We arrived to find the indoor pool that was advertised is filled in with concrete. Then the ice maker was broken. We had a jacuzzi room but only had 2 towels. When I asked for more towels the man at the desk seemed very irritated that I would need more than 2. Finally the A.C. in the room leaked water onto the carpet. And not just a little. By the time I got up the next morning we had a moat around the bed. Standing water. That explains the off smell the room had. Overall we were very disappointed. We routinely stay with Choice hotels and this was by far our worst experience ever. Avoid this place as there are many more options nearby.

When we checked in, I asked pool hours and they informed me the pool has been closed all year for maintenance. Not the end of the world but frustrating since I specifically booked for the indoor pool. Everything else seemed okay enough for a single night until we turned the lights out for bed and the biggest cockroach I have ever seen crawled down the wall immediately. We packed up and left after that.

We stayed at the hotel as it was close to the FirstBank amphitheatre. The hotel needs upgrade with TV channel selection. There was no fruit for breakfast and they ran out of sausage. The staff was friendly and professional. Would be nice if the cigarette smoking area wasn't at the front door.

Picked this hotel due to having an indoor pool. Should have looked at their website since the pool is closed for renovations. Rooms need updated / years of repairs are showing. Overall if you need some where to sleep when you are tired this will work.

We was very dissatisfied all around. Pictures don’t match the rooms. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, our room had the oddest syrup smell. The whole room stayed damp feeling. The bed sheets, floor, chairs and all felt damp with moisture. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor no matter how the shower was on, there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. We all woke up with full blown allergy discomfort from the mold. The room door had to be slammed to shut and shoved to open. The pool was taped off and closed. We spoke to the front desk clerk about the loudness from the room above us until 2 am and he laughed at us. Definitely will not be back to stay here.

Hotel is very old and stinks. Old carpet, we had roaches in the first room and had to be moved. The same room had mold in the bathroom and old beer cans on top of the armoire. Which means the cleaners hadn’t done a good clean.

2 stars are appropriate for this place, the corner of the shower had mold in our room (215) and worn out furniture. It needs to be remodeled, but not a bad time if specifically used for sleeping. The bed was nice and clean

This place is horrible. Very over priced for the condition of it. It is very dirty. When we walked in the room there was still trash from the previous people who stayed. The floor was wet and there was a big chunk of drywall that they just layed down on a piece of plastic beside the bed. When we came out to the lobby in the morning everyone was talking about how dirty their room was. Do not waste your money here.

Needed a dog friendly road-trip over-night stop. Traveled w 2 adults 1 kid a d a dog in a king room suite. Size was good for us. The room needed a desperate refresh. Sofa upholstery had visible stains (I covered it w a sheet to sit on it), toilet seat looked to be melted in certain spots, towels were worn down where yiu could see individual fibers keeping the towel from a hole. Didn’t bother with the shower. Overall it served its purpose for an inexpensive overnight stay. They do offer breakfast and the pet fee of $30 is bery reasonable.

Outdated hotel, my shower tub was separated from the wall, the room carpet was stained and box spring was stained and torn. Looked dirty. On the up side, the sheets were soft, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing.

Hotel is located off close to the highway. We were grateful for it because the hotel next door where we originally booked was bad so we moved to the Comfort Inn. Room was big with plenty of space (mini-fridge & couch). It was clean and the front desk staff were friendly.

We stay here about 5 or more times a year. We love the hot tub rooms. Great price. Most staff are great. Issues are its very outdated. Need updated tvs, streaming capabilities, better plugs, etc.

Price was what made us choose this place. We were coming home from Florida and just needed a place to sleep. We were traveling with a small dog so I requested a first floor room weeks before our arrival. Our room was on the THIRD floor. The tub had a large rust ring around the drain. Beds were comfortable and halls were quiet. Breakfast was below average. Would stay again if just for a place to sleep.

Don’t get me wrong, we were very happy with our stay, it was cheap as far as hotels in the area go so expectations were not high. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast was average comfort inn style breakfast. The area is nice and our room was very quiet. The negative, the furniture is extremely outdated and the hotel is in need of maintenance. Easy maintenance like replacing a switch plate, tightening a toilet, taking a screw driver to what’s loose. I had a lost bag issue with the airline and was having it delivered to this hotel before I arrived. At midnight I tried calling the front desk for over an hour and there was no answer.

Wanted to charge $50 more than Expedia rate at check in. Staff was curt and arrogant. The room’s carpet is badly frayed, the common spaces are dirty and the shower never got warm. There are other hotels to choose, not this one.

The only reason I’m even merely giving this a 2 star is bc of Amesha! She was very helpful, kind and accommodating! However, VERY OUTDATED, VERY DISAPPOINTING, other staff besides her was very rude and we hadn’t even been checked in for 5 hours and housekeeping was banging on our door. The “pull out” bed from the couch was absolutely a disgrace! Idk how long the garbage had been under the bed/couch. Idk what kind of stains, and dirt were on the sheets and in the “mattress pad protector” When I went to the front desk to ask for a clean mattress pad protector— the man stated they didn’t have any for the sofa beds. I had to take it outside and shake it out and clean before we could even lay our child down for bed! I should’ve turned around then and asked for a reimbursement, and went elsewhere! The pool has been “under maintenance” for over 6 months! Was the only reason we booked our reservation here for our 9 yo daughters very FIRST CHEER Competition! I will most DEFINITELY spend the extra money somewhere updated, cleaner, and just better all the way around! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Unless you’re looking for a trap house and just for a few hours!

The Comfort Inn at Franklin TN, lost our reservation and we had to rebook at the front desk at full room rate.The guy at the reception said the credit card got declined so they had to reject the prior confirmation (?), and then took the same exact card for new reservation. The room was not that clean and tidy either. We were able to contact Hotels.com and get the first payment reimbursed thankfully.

The front desk guy was a little overly friendly with me, and cordial to my husband. It looked nice from the outside but the building was obviously old. We were on the second floor and the whole floor smelled weird/funky. Our sink drained real slow, the doors were dirty, especially the bathroom door. It looked like mold or mildew stains in the bathroom at the bottom and top of the wall by the tub. Even the walls in the hallway looked dirty. The mini fridge worked so that was great. It was wobbly though. The TV was old and the picture wasn't super great. The lobby was decent. breakfast was fine. They offered the regular diy waffles, yogurt, cereal, everything bagels, bread for toast, mini muffins, sausage links and scrambled eggs (a little too wet and mushy, for my taste and a few others that I overheard talking about the same thing.

Hotel is located off close to the highway. We were grateful for it because the hotel next door where we originally booked was bad so we moved to the Comfort Inn. Room was big with plenty of space (mini-fridge & couch). It was clean and the front desk staff were friendly.

My first room (101) smelled really bad of smoke, to the point it really bothered my allergies. I had to go to the desk and complain (which I don’t like to do) the gentleman at the desk switched me to another room 212, which was better. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was convenient to many shops, restaurants and especially the Hospital (which I had my daughter in). In my opinion the hotel itself needs to be updated. Overall my stay wasn’t bad.

Disappointed in the promoted "hot breakfast". After 30 minutes there was no eggs or meat left, and never replenished. Had one biscuit and luke warm gravy. No fruit, no yogart, little selection and no "attendant" to provide service. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room as "average".

We stayed at the hotel as it was close to the FirstBank amphitheatre. The hotel needs upgrade with TV channel selection. There was no fruit for breakfast and they ran out of sausage. The staff was friendly and professional. Would be nice if the cigarette smoking area wasn't at the front door.

Many repairs were needed: grab bar in shower was coming out of the wall, recent painting in the halls left paint splatters all over the carpet and fingerprints in elevator. Very dusty and some leftover trash in the corners of the room. No light bulbs in several lamps. Doors were warped and rubbed or had difficulty opening/shutting. Ice and vending access only on first floor. Breakfast was disappointing and waffle makers didn’t work. Pool area was moldy and rusty with sad excuses of towels. It was convenient to several nice restaurants and the staff was friendly. But, we didn’t get light bulbs even though we let them know. Occasional smell of weed in the hallway outside our room so someone was smoking in their “smoke-free” building. It served its purpose as a place to sleep on our girls’ trip and we didn’t end up with bed bugs, but we also won’t return to this one.

This property is run down and has not been taken care of. The breakfast was not good at all. There were not many food choices as compared to other chains and facilities. The waffle machines were not working. We have stayed at Comfort Inn properties previously that were very nice but this one was definitely not.

The only complaint that I had was I came down at 8:30 and all the food was gone they had a hot breakfast but some Ziggy pigs came down there and ate everything they could ate up all the eggs ate up all the sausage drink of all the milk took all the juice boxes so there was no orange juice no nothing the waffles were almost completely out no fruit because they all came down and ate everything they could.
