Room were clean although cleaners everyday asked for a tip witj a long conversation about it, they didnt vacuum. Pool was cleaned i think once that i noticed. Washing machine busted and kept 1 microwave per floor on the trash can. .gross.the rest of the staff waa very nice And rest of the areas were clean...although the large barking dog kept me up 2 nights in a row. For the price id go back as it was reasonable for the area

As a group of 6 that came to town for a nearby family reunion, one amenity we looked for was a pool. While this property does have a pool, it is closed and condemned by the Tennessee Department of Health. However, this didn’t stop the hotel management from removing the health department “closed” sign in the evening after inspectors were unlikely to catch them. We didn’t realize this on day 1 and assumed they were given the all clear to open it. But suddenly on the morning of day 2, the health department sign was back on the gate. When I asked at the front desk, he told they would open it at 5 when the inspector was off work. I was shocked and angered that they put our family’s health at risk the previous day. We promptly checked out of this hotel the following morning, ahead of our planned departure. I also reported their shenanigans to the Health Department supervisor. I hope the hotel is issued a big fine.

Every time we are in the Nashville area, we stay at Clarion Point in Franklin. The people are so friendly, rooms are spotless, the area is safe and convenient to everything. The pool is always crisp and clean when we are there in the hot months. We do not stay anywhere else in that area except Clarion Point. Delores Mullings

We had a very good stay. Very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. REALLY appreciated the computer & printer in the lobby to get our flight boarding passes. Only bad thing was breakfast. Not much. Scrambled eggs, some sausage and oatmeal would be appreciated.

Our carpet was wet in our room. Smelled like wet dog. Will not stay here again. Bathroom was gross and dirty and smelled like pee. We basically got there at 9p and woke up at 6a and didn’t even want to shower….we just wanted to get out. Stay away.

Check in was seamless and representative was very friendly. Hotel looked newly renovated throughout. However, I'm pretty sure something is wrong with the air conditioning. As soon as we walked into our room, mildew must slapped us in the face. Our carpet and blankets felt wet. It was too much. So we requested a new room and the front desk gave us a new room with no issue. Second room didn't smell however, the blankets and pillows still felt damp. We woke up and felt so sticky. It was extremely late when we checked in so we just got our 7 hours of sleep and hurried out as fast as possible. Breakfast smelled good but we didn't try it as it was a tight fit with the breakfast crowd.

I could not get past the awful moldy mildew smell when entering our room. Since we had a house fire we had no where else to go after midnight. So we stayed one night. The smell was making my service dog sneeze and I’m having breathing issues.

I almost didn’t give this hotel a try because the price was so much cheaper than the other hotels in the Franklin/Nashville area I figured it was probably a dumb but I’m glad I did! I would definitely stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice. Our room was huge. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. Area around hotel felt safe. Restaurant options were good around hotel.

Very noisy room. It felt like a train was going by right next to hotel. My bed actually shook. Unfortunately I was already undressed and unpacked so I chose not to move. Reception said it was not near the laundry, so that wasn’t the cause. Perhaps the heating unit?

The hotel room was wonderful, the beds were comfortable enough the pillows are small and very soft( I prefer firm). Our only problem was that the first two nights we had no hot water. We called and complained and finally had someone come and check, they tried to fix it, and the last two nights of a 5 night stay for a softball tournament we had adequately hot water.

The room appeared ok but the air conditioner would not go below 72 and it didn't seem to be pumping out cold air. It was a warm night and it smelled moldy and damp in the room and very uncomfortable to sleep in.

When I arrived, I told the front desk that extending my reservation was a possibility. He said, “No problem. Just come in before 9am if you extend and we will reprogram your key and save your room for you.” Within the hour, I extended my reservation. That man left and another man arrived for the night shift. He refused to reprogram my key, that night, even when I told him I did not want to wake up early and did not want to be disturbed. The hotel breakfast is abysmal. There are no bagels, toast, potatoes, meats, or fruits besides apples. The only thing they have is waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. The service is one-star. The breakfast is one-star, but there are fantastic rooms. The houskeeping did a nice job, but it still sucks.

Upon arriving and checking in the front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and inviting. I checked in very quick and easy. I went to my room to take a look and was very pleased. It was a very nice and pleasant experience.

The front desk had a will be back in 10 minutes sign on the counter. I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone came back. When leaving, the front cashier was counting money and did not say hello or ask how the stay was. Very disappointed and tarnished my opinion of the hotel brand. I will never go to a Clarion again,

Everyone downstairs is rude, except Lala. I’ve been able to check in early since I started booking a room here. On 4/21 the customer service was so bad that I left crying after working a 12 hour shift waiting for my room to be ready at 9A, no guest had stayed in the room prior to my arrival so I wasn’t sure why the employee did not allow me to check in. Last week I was charged $20 for early check in and yesterday one of the morning employees yelled at me like I was a child and stated I had to pay $40 now to check in. I’ve reported this hotel to corporate, please be aware.

I visit Clarion Pointe often and the staff are always super nice and helpful . They always know my name and room number. Everything is always nice , clean and quiet . Housekeeping makes sure I have everything I need each day . Very nice affordable stay .

Other than the fact that we had no washcloths during our stay, everything was excellent. There were plenty other cloths to use. We must have a room with a roll-in shower. We stay here often, and this is the only hotel which gets that right EVERY TIME. All other hotels tend to mess that up. Love the staff, room, and service.

We stayed at Clarion Pointe Franklin-Nashville en route to Florida. We arrived in the evening and found it easily. It is in a nice neighborhood which felt very safe. A grocery store and other businesses are a few minutes drive away. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Our windows faced the back of the property which is an untouched nature area which made it very quiet.

The facility was nice. The shower plumbing was loose where it came through the wall. The “breakfast” was disappointing. Waffles, cereal and some fruit. The Orang juice was terrible and the coffee was weak. But for the price it wasn’t too bad. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean. The only things I could say were minor. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower was awesome. Pressure was on point and plenty of hot water. I will say the continental breakfast was weak. No donuts or pastries or fresh fruit. No eggs, bacon or sausage even biscuits and gravy. The staff was exemplary.
