We loved that the hotel is in the best area to be walking distance to so many places. Food, shopping, views, walking out on the jetty— everything is right there, along with ice cream!! The indoor pool/hot tub and splash pad was nice and clean. The only downsides that I noticed was the coffee maker in the room did not work well and the tub is a little uneven and slippery. Very minor details because overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!!

We have been staying at the property for several years now and it's beginning to show some wear and tear. Nothing notable has been updated since our initial visit and much of the hotel has lost its charm and ambiance. The most obvious benefit is its proximity to the waterfront and amenities. The parking changes have made it inconvenient if not maddening for easy access. Service has degraded housekeeping is request only now something that irks given the prices per room and the site no longer has a lounge restaurant facility which originally was a keen benefit. Overall the hotel rivals the Rock in town slowly being chipped away by the tides of times. But its still the best option for walkable access to the area. Overall grade B-

Parking around the back was isolated and a homeless population was present… the location itself is beautiful… walking distance to the harbor and downtown. However I took my car 1/2 mile this evening as I did not feel safe walking at night .

Don’t book a pool view room unless you want to smell chlorine the whole time. Even with the fan on, it didn’t get rid of any of the smell. I’ve stayed in similar hotels before with a room off the pool and never experienced the strong chlorine smell the entire time even before opening the balcony.

Check-in was excellent, they provide a text line for any questions or comments and reply within 5 minutes, but they are renovating so the gym is closed. Rooms and lobby are done, and look good! I would stay here again.

Friendly staff. The pool was refreshing and the splash pad was great for kids. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the bathroom, and there was some water damage at the bottom of some of the furniture. Overall it was a nice stay.

Rooms very dark and dreary, outdated, hair in bathroom floor, not sure if room was cleaned prior to our checkin. No full length mirror. Way overcharged for this room. Never got the wedding discount that we were there for we were told there was a two night minimum on that hotel and came to find out that they were renting rooms two days before for one night would never stay again.

Our room was not very clean - there were confetti pieces on our carpet and in the bathroom - you could tell carpet was not vacuumed and bathroom floor not washed - also the shampoo , body wash and hand soap containers were empty - no Kleenex in holder and no extra toilet paper !! Terrible job per housekeeping!

Great location in Plymouth. However, I hated our room. It was on 1st floor which was similar to basement level. The bathroom was not super clean and the room was very humid (bedding even felt damp at times). It felt like a dungeon. I should have requested to move rooms but we toughed it out. Would probably not stay here again.

The room was a pool view. There was water damage to dressers & nightstand. Bathroom had rusty fixtures and was not well cleaned. I was excited to stay here after what we were told about this hotel. I wish I could attach pictures. Very disappointed in this hotel

When we arrived at our room we were greeted as we opened the door to an overwhelming smell of mold and must. Upon entering the room we found molded curtains, lamp shades, bedding and stains on the walls. The room was on the first floor and the conditions were unacceptable. No hotel should have rooms for sale with the conditions we encountered.

This place is in the thick of it regarding Plymouth proper as there are plenty of attractions and restaurants near by. But, the place is dated. The decor is uninspiring and some of it is in bad shape. The rooms do not have microwave ovens. There are no places to hang things while showering, speaking of which the shower/tub is very slippery. Our AC unit was loud. The bedding was comfortable but if you want it made up or a daily towel exchange you have to know to ask for it ahead of time. We were first booked into a 1st floor room which is at basement level. It was cold and damp and we immediately had it changed to a level 3 room. There are four levels. Security seemed appropriate and there are ice and vending machines available at several places on each floor. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Regarding a value proposition, you are mainly paying for location.

The room on the 1st floor was damp, furniture in poor condition, mouse trap on the floor, shower curtain had a tear in it. But the ac worked excellent, the bed was comfy, and location was perfect. For being on the same floor and right next to pool there was no noise from inside the room.

Even though there were several wedding receptions being held the night we were there, the room we stayed in was quiet despite being a short way from the lobby and front desk. Angie, who checked us in, was SO helpful, not just to me but also to the other guests who were having issues. I would definitely be a stay here again.

The receptionist was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. LOVE that the hotel is pet friendly with reasonable fees. You aren't placed in an older room or isolated to a room on the bottom floor (like most hotels.) This is our third stay and we will definitely be back

It took a hour to finally get the room I selected and going back to front desk 3 times and guy checking us in attempted to put us on wrong floor furthest section possible after reserving a balcony to pool area for our children he attempted to tell me it was expedia's fault which was wrong my itineraries said something I told him it was his mistake and wrongdoing due to the fact of how long and how many times it took forcing I significant other to be late by an hour and 15 minutes for work which jeopardizes her job of employment for over 8 years consecutive no one should ever be forced to have to be spoken to by your boss because of front desk is not doing their job properly and trying to blame it on others unprofessional and very unpleasant if it was a different experience I might actually like the place but no one called when the file I'm went off or is I refuse to walk barefoot

The location was convenient to restaurants. The hotel has a gated parking lot, which was helpful. Dan at the front desk checked us in. He was pleasant and helpful when we had a couple of questions.

We liked the convenience of being across from the waterfront. The hotel was quite expensive for just being an average room. They need to clean a little better. The night manager was extremely rude to me when I stopped by the coffee station to get a few extra creamer for my room. Told me I had to put it back. He made me come over to the desk so he could give me the same amount of creamers I had (several) taken from the coffee station and said, "now put what you took back". I told the manager the next morning, and he said that should never have happened. All guests were welcome to restock when needed to for their room coffee. I stayed there 5 days and spent $1200 there to be talked to rudely by the night staff who was the rudest person I ever talked with.

Been to Plymouth many times, never knew this place existed. Rate was incredible, so I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it truly is. So close to the waterfront. I would recommend it.

This was a really nice hotel. It's my 2nd time staying here. It's so close to everything you want. No food, but they have a bar. Pool is pretty crowded, but still nice. I did NOT like their pillows (too stuffed) or bed (too soft). I got cramps all night. Also, if you have long hair, bring your own conditioner.

Liked proximity to Plymouth Harbor attractions. Did not like not being offered a free breakfast, consider what we paid to stay there. In house Bisro only operates on weekends, but many excellent dining options are within a reasonable walking distance.

The hotel was clean and inviting, the staff was welcoming and helpful. It's a little dated but well kept. Our stay was enjoyable and the hotel is located in a prime location near the ocean. We would stay there again for sure. A couple things that weren't to our liking were that because there were so many functions going on there wasn't enough staff to fully run the Bistro, you were able to get breakfast in the morning but no other food or snacks after that. The bar opened later and closed earlier then advertised due to lack of staffing. That was inconvenient. One other this that would have be nice would be an small convenience store in house, maybe having traveling items that were forgotten or a bag of microwave popcorn... things like that.
