I have stayed in a fair share of poor hotels but this one is the definition of Roach hotel. Poor condition, roaches in room over all property is sketchy. I wouldn’t stay here, Travelocity should pull this off of their list of offerings.

Just needed a decent bed for a few hours of rest. This Super 8 offered a very reasonable rate and convenient location just off the interstate. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and parking lot was well lit. Could use some TLC but served our needs nicely.

One stairwell was closed for repair but looked like it had been closed for a while. There is only one stairwell on each side of the building and our room was on the side that was closed, which wasn’t an issue because we just walk to the other side from the stairs. However, the place felt old and run down. There were vagrant people with all their belongings who appeared to be camping in the back of the building and it felt sketchy and not safe.

Somehow, hot water was refilling the toilet. There was mouse droppings on the nightstand and there was a full inch clearance between the door and the door frame making for quite a draft.

So bad from the parking lot that we didn't even get out of the car. We saw rooms with doors wide open and could see the ceiling falling down in one room. Just horrible!!!

We arrived they didn’t have a king bed like we had booked and it was suggested we pay 5 dollars more for the double room. Then we go into the first room the tv was broken so we move rooms to find out that the sheets on both beds are full of hair and dirt. The sheets in one bed even had someone’s fake eyelashes in them. So after 4 trips to the office and changing out own sheets we we’re finally able to shower and go to bed. We only had 1 towel per person for 2 days.

The floor in our room was disgusting, it made our socks black. The toilet seat was loose, and there was no plug for a bath for our young children. Other guests were loud super late and starting at aboug 5 am. A lot of traffic noise too. The beds were super uncomfortable and none of us slept very well. Not at all pleasant.

The ceiling was peeling badly in a couple of spots, neither one was small areas. It looks like it was from water damage. The lights for the sink area didn’t work. Not all the locks on the door worked. Check in was and easy and the staff was friendly. I won’t stay there again.

After accepting the 3rd room offered, if it wasn’t for exhaustion from driving we would have left. Several maintenance issues. Toilet wouldn’t flush, dead bugs in overhead light fixtures, exhaust fan in op, ect. Never again!

No one was present for me to check in and I stood outside for almost 45 minutes before giving up. They are still unavailable and refuse any refund, or at least I haven’t responded to a single request for it. Never stay here.

It is 5 minutes from the location of my assignment. The Staff Respect privacy. Housekeeping is very poor. I bring my own cleaning supplies and laundry which made the stay more pleasant.
