No shuttle service from the airport, the pool was closed, and there was no notice of that on the website. The first room they assigned me the desk, broke right away, the second room they switched me to wasn’t very clean. Just overall not very satisfied with this property at all. Won’t be back

The good: - The view from our balcony on the 17th floor was breathtaking - The food and view at the 18th Restaurant was fantastic - The staff and manager at the 18th were wonderful - Quick cheap food options within walking distance - If you're up for a hike, you can walk to and across the bridge to find great parks and eating establishments in the City (otherwise short cheap rides with uber can get you there in just a few minutes) - Room was clean and very comfortable - Hotels motif is very unique and gives you something different and elegant compared to other hotels The bad: Honestly no complaints and we got much more than we bargained for during our stay.

There are 2 elevators and only one was working. So going up-and-down took a lot longer, and we were also told we could use the service elevators, which ended up being an inconvenience for the workers because they would be packed with guests. We got there on a Thursday, and we ran into people who had been there since Sunday and said that the elevator was broken since then. So it took a long time for them to get them fixed. I understand that may not be in their control. But it was less than adequate when you consider there are 18 floors. The bathroom in our room was gross. There were what looked like bloodstains on the bathroom floor outside of the bathtub, as if someone had their period and the blood dripped on the floor and overall the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The bathtub had mold on the grout water dripped the entire time in the bathtub, and the bathtub was stained like rust. The hand towel rack fell off the wall when my husband went to dry his hands. The hallway was very dark and dingy. This hotel could definitely use a lot of updating. It was just an average hotel, and for some reason, I thought we were getting something better than this. Most of the staff was nice, and when we told them the issues that we had they decreased our bill. However, if I went back to that area, I would not stay there again. I would probably go across to the Courtyard where my brother and his family stayed, and they said it was, it's nice.

We usually stay here 3 or 4 times a year, never had a complaint until this last time..When we first went into our room there was a pair of men's dirty socks laying in the middle of the floor..then found dirty clothes in the drawers..also the bath tub was not clean...i usually love this place but highly disappointed this last time..and yes, we told the front desk everything

The deck clerks were very nice. But… the hotel was very run down and old. Bugs were in the bathroom, toilet overflowed, drain in the tub/shower was slow. The carpet was damaged/dirty. I would not recommend it. $591 for 2nights. Definitely not worth it.

I had no issues. I booked this last minute after leaving an unsafe and dirty hotel. I was amazed when I got there the a room was ready even with the short notice. All of the staff were very pleasant. The room was clean.

There was white stains all over the floor, the tv remote and hair dryer were covered in gunk and there was residue all over the counters. All the fabric around the curtains and bed was ripped up. This property is not maintained at all or properly cleaned. Do not recommend staying here. there’s much better hotels around the area.

Room was too small and beds very close together. The table next to the bed is too close. Bathroom has no vanity near the sink for personal items. The water pressure in shower is so low. Apparently, a pipe broke so they're trying to get that fixed. No fan in bathroom. Very noisy at bedtime. The trucks and cars going by at night are loud! Bring earplugs.

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete overhaul (beyond the newer furniture) - I'm surprised it still meets Radisson's standards. We were there with a group and all of the rooms had similar issues. Metal room doors won't close unless you slam them shut (disturbing everyone on your floor); bath tub fixtures and drains are held together by caulk (or no longer even held together, like our drain stopper which we had to remove completely get enough drainage to take a shower; smoke detector wasn't securely fastened to wall and was so old it was nicotine-stained from when smoking was allowed; wi-fi was unusable - it would go in and out every minute or two; most of the front-desk staff was less-than helpful; and neighborhood is sketchy at best. Housekeeping is the only bright spot for this hotel - room was definitely clean.

So we stayed here about 7 years ago for a football game. it was very nice thought we would try it again since we enjoyed it last time. well there pretty much has been zero updates from 7 years ago. the hotel has a weird smell to it in the halls and in the rooms. i just figured suck an amazing hotel outside with the lights and everything would be more amazing inside and it wasnt.

Not a bad property but not good either. The place is dated and needs a refresh bad. The bathroom (shower/toilet) exhaust fan and vent did not work and thus the water condensation was awful every shower. The wall plugs are worn out and don’t hold your charging blocks for your devices in.

Everything was great with the hotel itself and we stay here twice a year and will continue to do so. My complaint is that I went to check-in at 3:10p and was rudely told by the desk clerk that check-in wasn't until 4p. Imagine my surprise when I was checking out at 10:40a and two different guests were already being checked in.

When I checked into the hotel the supervisor Laura Anderson approved a late check out and on the day of check out I called the front desk and spoke with Taeja who informed me that the supervisor did not put in the late check out and she rudely informed me that the late check out list was full.

Perhaps my worst hotel experience in 25 years. After storms went through the area just before check-in, the system went offline for over two days meaning no key cards could be issued and guests had to be escorted into their room any time the door closed behind them. With long lines at elevators, and no provision to dear with additional security, I almost had someone try to get into my room, saying it was theirs. (Thankfully I had the lock on. Which deterred them from fully entering) Additionally, only one of the three public elevators was working, and the toilet in my room would not shut off unless I manually reset it, every time it flushed. This was a busy weekend and the staff really did do their best, but it did cause issues for the full duration of the stay. I stayed in the same hotel last summer and know it's fine when everything is working, but when everything was going wrong, it did have negative impact on my trip. I will really have to think twice or more about staying here in future trips to Cincinnati.

When we first arrived, we were told that the computer systems were down and we had to wait in a line for 58 minutes in order to check in with the one person helping the line. They were unable to provide us with a key to our room, so we had to be escorted via the elevator with other guests to be let into our room with a master key (while we stopped at multiple floors to let others into their rooms on the way). When we got to our room, the restroom smelled terribly of mildew, the bathroom (and only) sink didn’t drain for our entire stay and the thermostat was ripped off the wall, so we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. We also paid extra for a city view, but ended up with a view of a Frisch’s and two speedway (though if you went out onto the balcony and looked to the left you could see the city). Even with all of these problems, the hotel staff didn’t offer more than a “sorry” and “thanks for your patience”.

I had a very good stay. Hotel is a short distance from Great American Ballpark and easily accessible via the bus service that runs connects Cincinnati and Covington. Room is nice, clean, and beds comfortable. Many dining options in the immediate area.

The staff was very nice. The room on the other hand was very horrible. Musty, the toilet ran the whole time, the tub dripped the whole time. 2 lights in the room worked. No others. The plug ins, only half of them worked. I was quite surprised. No papers in the room to tell us anything about the hotel and we got a surprise at the end… u still have to pay to park at the facility.

The hotel is under renovation, so there were some workers, ladders, etc., around at times. Our room was comfortable, with a nice refrigerator and microwave. The view from the balcony (15th floor) was AMAZING and we lucked out with Oktoberfest right across the street so that was fun. We walked across the bridge to a football game and not having to deal with parking for that was awesome. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was delicious both days (buffet one day, menu one day)...highly recommend the Belgium waffle with bacon.

We choose the hotel for the 2 restaurants they had, and the photos were nice looking, since it was more expensive I expected more. One restaurant was only open for brunch and the other was not at restaurant at all. Room had Dirty Kleenex’s under/side of the bed, none of the outlets worked a TRUE scam for the breakfast I’ve had other breakfast items better in a continental breakfast and it was $15 per person for scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold French toast triangles. Drinks were $5 each. It was $60 for three of us to eat and within 20 mins two of the adults were sick the rest of the day.
