It is residential hotel, two separate rooms and kitchen. Good for family.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of exceptional hotel staff, providing a truly 5 star experience! Special mention to the DM Muskan and cafe staff Fajri for truly wonderful and personalised service!! Staff like this make your stay truly magical. The room was large, and well maintained and perfect for a long stay. I was onlyvstaying a short stay this time but could see how comfortable a longer stay would be. The hotel is infront of public transport, metro and bus, and central for Jakarta.

A cockroach climbed onto my leg while I was sitting replying emails. My room faces the road and it was a bit noisy so I didn’t have a good sleep. However, despite the unpleasant experience, i found the staff to be courteous and helpful . . The room has a washing machine and it’s very useful.

I don’t eat breakfast. But the rooms were fine and the staff was great.

The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman. The facilities were a little old, but they were well-cleaned, and the traffic congestion I was worried about wasn't that bad. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
