No idea why they’re guest ratings are t higher. My room was clean. Bathroom spotless. I used the gym. It was clean, odor free. They provide water and towels which is was a pleasant surprise. They’ve got laundry facilities. I didn’t use but it was near the gym and I saw other guests using. As a female solo traveler I felt safe. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with my stay at The Holiday Inn. Room was immaculately clean: clean sheets, clean towels, carpet was vacuumed. I love having a refrigerator and microwave in my room, before using I checked inside and they were clean as well. This will be my Go-To Hotel when staying in the Princeton area.

The staff was very friendly during check in. However after traveling from Long Island I was exhausted as well as my autistic 5 year old. He went on his iPad until he fell asleep. His iPad ended up dying, and I also needed to charge my phone. None of the outlets in the room worked. I went to call the front desk but the phone in the room also did not work. And by that point My phone was dead. However, In the process of trying to locate a working outlet I found a dirty diaper instead. I will attach the picture I took of the diaper.

Hotel is so old, and badly maintained. Online photos do not reflect the current state of the hotel at all. Room had peeling paint, fixtures falling down. Curtains haven’t been washed in ages. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper. Whatever repairs have been done haven’t been done well. Rooms felt musty, and neglected. Beds were clean thankfully and relatively comfortable. Would not stay here again.
