Best hotel parking in the world! Especially if you have a long trailer or truck. Very friendly and experienced staff. Breakfast is on par with a Marriott Fairfield. Bed was perfect. Pillows were the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back. Price is good too!

I was transporting some crates with a little weight to them that I couldn't leave in the bed of my truck, so when I got to the motel finally at 9 PM local...first thing I asked for was either #1, one of the rooms with a door on the ground floor or #2 a cart to be able to transport my crates to the elevator. Was informed that no downstairs rooms were available and there was no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. But hey...you can park near the big, long steps leading up stairs. LOL I looked around and there were not many cars parked outside the motel. Definitely not enough to justify all the rooms being utilized. Anyway, the motel is very nice. The price was right!! The rooms are very nice with all the amenities ( frig, lock box, Mwv.) Very clean. I was rather tired after drivintg 12 hours and experiencing Atlanta rush hour. Morning staff was very cordial and the cont. breakfast was top notch. Will stay there again...as long as I don't have heavy crates and can't get a 1st room. LOL

This is not a new property and it shows a little wear but it was clean and mostly quiet and right off the highway. I liked the early 6 am breakfast so we could eat and get on the road early. The pool and fitness center looked to be in good shape and i saw a couple of people using the laundry so it was working.

All staff we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located just off the exit for I-24. Good breakfast. Pool was closed during our visit awaiting local code enforcement approval to re-open. AC unit fan was very loud and inconsistent with room temperature maintenance. It would get very cold when running then very warm before kicking back on.

We found bugs in the bed 2 hours after we checked in (both alive and dead). I took pictures of the bugs, and I calmly asked for a new room and they told me no. I then asked for a refund since I was obviously not going to sleep in a bed with bugs. They told me no to that as well, because I didnt book the room from there. I left and called Hotels.com the next day for my refund and the Hotel management lied to Hotels.com by stating that the pictures I took were not from their room, despite the fact that the pictures were time stamped, and you could clearly see their blankets and their sheets in the pictures. Hotels.com did refund my money but the lying, bug infested hotel did not have anything to do with the refund. Horrible, disgusting place.

Over all the hotel seemed clean. We did not have a tv remote and the front desk guys even came up and looked for it also. The poor rating comes from when we got up in the morning and pull the covers/sheets all the way back and noticed smears of POOP in the sheets at the bottom of bed by your feet. No it was not chocolate or mud. We pulled back the covers and checked the bed but didn’t pull them all the way off the bed to see this. And yes we slept in the bed. When we told the front desk all they said was they would get on the cleaning staff. Seriously. That it. No sorry. No compensation. Nothing. Definitely won’t be staying again.

I knew I was in a good place when I walked in! It was a very nice and clean. The young man behind the desk was very friendly, personable and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. My room was also very clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well! I would definitely stay there again!

When I notified the front desk, a staff member came to inspect and explained that only suites were available, but they would check with their manager about relocating us. Shortly after, they called to confirm a new room was ready. After collecting the keys, we discovered we'd been assigned a standard handicap-accessible room—not a suite as mentioned. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed having a couch to sit on to watch TV. The room seriously needs to be updated. The furniture is really worn. The pillows need to be replaced. The sink and tub were both cracked. The breakfast room furniture was also worn. The staff was really friendly. We did hear a lot of traffic noise during the night which we know was no fault of yours.

We had a good stay at Baymont Clarksville. The rooms were clean and comfortable. That being said, our rooms did have old and peeling paint and bath tub linings that need repair. These did not impact our stay but were aesthetically unpleasant. Thankfully, the cleanliness of the rooms and the amenities outweighed the aesthetic shortcomings.

This hotel's bed is insanely comfortable as well as their pillows. The AC/Heater is quiet. Some of the best sleep I ever have had. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Almost makes it so you don't want to get out. Staff are very friendly and very efficient. Great location next to the Waffle House.

They will not accept your tax exempt form and this was a government trip and when I returned I caught hell from the accounting department about why there was taxes on the bill. I advised them the staff advised me they didn't accept them and they didn't have to and that is there policy.

Room was nice. Manager was very rude. Charged us for smoking in the room. Which didn't occur. And will not be paying the fee. They found a car ashtray outside of our room which was to be taken to work thd next day. We forgot it outside our door and they threw it away.

Right off the hwy, next to a waffle house. Area seemed sketchy but never saw anyone wandering about. Breakfast was standard and convenient. Outside pool was nice. Tub faucet dripped, but you couldn't hear it and was drain was too slow for a shower. Could've used a resurfacing and paint correction. Price point was good for what you get. Hotel grounds well maintained and clean.

I paid $120 per night, all in, which is about right for the area. Even though it's located on MLK Dr it was in a safe area and right off the X-Way. The hotel staff was Great. A-1 people who went over and above. The pool area outside was clean, safe, & maintained. The breakfast was awful. Not the staffs fault, but processed crap, unless you ate the fruit or a waffle? The biggest downfall was the bathroom was in need of updating by a professional. Anyone can smear caulk and rub it around a tub and toilet with their finger to cover leaks and old mold, but that's exactly what it looks like when your done. Do it right and it will pay off in the long run. People want clean and it was noticeable. It concerned me about being sanitary or hiding something. Clean means everything. That was the major disappointment of the stay. The best asset without a doubt was the Staff once again. Hands down they all take pride in working there and making everyone comfortable. I will return and stay there. I give it a C+ overall.

Breakfast was very limited and food was cold. Coffee ran out and replaced with the weakest coffee we'd ever tasted. Scrambled egg patties and sausage was not even close to warm. No half & half for coffee. Perhaps the worst included breakfast we've ever experienced. Staff was friendly however.
