwave. No breakfast.

Outdated style-wise but literally the cleanest hotel we've ever been to! We ran disinfectant wipes along commonly missed spots and were surprised to find no dirt on the wipes. It is family ran and everyone was very pleasant. Would recommend the stay, just don't expect anything fancy.

The floors of the room were dirty (feet got dark), but was clean to the eye. Beds were extremely thin and cheap (somehow felt worse than a blow up mattress). You can tell they are putting work in to make it better, but they have a ways to go.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. That's all I care about. I was very pleased. Great job!

Bed bugs!

Take a risk staying at this place. 1) there’s a $100 deposit aside from the total cost. 2) there’s a powerful smell in the room. I can’t say it was a particularly bad smell because it personally didn’t bother me too much, but my sister could not handle it. It’s just powerful. 3) THERE WAS BED BUGS!!! Fortunately we were able to get our money back but we were in the room for about 1 hour when we noticed them and left immediately.

The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3, had to wait for 30 minutes to get room done. When we got in the room it smelled so badly with bleach. We had to keep the door and windows open. The curtains and bed skirt were dirty. We turned on the TV and there was no signal, so front desk came and fixed TV for about an hour. When we finally went to sleep there were cockroaches climbing on the TV. We couldn't leave to different room; the place was sold out and they wouldn't give our money back. I will never go to this Motel again.

The room was not very clean there was mats coming out of the drain in the sink and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. For paying that price I excepted more very disappointed checked out early and didn’t get my deposit back the room was cleaner when I left them when I arrived

My wife and I just needed a one night stay and City Inn was perfect. Very affordable, quite clean, comfortable queen bed, and had refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, good internet, and TV. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Great view of downtown

Worst internet I\'ve ever experienced in a hotel. It\'s advertised at 25 Mbps, but I measured it at 1.84 Mbps. For those who aren\'t familiar, that\'s completely unusable. It took over 10 minutes to reserve a time slot to enter Rocky Mountain National Park and caused us to miss our desired entry time. The room itself is old and dingy. The hair dryer in our room didn\'t work. The bathroom fan is so loud as to be deafening. And we booked a "mountain view" room, but the only view was of the parking lot. There\'s not a single mountain in sight. I can\'t imagine how this terrible motel got rated 3 stars.

I liked everything but the noisy road.

The lighting in our room was nearly nonexistent — we had just one lamp and a light in the bathroom area. I’d strongly suggest adding another lamp or at least a second bedside table with a light. Also, providing more than two towels would have been appreciated. Aside from that, the frequent foot traffic of questionable guests coming and going every few minutes was concerning. It didn’t feel particularly secure. Overall, the stay was barely bearable, but with a few improvements, it could be much better.

The beds are very hard

My tv did not work. I had to go buy an hdmi so i could actually watch tv. Also the heat light in rhe bathroom did not work. Other than that it was ok at best

Both the wifi and tv didn’t work. No shower curtain. There were people sitting on the stairs outside our room watching videos on their phone very loudly. Felt a little unsafe having people outside our door. Definitely learned a lesson and will do more research on the hotel before booking. Just got home from a 2 week long roadtrip and staying at 8 hotels total and this was by far the worst one. Having Mountain View in the listing is laughable.

Nice for the price. Ammenities included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and table with 2 chairs. Clean.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Tried to charge me a $25 early check in fee (on a $57 room) because I arrived at 1:45, then when I came back at 3 they couldn't take my credit card information and made me wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes to see if they could get their machines working. They could not. Had to give my information to the owner over the phone. Room was clean, but- never again.

I selected wrong day asked if it could be cancelled they said wyes but I would still be charged no sense of cancelling at that point my phone kept ringing and getting texts if I was still cancelling I spoke with a man on phone and told him I would check in before 10 later this lady calls asks if I’m still ch cling on told her I already told the guy I was and she says what time I said before 10 and she says she needs exclact time or would cancel my reservation so I just go in to check in so they stop calling my phone I start to ask questions and she ignores me same issues with this lady last time as she was rude than and I will make sure this is my last stay here due to the bad service from this lady everyone else with staff I’ve had no issues with

I believe this is an owner operator facility. They could not have been better. We were not able to arrive until two in the morning. They put a lockbox out side of our room. Emailed me the code and pictures of the room and the door and the code for the lock box so we were able to get in our room without any difficulty. There is an excellent breakfast place right across the street. We were worried we would have to have a late check out since we got in at such a strange hour of the morning and they were very accommodating with a late check out. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come through Denver

Television did not work. The came to the room and fixed the problem. But they then charged us $1.25 for "stained towels". Huh? They can't pre-spot when they clean? Then they failed to return our room deposit back to our debit card, causing overdraft fee's. Called to resolve the problem, and was "given the runaround" about how I could only speak with the owner, and he's not in. Apparently ever.

They charged $100 deposit, I did nothing for them to keep it, but they still never refunded me.

We ran out of tp in our room and there was no one around to get us more. We had to go buy our own.

I booked a three-day hotel reservation in Denver, Colorado. Unfortunately, my arrival was delayed due to airport issues, a car accident, and even a flat tire. I finally arrived at the hotel just before 10 PM, only to find the place already closed. When I checked my phone, I saw a text message stating that the hotel closes at 10 PM. I called, but of course, no one answered. I admit it was my fault for not checking my phone earlier, but I had no idea the hotel would close at that time. That night, I had no choice but to check into another hotel. The next morning, when I went to Citi Inn, I was told there were no vacancies. I explained that I had booked for three nights, but they said my booking had been canceled. They also told me that since I booked through Expedia, I should expect a call and a refund. However, Expedia never contacted me. Later that night, I called Expedia myself. They tried to reach Citi Inn, but no one answered. The following day, Expedia finally called me back only to say that the hotel never refunded my money. It’s a shame for a place with such good ratings to operate this way.

Staff in front office (chinese guy) was really rude, and accused me of trowing glass bottles. had a really bad experience I would not recommended.

Neighborhood seems just on the edge of sketchy. But for the money and for the one night was great.

Clean, safe lodging near transportation and highway. There are restaurants nearby, and light rail can get you to and from Union Station easily. The staff was helpful and polite.

Good location

Easy to access. Many food and shopping options. Clean but killed two white spiders and the walls were a liile thin but would stay again!

Booked here on the app. Easy to get to if your using the trains. Walgreens and food within walking distance. Neighborhood is fine. If you want to save a few bucks and dont mind a ten minute drive out of town. Good option. Nice staff!

The hotel was an easy walking distance from the train line. We knew from reading previous reviews that it was a no-frills hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean, had comfortable beds and Had several restaurants within walking distance. For the price, it was above our expectations.

I had a room with a king-sized bed on the 2nd floor. There was an elevator to bring up my bags and a laundry room (coin-op) on the property. My room was very clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. You can tell the owners take pride in their place and the rates are really reasonable. There was also an adorable little diner across the street called Nancy's that had the best food. Several other places to eat close by. I enjoyed my stay.

It was a short walk to the last stop of a commuter rail line making it excellent for commuting to empower field , ball arena and city centre. This train only runs every 47 minutes and until 11 at night . The motel itself was ok I may not recommend it for everyone but I would stay there again . Also Goodies is a short walk for an excellent breakfast or lunch Wings and Things is a short drive for Tai food

The woman at the front desk, who Likely was the owner, treated me very well when I checked in and everything was done decently and in order. She gave me a very nice room for this hotel, which was room 1 oh one right next to the office, considering that my van was full of band equipment and guitars. I was really grateful for this placement. The air conditioner worked reasonably well. The shower was normal for Hotel these days. It had a water restriction device in it, which prevented me from actually getting the shower I would like to have gotten, but it was better than a sharp stick in the eye the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but I did manage to get through the night. The TV of course, offered streaming services, including YouTube, fortunately the previous room owner have left his account open on YouTube, which made it easier for me to watch the movies that I actually wanted to watch. Thank you Jose if I have to go to Denver again I probably would choose this hotel because it was a very good value, not luxurious, but certainly clean And right across the street from a really excellent café where I had breakfast. The café was called Nancy’s and they served up a really high-quality very hearty breakfast for a very reasonable price.
