I've always liked staying at Homewood Suites but this one needs some help. The room was bare of basic necessities. Everything was the bare minimum. Had to wait for someone at the front desk 10-15minutes every time you went down it was always empty. Seemed like it was recently renovated but lacked being cleaned well or investing in what really matters.

The kitchen had very little and the desk staff would not help. Housekeeping did not change my sheets for over a week and never replaced soaps. The dryer in the laundry room stained a sweater and the desk staff did not care or do anything about it. One of the desk staff charged me for water right after giving it free to other guests. I was there for 15 nights and it was a challenge.

Pretty good but very bare bones. No tissues, paper towels, actual kitchen garbage, no teaspoons or soup spoons But very clean and front desk, particularly Allison, very nice

We were disappointed to find beetles consistently appearing from the air conditioning unit in our room. The following day, we were moved to a different room, where we discovered that the dishwasher was in disarray and the handle in the kitchen was broken.
