The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower and lots of hot water. The hotel is located in a very busy spot. There are many nearby restaurants and other service venues. Outside noise was a constant. Perhaps keeping with the Music City vibe, someone played music well into the night on both nights that we were there. No guest laundry. The pool was outdoors and not in service. No hot tub either. We would stay there in the future, as it was a good value.

The room was clean and quiet. My only disappointment is that the fitness center was. It open for use. Otherwise I definitely recommend this location for a great stay away from home.

Small room on ground level. It had everything we needed. Pool area was old, but worked fine for us. Breakfast had lots of options! Staff was so nice and check-in was fast. AMAZING and large playground too!

Franklin inn is nice remodeled economy hotel. Breakfast was typical. Location was excellent close to Publix and restaurants. Room was small but comfortable. Rooms faced the parking lot (no interior hallway) and 2 stories with no elevator.

For a budget inn, Best Western Franklin was extremely comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was extremely friendly upon check-in and check-out. The continental breakfast might not have been the largest selection, but was always fresh and kept well-stocked during the morning. While we did not use the pool, it was open during our extended stay, and was not heavily used by other guests. The only real negative is that there are several large potholes in the parking lot that need to be carefully avoided. Other than that, we would gladly stay at this location again!

Location is very convenient to the interstate. You can easily walk to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. The front staff was very friendly and the pool and playground looks well maintained. I only had a small issue with the commode flushing; however, overall it was a nice stay for an overnight visit to the area.

The property was difficult to access. When I got into my room there were cockroaches in the bathroom and it was infested with ants. The front desk offered another room but I couldn't risk bringing roaches home. I asked for a refund but she denied it.

Overall, it was good. We found that the carpets were dirty; I walked around the room a bit in white socks and they were filthy very quickly. The carpets just probably need a good clean after a busy summer. Eduardo in the kitchen, and the folks at the front desk were all wonderful. We would stay there again.

It was dirty.. I found numerous black hairs on my sheets.. the hotel itself looked so run down on the outside. If we weren’t traveling on a bike and caught in a thunderstorm I never would have stayed here. The only decent thing in our room was the shower. It was clean and had good pressure.

The renovation of the rooms brought the property up to modern specs. The furnishings are modern and quality. The lighted vanity mirror was really nice. The TV worked well. The lighting was simple to use and you can tell it is not an inexpensive junk. The shower in the room was not a cheap cover-up - the workmanship and product quality are evident. AND the best, powerful water flow I've seen in a long time. Overall very stylish and nice. The area was okay too.

The room was clean and inviting. The locks worked well, and we felt safe in our room on the front of the building. The back side of the building was not as well lit. The external environment was quiet, except for normal road noise. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the AC was quite noisy when it cycled on. Unfortunately, we all slept poorly for these reasons. Breakfast was good and the dining area was tidy.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a really good stay!! Only complaint I have about this stay was my mattress was totally worn out and had backache when I left. I notified front desk when I checked out and they said they will replace it. Everything thing else was great!!

Well maintained. Clean, comfortable room. The only issue I had was my own fault. I didn't realize this was a motel and not a hotel so there's a lot of noise around from the road and various guests standing outside. However, I think this is a great spot and would be a great stay for anyone traveling through.

I have state at this property a few times and the staff has always been super friendly. They have renovated the room so they are clean and very nice looking. Definitely looks more upscale now. I enjoy this property and the location. There’s a shopping center directly behind the hotel with a Starbucks. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s in close proximity to the interstate. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Franklin.

The check in was quick, the staff was friendly, when I checked in wifi information was provided, my room was clean, nice, and comfortable. Check out was easy and fast and the staff on the morning shift was very friendly and offered breakfast and coffee.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location being so close to a grocery store. I did not like that the staff ignored the “privacy” sign on my door. They went in anyways to clean, but that negates the purpose of having the sign at all. There were also random bugs in the room. Not bedbugs, but random little guys spread throughout. Gnats, a bug in the shower, a fly, and a bug above the window.

Best Western Franklin Inn The pictures looked nice but it was an old motel, not an inn. We had to drive to our room. The lobby was a separate building. It smelled musty. They charged us twice for the same room and we will have to dispute it with our bank. They would not address the issue. We will never stay there again. We will never stay at another Best Western.

If staying at this property be sure to latch the door and put the privacy sign out. 1st housekeeper knocked at 7:30 am and we forgot to latch it back. The 2nd one came at 9 and just walked in the door with no knock.

Great price and location. Fast food, restaurants and grocery stores very close to the property. Microwave and fridge in rooms. They don't have an elevator, so request a ground level room if needed. Free breakfast in the morning with wide variety of options.

it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby.
