The pool should be closed the paint is peeling and floating and unsanitary The room is clean and comfortable but the noise level from people arriving and leaving all night into early morning and talking and fighting makes sleep impossible

The property is old and the rooms show there age. The ice machine did not work the whole time I was there. The breakfast is very minimal. The staff is prompt and attentive to your needs.

Advertised amenities not available. Bathroom was dirty and a chunk was taken out of the tub enamel. The pool was closed “due to weather” (chance of rain) but never actually opened the next day like they said it would. They advised hot breakfast and that also didn’t exist. Stale bread and orange juice that tastes off is what we actually got. Definitely will not be staying here again.

It was very clean room and staff was friendly. Parking was safe and easy did not use the air conditioner. Only thing I would change is I would have a coffee pot in the room.

Everything about this stay was great for the price and the expectation. Except that it was not a very quiet area, nor did it seem like a safe one, especially for walking, and finding close parking was difficult.

The condition of the bathroom shower was awful it had mildew cracked tile no cover on light fixture. Many covers were missing over ceiling lights. Light shown in around the door and the AC made a noise as it cycled on and off. But was plenty cool. The ceiling had leak stains and the room smelled moldy and musty.The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The TV was large and worked .They no longer have coffee makers in room or ice bucket had to ask for one at check in. Even though we were next to the pool the gate was pad locked and we had to walk all the way around the building to get in. Pool needs painting. Only one ice machine in the laundry room and food choice at breakfast was very limited. The brand of coffee was not pleasing to the taste.

First Room had strong odor of cleaning chemicals. Asked to move which we did. Second room also strong odor cleaning products. Smell continued thru night— hoping the AC would dilute smell. No coffee maker in rooms. Breakfast selection very limited. Room price reflects lack of amenities.

The room I stayed in when I get there the floors were dirty. The oven was dirty. It was hair in the tub hair on the floor in the bathroom hair on the towels, trash all outside in the breezeway in the trash cans and people smoking weed I will never stay there ever again. They need to just take a bulldozer or knock it over cause it’s so old but the area I should’ve stayed in the other area and the other hotels cause they were very nice looking. The shopping area were very nice looking, but the hotel on that strip Days Inn was the only one that looks old and needs to be redone. Pictures on the website does not look like anything that I walked into. If I had seen this hotel before I booked it I would’ve stayed somewhere else on that in that area thank goodness I had family there cause that’s where I spent most of my time at their place. All I did was use the bed and the shower at the hotel. It also has a very old smell to it. The room smell very bad. They need to clean the filters in that air conditioner unit cause it was smelly old in the place. I never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one….

Yes very clean

Bed comfortable. Floor in room dirty. Bath water faucet runs. Door fit poor, see outside all around door. Loud music out back in parking lot til 130 am. Poor quality apples/tangerines.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, a definite good stay. My go to place in the Clarksville area

First of all I killed 4 bugs in the room and also the floor was very dirty You cant even walk on it bare foot It seemed lije the floor was never mopped Will never stay there again

Although the staff was pleasant and came by the drop off towels and clean, the floors in the hotel room were deplorable. I believe they cleaned the rooms, I’m not sure the floors have ever been mopped. You have to wear socks otherwise your feet will be black.

People were nice and area nice but room had cockroaches in it and the mini fridge was messed up.

Below average for the rate. Room set-up and decor was depressing. No closet. Tiny bathroom with no sink. Not worth the price you can find better.

Breakfast was slim but ok, fruit, biscuits & gravy, juice, waffles, coffee, dry cereal & pkg oatmeal. Ok , not great. Lots of areas around to eat. Accessible room was virtually empty, hanging space would be too high for wheelchair person to even reach. Bathtub so again the chair outside tub didn’t really cut it. Fairly clean, pillows good. Ppl above partied til 2:30, even after a phone call didn’t stop so not much sleep. Next time I’ll ask to move so I could sleep.

When we arrived we were met by a friendly man at the counter. Check-in was easy. Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was that the tub/shower was in the bedroom. No privacy for showering! The bed was comfy, the room was clean although very outdated. We had to call the office as the tv remote would not work. The man at the front desk brought another one that seemed to work but at the end of the night it would not turn off so we moved the heavy dresser and unplugged it. Don’t plan to stay here again!

Stayed there one night, and the whole rear parking lot where my room was, had people start congregating at about 6pm. They were walking around, talking and laughing loudly, playing music and i even saw a couple of them peeing in the parking lot beside their trucks. Not a very relaxing night because i was worried about my vehicle and the noise.

Quiet, comfortable and good breakfast.

Room needs updated. Tub/shower was open to the room and tub sides were way too high and probably dangerous especially for older people. Did not feel clean, noisy, smelly, paper thin walls, stain on the sheet at least 6 inches in diameter, not sure what it was, don't want to know. Only reason I gave one star is that the breakfast area was ok. Have already warned my husband that I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Thin walls too much noise

It was fine, lots of dents and dings in the room but you get what you pay for.

Exceeded expectations for the price. Checkin was easy.

My wife went to the front to ask for another blanket because the blankets they have for there king beds don’t fit and he rudely asked my wife if we had more then 2 people and then we had people knocking on our door at like 12Am and walking off

Great place to stay. Wonderful staff!

Rooms were decent but no fan in the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling. Outside of room was pretty dirty. Went to check in other guests the 2nd night that were meeting us there and there was no one in the lobby, took about 10 minutes and calls to finally get someone to check them in.

Fast and friendly check in. Room was so much better than i thought it would be.

This place has no coffee maker in room, tub was filthy, toilet paper only half a roll on spindle, dirty dirty halls, room door was not sealed and could see the outside. Creepy creepy place. In the morning, went down at 5 am, no coffee machine and the attendant was rude and dismissive and said it was not in her control. Disappointed to say least.

Good customer service even at our late arrival. Clean and comfortable!

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. I’ve stayed here before. I’m rating the stay so bad mainly in hopes to get someone’s attention and have them reach out. I’ve called many times and have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone. I paid $88.11 for my stay through hotels.com ahead of my trip. Got there and they told me a $50 incidental fee was charged and would be returned after stay. Which is fine, it’s normal and I’ve stayed here before a few times with no issues. So I agreed. They didn’t charge my card $50, they charged $65.85. At the time I just rolled with it and figured it was just gonna drop off like the other times. Well it didn’t drop off and actually cleared the bank and processed. In the past here and other hotels those type of charges stay pending and just drop off over 5-7 days typically. So for this one to actually clear that means it’s not gonna “drop off” and will need a refund processed. Bank confirmed it cleared and isn’t pending. I can show proof from bank. I’ve called multiple times to the hotel and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Which is disappointing and surprising given they have always seemed friendly when I’ve stayed they. If someone will reach out and talk to me and get the extra $66 refunded to me, then I’ll gladly remove / change this feedback. I just want to get it resolved is all.

Will stay here again as the location was perfect for my needs and easy access to my family in Clarksville.

Decent rooms. Older hotel, but that's ok. Walking distance to a few stores and restaurants. Would stay there again.

It’s around everything

The hotel itself is fine. It has many restaurants around and easy access to the interstate. Our issue was with Orbitz and hope to get things resolved soon.

The hotel is in a great area! The room was clean and the air conditioning was perfect. The staff was so kind and very nice. The breakfast is more of a grab and go but for the rate you can’t beat it.
