The breakfast was excellent. Maybe some sensible size waste bins in the room and bathroom would be helpful.

Most staffs are friendly. Restaurant dishes worth the price. Minus point: No room cleaning even requested!

Our stay at Sommarøy Arctic Hotel was truly memorable, mainly because of its unique and breathtaking location. The setting is absolutely one of a kind, and the views from our room were spectacular — waking up surrounded by such natural beauty was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was also impeccable, with excellent quality and variety. However, there are a couple of important points that need improvement. The dinner menu urgently needs to be reformulated. The options were quite limited and did not match the overall standard and expectations created by the hotel and its incredible setting. Another disappointing aspect was the hot tub experience. We had reserved it in advance, but unfortunately my husband was not even able to remove the large cover plastic contraption, and there was no staff available to assist us at the time. This was frustrating, especially since it was something we were really looking forward to. Overall, the location and views are extraordinary and make the hotel very special, but some service and dining improvements would make the experience truly exceptional.
