This hotel was located in a very convenient area for us. The property was nice and private. It was great to just park and walk right into our room. I will say, the room had a lot of moisture and was musty. Other than that, we had a great stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

We could only stay one night but I’d like to come back for a few nights to see surrounding sights. It was so enjoyable, super clean, and friendly. Nice grounds and pool. A great value for the price. I’d highly recommend .

This is our second stay there (once during COVID) and it was very good. The room was spacious and clean - but like most motels/hotels in the area, a bit musty. Sheets and bed VERY comfortable and the room had a fridge and microwave! Free fabulous breakfast too and an outdoor pool. We will go back a bit later this summer.

I rented a room with a jetted tub for a couple days. I was on a solo, stress relieving get-away. The room was fantastic! Wonderful tub, stand alone shower, 2 electric fireplaces, 2 tvs, couch, closet. King sized bed was SO comfortable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely would stay here again. Beautiful grounds, location close to everything, so peaceful and well taken care of. Continental breakfast is great And outdoor seating of room is great.

This hotel is old and dated. The front door has to be pushed hard to open or close. It immediately smelled musty when we walked in. The door to the bathroom is swollen and won't shut correctly. The carpet is filthy. After showering and just walking on carpet to get dressed had to wipe my feet clean.

Nice motel, very clean, great breakfast, very nice staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The location is within walking distance to the waterfront. This allowed us to leave the car at the motel and walk to the attractions in the area.

The exterior of the hotel is pleasing to the eye. Our room did look similar to the online photo's on the website but the interior definitely needs to be updated. The TV was disconnected when we arrived so we had to call the front desk. They did send someone over to fix it after about a 1/2 hr. The two other noticeable things were there was a funny odor in the room and there were a few tiny bugs flying around in the main room and the bathroom, wondering if the smell was from a pesticide spray? The bed wasn't all that comfortable either. We've stayed in Best Western's before but this one was not the greatest.

Quiet place to stay, but a lot of flies and mosquitos in the room. Maybe that's just the area, but it was a nuisance. The rooms could definitely use some updating as well!

It was relatively quiet. The staff were friendly, always asked if we needed anything and how our stay was going. The shower had a fair amount of mold in it, especialy the bottom two feet of it. There was an alarmingly high number of large plugs in the outlets. In just one outlet were a refrigerator, two lamps--the microwave was plugged into the little outlet built into the table lamp. All likely no up to fire safety code!

I got there after hours for check in, a process which they made easy and I very much appreciated. However, my room was not properly cleaned. The towels in the bathroom were visibly dirty, and there were rolled up towels on the floor in the bedroom. The coffee and condiments were used and not replaced. The shower soaps and the soap bar were all used and open spilling into the shower. None had been replaced. I had no soap to use to wash my hands because of this, and because it was so late there was no one at concierge to help remediate that and give me some replacements. That experience was definitely not worth the money. I was worried the bed would not be clean but fortunately, it seemed that had clean covers. The covers on the bed were quite thin and there were none others in the closet to use. The room had a significant cold draft. If the heater hadn’t been able to make up for this (I jacked it up to 80s to compensate) I would’ve been incredibly chilly.

Our room was next to the street so traffic noise was a bit much and the next door neighbors loved slamming door, car and room. Size of the room was fantastic and had two good size fridges. No ice while the office was closed made us sad. Had to drive to a store for ice?

the property for an old motor lodge was in good shape. Not a luxury property but they charged super premium prices. the property and room were nice but not at those prices. its not near downtown or the harbor which isnt the propertys fault. they gave the best rhey could,.but at the top prices in town it should have been better.

The room was dated and at first glance didn't look fresh and clean. But it was fine! We were there 3 nights. It was quiet. Loved the porch with rocking chairs. Pool was nice. Breakfast surprisingly good. Staff was friendly.

Staff and service was beyond excellent. We tried the jacuzzi the first night, but it didn't work. The next morning, they came in less than 10 minutes to fixed it. They tried to reimburse some of the room charges back to us, but because we booked through Expedia they couldn't. They recommended to book through them in the future. The full breakfast that was provided with the room was quite good and better than most hotels.

Arrived early 1:30. Check in was at 3. No one at desk to greet guest. Called house phone. Nothing. Took 20 mins to find manager. Was fine with room not being ready, but needed a bathroom to change for a function. Was told to go to top of property, a 3 min walk from desk. Got to the bathroom, nneded a key. Walked back to front desk only tonhave to look for another 10 min for manager again. Bathroom in lobby broken. Got the key, walked back up to pool, only to have key not work. Back down to hunt for the manager. She came up and unlocked the door. Bathroom only had enother toliet paper for one person, luckily i had tissues in my purse, there were two of us. We returned, around 7 pm to check in. Not many cars at hotel, we got the room directly on the road. Very noisey. Room smelled like mildew, room service knocked on door at 8:30 am sunday to start cleaning, we were sleeping, check out is at 11. Many random people walking around, was told later they have people living in the hotel year round. For $360, i would find someplace else.

Though the hotel is on a major street, it is quiet because it is set back. Breakfast is included and is quite adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. It\'s an easy 15 minute walk to the best seafood restaurants in Plymouth (try the East Bay Grille, for example) - and also the ship Mayflower and the "Rock." Route 3A is easily accessible to go north to the scenic towns of Duxbury and Hingham, etc. I felt safe walking even in the evening.

An overnight stay en route to Acadia NP, this was a wonderful stop to take in Plymouth. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and offered enough variety to sustain us for the next leg of our trip. The woman overseeing the breakfast - wish I had gotten her name - made sure you had everything you needed and maintained a clean and welcoming dining area. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy and the rocking chairs on the second floor balcony provided a nice respite overlooking the beautifully manicured property. As a quick overnight, it was more than we were wanting to pay ($200) but the most reasonable in the area, given availability as a last-minute booking.
