We didnt like the fact the pool and elevator were of order. Girlfriend just had knee surgery. We were going to be put on second floor. She also was asked to do water phyiscal therapy. Couldnt do it. Didnt allow visitors and she had a home nurse suppose to show up. Toilet seat was broken, hole in wall and AC unit fell off wall. We ended up leave within an hour of check in.

There were water stains all over the ceiling. Two of the lights didnt work. One being the bathroom light. The jacuzzi tub was held together by rusty screws. It was falling apart. The pillows were smashed into little cubes. I didnt know they were full size pillows! People fighting all night.

The first room I stayed in the shower rod fall down and almost hit me. It wasn’t very clean. I switched rooms and the second room was not too bad. The smoke detector was missing and the wires were showing. The pool was closed, the elevator was not working. But the staff was super nice.

Wow! This was probably the MOST ghetto and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. From the beginning things were ok but odd, the night window worker was very pleasant and professional when checking me in. I was tired from the long drive and just ready to rest and she understood that and made sure I was ok. When entering the room there was a strong smell of water and kinda like a musty mold smell but I said hey the is a Jacuzzi room but I’ll ask the manager about it in the morning. Next morning comes I get dressed for my day and thought when I came back I might wanna hang out in the jacuzzi….. NOPE upon filling the tub and turning on the jets the tub and room were filled with a sewage smell as sewage water began to run from the jets…. At this point I’m outraged because I got the room for the sole purpose of the jacuzzi that I could not use my whole stay. After leaving and coming back because of the smell I returned to my room only to find out I had been checked out of my reservation unknowingly and without reason. I went out to the desk to talk to the day manager about it and he says “you were only to stay for one day and if you are staying for another night you were supposed to come to the desk to tell us so you card can be charged for the next night.” I am immediately upset and reminded him that I purchased 2 days on Expedia and paid for them upfront so I did not understand what he was saying… I immediately switched to the subject of the hot tub and

No clock or coffee maker in the room, bedding was stained, all glass was dirty. Took very long for water to get hot. Looked like mold around window and in bathroom. No breakfast, pool had been closed for months. Elevator doesnt work. Room smelled like vinegar and bleach terribly. Hallways smelled like weed

Hot tub did not work, water took awhile to warm up, outlet in bath area not working water in shower was backwards

On your app you say there's a pool. But their pool has been down for over a year. They either can't fix it. The motor to put the cleaner in and all that. Or they have to replace the pool because it's totally whatever. The manager was really nice. We pointed out something on the app. They do not have a laundry area for customers. But the manager took care of that and helped us that way. When we got to our rooms we didn't have washcloths or enough toilet paper. But we didn't go down until the next day we may do. And then they were accusing us of stealing it. And I told him it wasn't there. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked after we plugged it back in to the cable and up.

Advertises a pool, that is permanently out of order when you arrive.

To start it off he put me in a room with a Jacuzzi tub but the water didn't get hot, said something then he said oh wait that room is taken, go to this room. Tub worked and was hot but the entire place smelled of mildew and you could hear staff and other people arguing. 200 $ for a tub, food wasn't available nor was the t.v. working. Everything looked in disrepair and I feel as though the electric issues could cause a fire.

Front desk man was amazing when it came to helping us with a dead battery, room was clean and decently priced

The hotel looked ok from outside. Desk clerk who was also the manager was not friendly on verge of rude. Elevator was out so we had to use stairs to get to room. The room itself was disgusting. It was a non smoking room and when we entered it smelled horrendously of stale cigarettes and cigar smoke. Set asthma off and then when my boyfriend complained the manager said nothing they can do. We ended up leaving and taking a loss on money. Don’t ever recommend this place

toilets were nasty. no toilet paper. the drain to the sink was in the sick broken. the cabinets didn’t have drawers in them. bathroom lights barely worked. the only good thing was the room was spacious other then that it was very dirty

Upon arrival we stood at the front desk for 20 mins before any staff showed up to help us.Once we finally did get checked in and in our room the first thing I noticed was how out dated everything was.It was however very clean.The bed was semi comfy.There was someone blarring music all night long which made it hard to sleep.Hours after checking in,I received an email stating that due to COVID 19 protocol they were not serving a continental breakfast which was crazy because it didn't say any of that while booking the room.Not the worst room but I doubt I will ever return.

No clock or coffee maker in the room, bedding was stained, all glass was dirty. Took very long for water to get hot. Looked like mold around window and in bathroom. No breakfast, pool had been closed for months. Elevator doesnt work. Room smelled like vinegar and bleach terribly. Hallways smelled like weed

The furniture and carpet were dated and dirty.

It’s a cheap room to get you through the night. It doesn’t look the best walls need paint and other things but cheap it’s over there forsure.

It wasn’t so good, no TV does not work , poor lighting

Problem with Smoke Detector. SD was beeping. They changed Battery but it was old one and after couple of hours beeping started again. Anything else was Ok.

Rooms are big.

Clean, but run down. Broken dresser, hairdryer didn't work. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows.

We rented two hotel rooms and 229 door was busted the bathroom door had a hole in it. Room 230 door lock was broken and everything was unplugged

Very rude staff , no accommodations! Racist , nonchalant, dirty , molded , no hot water .

The night/early motning staff was really awesome.. They help me clarify a discrepancy in my billing with Expedia, seems they booked me on the right date but wrong month..

They took forever Signing us in and getting us in our room and then once we were in the room, they was very rude when we come out one of the times one of us spilt a little coffee and the manager was like screaming at us and yelling at us the second day, we tried to order another room and we ended up having to pay for it too because they didn’t have the one we already paid for in the system correctly and they couldn’t do anything to fix that for us It was awful.

Very friendly not only hotel staff but also their housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful

I had to get this place as a last-minute plan B, but it worked ok. Not a great location, but a decent option if you just need a bed for the night.

The front desk person was not friendly made me feel uncomfortable wasn't accommodating until I asked. There is no breakfast just coffee the jet skis on Jacuzzi was very dirty. I will not recommend this hotel here to nobody.
