Front desk help was not friendly AT ALL! Made it feel like the biggest inconvenience to help me with checking in and out. Room was average. Not much else to say about it since we were only there a night.

The young lady that checked us in spoke very fast and when I asked her to please slow down and tell me again the directions to our room she rolled her eyes at me and then still went fast. She didn't tell me about breakfast, or what the pool/spa hours were. She was not friendly and helpful at all. The carpet on the stairs were very small and steep, there was paint splatter all over the carpet on the stairwell. The carpet throughout the hallways was VERY old, not up to date at all. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was actually pretty comfortable for a motel room bed. The pillows are extremely small, can't say I have ever seen motel room pillows that small.

The experience did not match the existing reviews. the smell throughout the property was pretty terrible. The overall place needed a deep clean, much more than the housekeepers should be responsible.
