The hotel was great for the price. Nice, quiet, and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was closed. They advertise an indoor pool, which would normally mean it’s open year round, but it is more like a pool inside a glass room. I mean the whole reason I booked that hotel is because they advertise the indoor pool/hot tub. Our sons were having surgery the next day so I wanted them to be able to swim and have fun the night before. It was closed because it was “cold in there”. That was extremely disappointing for all of us.

Great hotel for those traveling with pets. They are currently doing some much needed renovations to the property. Conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel. Plenty of green space to walk your dogs and the indoor hot tub and pool are kept very clean.

Room was clean, Wi-Fi was crap, basically non-existent, breakfast was hardly crap and was mostly enough by 830 on a Saturday and it didn't end until 10. Hot tub was broken, therefore child and very cloudy. Pool is indoors but was crazy cold. The indoor pool is the main reason I choose the hotel. The attached photo is the pool door leaving. Despite all of that, the staff we met were all nice.

Room was very clean, staff was awesome. Cannot remember his name but I loved the front desk associate who checked us in. Ironically he was the same one who checked me into La Quinta when I first moved to Franklin, and the last to check me out when I moved away from Franklin. The hotel is a bit older but its an affordable, cat friendly hotel that wasn't overly loud and was clean enough. Some of the ceiling panels might need a refresh but all in all we enjoyed the stay and breakfast the next morning. Will be staying at this La Quinta any time I'm back in the south Nashville area

We had bed bugs in our room which we showed to the front desk! Ruined our whole trip, had to switch rooms my friend was bitten and had a terrible reaction! Should have been given a refund for this stay but we were there for a FUNERAL and had no time to argue or deal with this during that time. Looking to have this made right please.

The carpet was old, dirty and ratty No lids on trash cans in the hallways. Ceiling leaking in several places with buckets on the floor catching the water. No cups in my room. Mold in the shower corners. The hygiene items in the bottles in the shower were empty.

My husband and I checked in around 10:30pm, and it seemed pretty safe, which was good! However, it was not very well kept on the outside. The man at the front desk was kind enough and helped us with some questions. When we got to our bedroom, the bathroom toilet was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The sink counter didn’t seem like it had really been cleaned either, and the toilet paper had not been restocked. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus! My husband and I didn’t worry too much cause it was just a quick one night stay, but definitely wouldn’t want to stay here for much longer than that.

I was very disappointed about my stay. I checked in on Friday around 4 after driving 7.5 hrs. By 11 as me and my son was laying down I noticed a roach about to go towards his headboard. We packed all our things went to front desk to get our room changed. We went from double beds to 1 king, and instructed to see manager Sat. I went to front desk 1st thing Sat. Just to be informed manager in at 3. I spoke with he gave me run around all day then stated he would call my room to handle his shift would be over at 11p.m. I never heard from him. There was no juice availability for breakfast the excuse was the machine was broken so only coffee water and milk to select from. I had to clean the 2nd room provided shower with Clorox wipes it was dirty with hair inside. I traveled 8 hours for disappointment. My complaint was never addressed and I feel like I wasted my money. I have a 275lb 14 yr old. Why would I want to spend vacation sleeping beside him. Very uncomfortable. This experience will forever be unforgettable.

It’s a deal breaker solely because solely because of what we encountered in the shower. I just wouldn’t stay there again because if this was left unclean, who knows what else was. There was a wad of hair on the shower drain. There was some other dirt stains in the tub. Listen, I hate writing negative reviews, but this was gross! There was also a trash container by the stairs with trash stacked on top. The front desk manager graciously gave us another room. He even forwarded the photo of the shower drain I showed him to what I’m guessing was the housekeeping manager. No problems with the face to face interaction with the staff. The beds were very comfortable. There is just that one thing that would prevent me from going back. Yuck!

Room was clean, recently remodeled, no smell, no bugs, that all was great. BUT the have shades on the windows that let a lot of light in the sides from the street lights. They need to put on curtains, room 322. Seemed like daylight to me in middle of night. The other bed had street light shining in their eyes. Ran out of toilet paoer, no spare, had tissues. Shower soaps were empty. Breakfast ...standard cheap waffkes, raisin bran, no juice, nothing exciting. All this being said, i would stay there again, because clean is most important. You can check ahead for soaps, toilet paper, and i don't care about breakfast that much....

Spent three nights. One early morning I could hear the neighboring room occupant's alarm going off and dog whining. Otherwise slept good. The interstate facing rooms, you will hear traffic, but that didn't bother me. The lights outside were very bright and window blind doesn't cover properly (I prefer a darker sleep). Sheets had a little staining, but perhaps that's acceptable? Average hotel, decent amenities nearby.

my room was very stark, very utilitarian and did not feel warm or inviting at all. There were issues with the wifi, and when I mentioned it to the front desk their response was "yeah, that happens sometimes". I booked this because it was a cheaper option. It reminded me that you get what you pay for..

When we arrived they were doing some upgrades to the property. The rooms look like they have been recently remodeled. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were extremely quiet on the inside. Couldn’t hear traffic nor other people moving into their rooms.

One of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. The windows are so thin the noise from the highway is quite loud (at all hours). Don’t stay in a room with an odd number, those face the highway.

The internet didn't work and the TV channels didn't load. There was flood light outside our windows and even with blackout curtains, our room was still very bright in the middle of the night. Half of the breakfast amenities were not functioning.

Management was very rude for an establishment that wasn’t very clean/tidy. Every issue I had (no towels (maid service never came by and I stayed a week), new trash bags requested, vending machine ate my money, ceiling leaking, heat wasn’t working & there’s a blizzard outside). I didn’t overly complain, more so questioned if anything could be done in regards to standard needs (respectfully) & the management always rebuttal’d or cut me off to ask if I was the problem first, before even letting me finish my sentence. How could I be the problem & I’m not on staff? ABSOLUTELY HATED MY STAY HERE. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

My room was cleaned during my 4 night stay no towels refreshed , no bed made . On Thursday she wiped the sink and replaced coffee picked up towels but did not replace. Went front desk got towels my self . Bed was not made up entire stay .

Upon arrival to the hotel the place seem to be in disarray and under construction to carpet is old and stained in the hallways with paint over spray all over the place which I'm assuming is the construction going on which is why I gave it three stars instead of one cuz I think they're trying to improve things. We checked into our room and I pulled the bed back and found blood stains and hairs on the sheets! I called down to the lobby and they sent up another set of sheets as I was helping change the sheets on the bed the guy wadded up these sheets as well and took them away and had to bring up a third set of sheets with no stains. Finally after inspecting the sheets I was comfortable in sleeping in the bed. However I checked the bathroom area sink and toilets for cleanliness and was Disturbed by how filthy things were. I checked these things with an ultraviolet light because I want to know where I'm staying is being kept up. The toilet seat was clean any place that you touch with your hands or inside of the sink or clean but only surface clean the toilet bowl on the outside was absolutely disturbing the splatters all around the mirror look like a 6-year-old blushed his teeth and spit all over everything I can't even believe that this is not been cleaned better in a La Quinta Inn. I did take pictures but somehow I am unable to upload them through this site. However I will continue to try.

The staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was lacking. Some juice would be nice. There is nothing for children to drink except milk that was for the coffee and that ran out early. There was yogurt the first day but none the second day. For the price more options would be expected. Plus, the hot tub did not work. It heated but had not bubbles. It was the reason I booked the hotel, had I known it did not I would have booked a hotel closer to the event I was attending.

Nice tv in room. Body wash was empty in shower, plug for sink was missing, bathroom light didn't work. Lots of outlets by the bed. Shower pressure good. Light offering for breakfast. Nothing that is going to fill you up. No hot food. Coffee probably med to dark roast. Quite bitter tasting. It was fine as a place to stay on our way but not someplace we would stay for a whole vacation stay.

We called to make sure the pool and hot tub were operational two days before our trip. Once we got there we were told the hot tub had been down for a week and would not be available during our trip. I would have canceled and made a reservation at another hotel. The value of the 'free breakfast' was simply not there. Food was poor quality, the juice was awful and very little variety overall. The beds were so uncomfortable my back has hurt for two days after leaving. We had to park in the street two of the three days because the hotel does not have enough parking.

I liked the area how it was in the cut (hidden), the shopping 🛍 centers close by, the 🛌 bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, admired how the pillows cupped my head the only downfall was option of breakfast 😳 wasnt many options to choose from.

The room was clean, but the property is need of updating. The walls had mismatched paint. The room had outdated furniture and artwork. The bathtub was clean but in rough shape with the finish coming off. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The juice machine was broken and all they offered was 2 kinds of cereal and waffles.
