Hotel was perfectly located in Plymouth and very family friendly. Had some renovations going on but that was clearly stated and was aware that would be the case. All and all, it didn’t affect our stay one bit. Would book this hotel again.

The hotel is undergoing a remodel. Despite that, our rooms we're clean and updated, the pool was a great way to relax and the staff were very friendly. There was a lot of great dining a short walk feom the hotel. Glad we stayed here. Would go again.

Very good experience here and my kids love it. We have been visiting for the past 3 years and each experience has been pleasant. We are disappointed that the restaurant closed and are anxiously awaiting the new one. The only negative I can think of is that we prefer a 2nd floor room for easy access to the pool and arcade. This last trip we were on the 3rd floor quite a ways down the hall. Can’t beat the pirate ship slide and super warm pool though, no matter where your room is 😉

This place is a gem. The staff are all lovely. Right downtown and walkable within minutes to all of the historic sites. Old town square is right behind the building and a very short 5 minute walk to amazing sites. Cannot recommend this enough. They are going through a renovation but it was barely noticeable. And the pool is the best hotel pool we’ve ever seen.

We’ve had better experiences in this hotel. This visit did not meet our expectations. The pool slide wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed before we left. There was only one small wastebasket in the bathroom. There should’ve been one in the main room as well. The hotel is undergoing renovations but our room wasn’t very clean, not like it normally is. We weren’t very impressed this time.
