Horrible no internet, no tv service, no extra pillows or blankets, and don’t wait on the elevator it’s pointless and takes forever. Front desk workers had to wait 15 for someone to show up to check in and not friendly

Hotel was OK, not great for the price. It's extended stay but had nothing in the kitchen area, not even a coffee pot. Just a quick overnight stay so it was fine, the people at the front desk were great!

This hotel needs some attention. The grounds were grown up with weeds and a lot of trash around. Fixtures and furniture is broke, old, scratches, stains, toilet cracked & bathroom hard water stains. The kitchen area would serve its purpose but I know what type of burners are in the stove. It’s not as close as it seems to the stadiums, but is within proximity. The staff is very nice and informative. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and as soon as we were checked in the only elevator broke. One of us had mobility issues so the stairs were inconvenient.

Free Parking is most important, spending additional money on top of the hotel stay is mind boggling. Pet-friendly is important now that i can bring my dog with me on vacation, couldnt before cause her sister was a pitbull. Love the kitchen in room also. Walking to Reds game is not too far

We came to enjoy the reds game and kings island. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up 4 floors of stairs. The room had a refrigerator and 2 irons but when we tried to cook the fire alarm kept going off. There was a weird smell in the hallway. Also the water in the tub wouldn’t go down. It was a hard time bathing 2 kids and 2 adults having to wait for the shower water to go down.

The “breakfast included” was coffee and instant plain oatmeal. The “fully stocked” kitchen I was told about upon speaking to reservations before our stay was not stocked with anything. No cups, mugs, plates, bowls,utensils, serving spoons, no pots or pans, no coffee maker. We chose to stay here so we could cook and avoid eating out and save money.We had to eat out everyday and night costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars extra. We had to extend our stay due to personal reasons and they did let us do that. Free parking was true. Do not recommend.

The room was clean but it smells like dogs. I’m assuming since it’s pet friendly that’s why it smells like animals everywhere.

The staff I dealt with were all very nice but this is not a great hotel. Felt like there were a good deal of permanent tenants and had some concerns about safety and definitely noise. Also, though there is a kitchen in the room it was equipped with nothing. When I checked in the staff member asked if I would like anything for my kitchen as it came empty. I said yes and he gave me a plastic bin with the bare necessities. It is hard to find affordable hotels in the cincy/covington area so that is why I chose it but I would not stay there again. The free breakfast was pretty much nothing. A few packaged muffins and some coffee- no milk, nothing fresh at all. Ended up going out to breakfast as there was nothing there to eat. Almost would have been better with nothing.

The front desk staff was nice, but slow. The room and bathroom was dirty. They charge you a 30 incidental fee, but I can’t figure out why. There were no dishes, utensils, just hen pots/pns, towels etc. We were there only for the night, but there is no way staying longer would have worked…. How can they call it an extended stay?? Also, there were only prepackaged honeybuns and apples for the breakfast. Terrible selection, there was no milk, Oj or other continental breakfast options. They did look like they were painting some areas, (lobby only), but the entire facility needs updated!

Check-in wasn’t terrible just very slow. Place is very outdated and there was dust everywhere. The rooms were very worn out I had to switch from my first room because it smelled of cigarettes and was very musty. The second room was 5% better however the carpet was terrible and not vacuumed crumbs everywhere. It seemed more like an apartment building than a hotel with kids running around all hours of the day. The area has a lot of sketchy people i think they should to hire someone to watch the building I don’t think I would stay here ever again…..

I had heard it wasn't good, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. During the 9-day stay, the rooms were never cleaned or linens changed, and there was no shampoo or soap refilled.

This place smelled so badly of marijuana, the room was filthy and a window was broken that couldn’t fully close. Awful.

The breakfast is your choice of a dry bag of oatmeal or a vending machine bun. Facilities are limited. One outdoor table to share….rooms don’t get cleaned during stay….carpet is sticky and the peephole in our room was literally missing and you could see in my room.

Was close to bus station and many restaurants. But the room had a strong cigarette and mildew odor. Would not recommend if you have allergies.

First time choosing ESA hotel. Needed a night stop over around Cincinnati on our way back to the north. Location is not bad. Caught a strong whiff of cannabis as soon as we walked into the entrance/lobby. This smell also lingering inside the elevator and stairs. We got room 428 and as soon as we opened the door, we can smell strong offending odor. We went in anyways, immediately recognized that it's the stench of smoker. Tried to get used to it but we can't and felt like the smell was getting on our hair and clothes.Turned on the ac/heater and the bathroom fan trying to circulate the air, it didn't change anything. Felt like really just can't handle the smell anymore so we asked the front desk if we can get another room that is trully non-smoking. Front desk staff asked us to try opening the window first to let the air circulation. Went back to the room but can't figure out how to open the window so we circled back to the front desk. He lead us to check a room 2 doors away. This room has slight musty smell but thankfully wasn't cigarette smell. We moved out stuffs and felt a bit relief that we can sleep with fresher air. The new room has exact set up, condition and furniture minus the smoke smell. The light on the wall next to the TV didn't work. Found strands of hairs on the bathub ledge though none of us using it yet. Other than that, I think it's as clean as it can gets. Breakfast grab and go wasn't really exciting (oatmeal packets, granola bar and some packaged bun).

Light/fan was so loud and bad had to take shower with door open and use kitchen light. Toilet wouldn’t flush at all 2nd night. Floors were discusting!! I wore house shoes and the are now stained black bc the floors were so bad! Breakfast was only a honeybun or fruit bar!!

This was okay for one night, but I cannot imagine extending my stay. Scratchy sheets, loud interstate bridge, leaky bathroom ceiling. Staff did put us on the end furthest from bridge, but it was still quite loud.

Good place for a short stay. I walked accross the bridge into the city. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It's right beside the freeway so it can get noisy with trucks air brakes etc but I would stay again.

Our smoke detector has been removed from ceiling so not very safe. Very basic only reason we stayed is it has a full fridge and we needed to refrigerate some medication otherwise would not go again.

The room was fine but the bathroom had a few issues. The biggest was the exhaust fan was very loud and if you turned on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan fired up. The exhaust fan did not even draw the moisture out of the bathroom. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay near downtown Cincy, it is fine.

Super uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, bathroom door didn’t lock, noisy guests all hours of the night, chipped paint, and sticky elevators.

It was ok. A little noisy from outside road traffic. Nothing fancy, but ok.

Would not stay here again. When i checked in, they gave me a key to a room that had someone in it. So the next room i was given was not what i ordered. I paid for 1 queen bed with a couch, the room i got had 2 double beds, which were uncomfortable! Was not given another option or discount. The place smelled like pot in the hallways. There was always a group of people smoking right outside the front door and it usually included the front desk lady. The breakfast was coffee, instant oats and muffins that were nasty. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

I was never given a room to check into! The first trip upstairs to room 305 had guests in it already! After returning to front desk to inform them they put us in room 306 Once again room was a total mess and had not been serviced. I should have used my gut instinct on this hotel cause upon pulling into the parking lot the landscaping was a total mess and asphalt parking lot was littered with rubbish and weeds protruding from the cracks .

It was ok and good for one night stay. We were given a room key to a room that had people in it so that wasn't good. It was a quick night stay on our way elsewhere.

Very accommodating staff

Front desk service was great! No frills place with convenient parking and food options all around. Easy home base for enjoying the Cincinnati/ Covington/ Newport area.

This is a good value stop across the river from downtown. Covington is like the Brooklyn of Cincinnati.

Staff was nice, and the room was clean. There was someone's leftovers in the fridge. Convenient location for bus routes to get to the stadiums in Cincy. Good value, but bathroom is small

I stayed with my family and nice place near by cincinnati downtown. Easy accessible and very good staff’s😍👍

Interesting area. Wasnt sure if it was safe or not. Easy enough walk across the bridge to Cincinnatti.

Convenient location just off interstate 75. Very inexpensive, free coffee in the morning, breakfast was apparently just oatmeal packets. Pet friendly. Overall good hotel for price and location for one night.

My I've-night stay was good. Just needed a place to stay after a planned late night outing that would be affordable. Time were great. Grab and go breakfast was gone before 9:30. Coffee station was fine tho. Front desk staff was helpful and nice.

"breakfast included" was one Nutrigrain bar. Broken coffee machine. Hotel should not claim breakfast included if it is a choice between a honey bun and a Nutrigrain bar and that is it.
