This is a Hostel! Just FYI when we were checking in multiple people were at the desk complaining about things which made my check in longer then should. Simple things like they provide the sheets but you make the bed is not a big deal for me but others were quite upset LOL! Parking available €6 but fills up fast but we found found free street parking around corner. Good location 1km from Downton. They have a bar and small menu at hostel. I went with wife and two kids and we had no complaints

Sehr einfach gehalten. Ganzes Objekt bräuchte einen neuen Anstrich. Auch die Zimmer. Aufenthaltsräume süffig. Das beste die skybar. Warum nutzt man nicht diese auch für s Frühstück sangebot? Objekt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft was super zentral. 5-8 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. 10-15 min vom Stadion oder vom Zoo entfernt. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Negativ ist die Dusche. Die ist sehr eng und klein. Positiv war auch das Frühstücksbüffet große Auswahl und alles ordentlich. Abends kann man dann noch an der Sky Bar etwas trinken und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Ich kann nur sagen es ist kein Luxus aber für den kleinen Geld Beutel und wer kein schnick schnack braucht. Ist es gut.

I took a single room in the hostel. The room and lobby were clean. The single bed was firm. The bathroom was fitted with a nice shower. There is one flight of stairs to reach the entrance. Inside there is a lift. The smoking area is outside the entrance. The hostel is a 10 minute walk to the main train station. Trams to the city Center are a five minute walk away.

Jeg synes det virkede lidt mørk og utrygt på parkeringspladsen. Der var meget lydt på mangen og jeg vågnede hver gang nogle gik ind og ud i løbet af natten. I kantinen var der meget dårlig akustik

Einen Punkt gibt es nur, damit ich bewerten kann. Die Dusche war unglaublich schimmlig und verdreckt, dass Schlimmste, was ich in 45 Jahren je erlebt habe. Wr habe 2x um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und 2x den gleichen Schmutz und Schimmel vorgefunden und erst im dritten Zimmer war der Duschbereich leicht ausgebessert worden, aber nicht im Bereich der Schiebeleisten. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, dass so etwas Unhygienisches in den Buchungsportalen angeboten wird. Im dritten Zimmer sind zudem die Wände verdreckt und die Matrazen sind nur mit dünnstem Laken belegt. Und es stellt sich die Frage der Reinigung. Die auf dem Buchungsportal eingestellten Zimmerbeispiele treffen in Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sowie Größe in keinster Weise zu. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimner von höchtens 8 qm. Der Lärm des Rangierbahnhofs war unglaublich laut. Wir empfehlen diese Herberge auf keinen Fall weiter und werden bei hotel.com auch definitiv nicht mehr buchen. Mit Kindern wären wir sofort weggegangen. Fotos konnten leider nicht hochgeladen werden, dürfen bei mir aber gern nachgefragt werden.

Hotel was in a great location with easy access to transit. Hotel staff were great! But the hotel is very dirty and rooms looked and smelled like they have never been washed. Dirt all over the walls. Other then that you can’t beat the price and the market is right behind.

Wir haben uns als Familie (4 Personen) auf unseren günstigen Dresden Urlaub gefreut. In der Unterkunft kam dann die bittere Erkenntnis das es das schmutzigste und unsauberste Hotel war in dem wir je waren. Schimmel und Dreck an den Wänden. Das gleiche in der Dusche. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter leider der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und rauchten lieber eine nach der anderen vor dem Hotel. Frühstück laut Rezeption und Schildern von 7.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr. Ab 09.30 Uhr wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt, und wir waren froh das wir noch ein wenig Zucker fanden um den Kaffee zu süßen. Alles in allem eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Wir werden aufjedenfall nie wieder in dieses "Hotel" einchecken und es auch niemanden weiter empfehlen.

We feel fooled by Expedia advertisement and the hostel. Pictures for room we ordered show a much bigger room. What we really got: 2 beds like in a prisoner's cell! I'm near a claustrophobia. Only information the kind guy at reception could give: There are no such rooms as shown (and ordered!) at the picture in Expedia. Hotel has just one of them (# x18) in each level and those are occupied already.

Die Betten waren nicht so komfortabel wie ich es erwartet habe. Ich habe jede Feder am Körper gespürt. Leider war die DUSCHE auch nicht so sauber, leider mit Schimmel am Silikon. Der TV hat auch nicht funktioniert leider. Dafür ging das WLAN sehr gut. Ich bin trotzdem dankbar das ich eine Schlafmöglichkeit hatte. Für diese Übernachtung hätte auch der halbe Preis gereicht.

Für zwei Übernachtungen ist es in Ordnung, jedoch für längere Aufenthalte ist es nicht empfehlenswert. Mehr Sauberkeit und Zustand der Ausstattung auf Vollständigkeit ist wünschenswert. Anbindungen waren super, jedoch daher auch sehr laut, dies auch bei Nacht.

Perfekt, wenn man am nächsten Morgen einen Zug erreichen muss. Zimmer sind günstig und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt. Personal hab ich immer als freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Einzige Minuspunkte in meinem Einzelzimmer: die Matratze ist durchgelegen und der Shampoo-Spender in der Dusche mit Wasser aufgefüllt. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend und meine erste Wahl, wenn ich wieder in aller Frühe einen Zug nehme.

A very nice girl checked me in and she asked if I would prefer a female only room since I was assigned a mixed room. And there were only two of us for six beds. The shower pressure was fabulous and it was perfectly heated water. There was a fair amount of noise in the hallways but luckily it calmed down at a reasonable time. Thank you, A & O: all I hoped for was a good night sleep so it was a great stay.

I took a single room in the hostel. The room and lobby were clean. The single bed was firm. The bathroom was fitted with a nice shower. There is one flight of stairs to reach the entrance. Inside there is a lift. The smoking area is outside the entrance. The hostel is a 10 minute walk to the main train station. Trams to the city Center are a five minute walk away.

In general it was a good stay for one night but I did not like that we had to pay an additional fee ( culture tax) because when I booked I thought I paid all I need to. Also the bed linen for 3 beds was not in the room and we were told that it could be picked up at reception. To get the beds done up would have cost extra. Weird concept for a hotel ( I did not book a youth hostel on purpose). The room was clean and big enough for 5 people. One bed seemed to be wobbly and one socket with charging port wasn't working - a half "Desaster" when traveling with teenagers. If you need quietness to fall asleep this hotel might have too many trains passing by. The breakfast was ok. The choice was ok and you could get enough to get you through the morning. The staff in general was nice and friendly.

Wir haben uns als Familie (4 Personen) auf unseren günstigen Dresden Urlaub gefreut. In der Unterkunft kam dann die bittere Erkenntnis das es das schmutzigste und unsauberste Hotel war in dem wir je waren. Schimmel und Dreck an den Wänden. Das gleiche in der Dusche. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter leider der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und rauchten lieber eine nach der anderen vor dem Hotel. Frühstück laut Rezeption und Schildern von 7.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr. A very nice girl checked me in and she asked if I would prefer a female only room since I was assigned a mixed room. And there were only two of us for six beds. The shower pressure was fabulous and it was perfectly heated water. There was a fair amount of noise in the hallways but luckily it calmed down at a reasonable time. Thank you, A & O: all I hoped for was a good night sleep so it was a great stay.

At first I was going to leave a bad review. Now I have decided to be fair. If you need a pkace to crash for the nighy that is cheap and cheerful, thos is the one. Staff are great and the facilities are ok. It serves a purpose very well. The smell in the room was rhe other guesys. I will definitely come back again.
