Sentralt med noen av byens beste spisesteder i nærheten. Restauranten i 10. etasje kan også anbefales! Kort vei til parkering i oppvarmet P-hus. Litt små, men veldig flotte rom. Jeg var heldig å få rom i niende etasje og hadde en nydelig utsikt. Nydelig frokost!

Bom hotel, com ótimas instalações e excelente café da manhã. A estadia foi muito confortável, os ambientes são bem cuidados e o café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade. Recomendo.

The hotel was really stylish with amazing amenities. I have a very serious feather allergy. I always check ahead and make received a reply saying this was "no problem". After the first night my eyes were swollen shut and I needed a lot of medication. I discovered the (very stylish) yellow throw on the bed was full of feathers. I advised the staff who immediately removed it. That was it. No apology. No "here's some champagne to wash all the tablets down with". Maybe it's a Norwegian thing? If you don't have any allergies - totally visit this hotel. The rooftop is great (for Northern Light spotting). The breakfast was brilliant. Wide selection. High quality. We also used the gym (very nice) and the restaurant which was also very good indeed.

Everything was above my expectation: the view, the lookout, the gym, the restaurant, etc. Everything was great. Didn’t get to try the spa, but I’m sure it would’ve been great too

Staying here in Tromsø was an absolute delight. The restaurant served exactly what we needed—delicious, satisfying meals that hit the spot every time. Our suite was impressively spacious, with plenty of room for our daughter to sleep comfortably on a single bed in the main living area. One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. To top it off, our Aurora tour picked us up right outside the hotel—so convenient! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

Sehr schöner Stil des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt.

Everything was perfect with 2 exceptions, there were two glasses at the property one with a nice thick 'Merlin Monroe red' lipstick print. And the moon/mars shaped ceiling light came down with a loud booom.

The staff were very helpful and had lots of suggestions for day trips. Breakfast was fantastic with Norwegian and international foods. Our bed was made everyday and we got new towels when we needed them. I’m not a big fan of the shower design without a shower door as the water gets everywhere, but I realize that this kind of shower is the trend. Dinner at their restaurant was also amazing but I was very troubled to see whale on their menu. All in all a modern and comfortable hotel and great home base for all the excursions you can do in the area. I would stay there again.

Nossa família de 4 pessoas se hospedou por 6 dias em dois apartamentos de andares diferentes, no Reveillon. As instalações do hotel são novas e bem decoradas. O balcão da recepção foi mal dimensionado para o fluxo de pessoas, impossibilitando o livre acesso ao "bar" e a sala de café/restaurante, parece fila de metrô. O quarto, apesar de muito pequeno, é completo e bem decorado, mas praticamente não há serviço de limpeza, quando entram arrumam a cama e, às vezes, tiram o lixo do banheiro, em 6 dias não aspiraram o apartamento e, por duas vezes, deixaram uma toalha de banho pequena para ser dividida entre dois adultos . Não há interfone nos quartos, room service insatisfatorio. Café da manhã com muitos itens, mas nada verdadeiramente saboroso, minha filha que ama ovos não conseguiu comer nenhum tipo oferecido e até a panqueca ou waffles com nutela era inaceitável para as crianças. A nossa primeira experiência foi a funcionária do bar nos recebendo no restaurante no horário do almoço (a la carte), dizendo que o serviço ia demorar porque ela estava sozinha e só tinha duas mãos, impressionante a má vontade dela. O buffet de jantar era péssimo, o valor de 850 Noks por pessoa (cerca de 72 euros), sem bebidas, taxas e serviço em dia normal, seria aceitável se a comida fosse razoável. Em resumo, o The Dock é um hotel de rede com pouco charme, sem nenhuma experiência relevante e equipe mal treinada, já fui bem melhor recebido em outros hoteis bem.mais simples que este. Não gostei!

Pros: Excellent location, brand new, good size bathroom, many nice restaurants nearby, good for city walking travellers, easy to meet tours right outside the hotel, cool rooftop igloo Cons: extremely uncomfortable way too soft bed, small room size, very little daily cleaning (almost no difference) extremely non engaging front desk (apart from one filipino lady, the rest are all on 5words maximum kinda vibe), NO room service everything you need to go down and ask (don’t have a iPad or phone to call the front desk) minimalistic to the max for a £380+ per night hotel, is not like bad just is nothing much to provide

Staff were super friendly, room was smaller than expected but cosy and very clean! Breakfast was well worth the extra and filled us up until dinner!

Fantastic, new, modern place. Fabulous view from the room. Only one remark - the curtains were detached at the ends and it was hard to cover the window to make it fully dark for a good sleep (midnight sun). Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great service minded personnel.

Super nettes,aufmerksames Personal. Tolles,reichhaltiges Frühstück. In unserem Zimmer war das Licht sehr dunkel und trotz der Versuche der Technik nicht wirklich besser geworden. Die Brücke hat man zwar gehört,aber die Isolation der Fenster war gut. Wir lagen im 8. Stock auf der Ecke in einer Juniorsuite. Dafür eine tolle Aussicht!

Great room, view and location

Der Aufenthalt war durch und durch spitze. Das Personal ist für die Konstellation und die Zeit super eingespielt und gaben sich dauerhaft die beste Mühe. Sämtliche Anliegen wurden an der Rezeption sofort angenommen und bearbeitet. Kein Wunsch wurde abgeschlagen und es konnte selbst spontan die Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Das Restaurant- oben wie unten- war geschmacklich ein absolutes Highlight. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Leider wurde eine Rechnung auf unser Zimmer geschrieben, welche wir nicht verursacht haben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, leider für zwei Personen viel zu klein und wenig Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck zu verstauen. Zum Glück haben wir dort nur geschlafen. Leider funktionierte die Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht gut. Wir hatten dauerhaft um die 19 Grad im Zimmer. Leider konnte dafür kein Monteur auf die schnelle geholt werden, es wurde aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Was fanden wir nicht so gut: Tagungen (HP&Fortinet) fanden während den Frühstückszeiten im Bereich des Restaurants statt, was dazu führte, dass das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre ziemlich angespannt war und gestört wurde. Das Hauptaugenmerk wurde vom Personal dann auf die Tagung gelegt und das Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Gäste mussten hinten angestellt werden. Dies teilten wir auch sofort dem Personal an der Rezeption mit, welches mit absolutem Verständnis entgegen gekommen ist und dies dem Management so weiter gemeldet hat. Keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vom Hotel.

Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!

Cooles neues Hotel im modernen Quartier

Nydelig hotell med særpreg. Service i alle ledd og behagelige rom . Fin plassering, nær sentrum. Mini glass domer på tak som egner seg godt til team aktiviteter og møter som drar litt utover kvelden. Anbefales!

Tres bon hotel meme si un peu àl’ecart du centre la ville reste petite

Veldig flott hotell, med en strålende beliggenhet. Det pågikk noe arbeid i nabolaget, så det var en del anleggstrafikk forbi sitteplassene ute. Flere alternative sitteplasser på andre restauranter ved verftsområdet. Ingen sjenanse/støy på hotellrom, Flott utsikt fra 8. etasje. Frokosten var veldig bra. Vil absolutt anbefale hotellet til de som ønsker det lille ekstra.

Byens beste, og dyreste (😊) hotell skuffet ikke. Gjennomført høy standard på det meste - inkludert en alldeles strålende frokost. Svært smakfull innredning både på rom og ikke minst i fellesområdene, inkludert barer og spisesteder. Vi bodde i 7. etasje med flott utsikt til resten av byen og resten av Vervet-området (som for øvrig er den absolutt flotteste delen av Tromsø by - med havnepromenade med fine spisesteder og vannhull) Proffe servitører og annet staff tvers igjennom, med høy grad av servicementalitet. Kunne kanskje ønsket en enda råere "Det-fikser-vi-mentalitet" i resepsjonen, som tross alt er frontlinjen for ethvert hotell, men da er vi pirkete. Ørlite trekk for en litt stusslig kopp kaffe til desserten - etter kveldens ellers nydelige måltid i restauranten i første etasje. Totalt sett en opplevelse å være gjest her.

This was by far is the best breakfast buffet that we have ever had. The delicious offerings and variety was fantastic! From the delicious pastries to the traditional Norwegian breakfast items there was nothing that we did not like. Would highly recommend the Dock for accommodations and breakfast buffet.
