Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati Riverfront by IHG

The main room was clean but the bathroom could have used a bit more care. The pool area was filthy. The floor around the pool was caked in algae and the tile around that was dirty. There were chunks of hair everywhere all 3 days we went. The pool itself was clean, although so over chemically that it was cloudy all 3 days. Breakfast food was great though. The worst part was the doors slamming shut all hours of the night. Woke us up every time.

Everything was great, hotel location is great, makes it easy to travel back and forth to Cincy! Very clean!

Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Close to our venue. I was pretty upset that the heater in the indoor pool was broken. No notice, no messages about it, and we weren’t even told this at check in. We chose this hotel 4 months in advance just because of the indoor pool. We even added a day to our stay because of the pool. Hubby and I went down to the pool, in our suits, walked passed the front desk employees, and no one said anything. Pool was FREEZING cold. I asked about it, and while they were kind, I was the one that had to ask for any kind of a refund. $40 off of a $380 bill.

We had an excellent stay. From the staff, to the room, etc. Everything was perfect!

Clean room , coffee 24/7, friendly and helpful, good breakfast!
