Lots of space around the pool. Ideal location for playing golf on the Salgados golf course.. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Bedroom was a good size even with the extra bed we added for our son.. We stayed half board but the only option in the evening was an Italian restaurant.. There was no childrens menu at lunch time or in the evening for kids.. Our son would have loved chicken nuggets and chips which he couldn't get. That was a negative.. Beach is also about a 15-20minute walk..

Had a great time at the Hotel recently. Good size rooms and good facilities. Good range of food options in the buffets. The hotel is also close to the beach and they run a mini train to and from the beach. Will definitely recommend.

This four-star hotel located on the outskirts of town. While the location is a bit removed from central attractions, getting around was easy and convenient with Uber, which was consistently quick to arrive. The hotel itself is massive and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the hallways, everything was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent throughout our stay. The rooms were impressively large and extremely spacious, offering all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber: bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, iron and ironing board, and a mini fridge. The hotel is clearly geared more toward families and pet owners than couples. There were many dogs on the property, and it’s very kid-friendly, with three children’s pools and one adult pool. While the pool facilities were ample and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available, The hotel restaurant was an area that fell short of expectations. While the breakfast buffet was fantastic — with a wide assortment of fresh and varied options — the same couldn’t be said for the pool restaurant's lunch and dinner service. The food was mediocre at best, and service was painfully slow. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was top-notch. Pain points: the service (activities, animation and a feeling of under staffed situation), kids club (and although interns put their heart into it), long lines waiting for everything especially the bar, restaurant buffet: the bar is low for most of the days. However, the restaurant Moonlight à la carte was a good surprise. The room was isolated, however, there are some renovations ongoing in the building front of it. The cleaning was light on top of that.

Everything was commendable about this property. The staff from front office to the breakfast team, poolside, were absolutely amazing and very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel was clean, smelt nice as well. We would stay here again & again.

Hotel was good and clean. Surrounding was a breath of fresh air. Only thing we didn’t like was not having our room cleaned and had to request multiple times which was very inconvenient with a baby.

Das ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Die Zimmer werden sehr sehr schlecht gereinigt, die Handtücher die gewechselt werden hatten ständig Haare von Vorgängern drin und trotz mehrmaliger Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde die Reinigung nicht besser. Das Hotel wurde auch nur teilweise renoviert. Vieles, wie in die Dusche, in den Zimmern und auch im gesamten Hotel ist sehr alt, noch von einem vorherigen Hotel. Ein Kids Club existiert auch nicht, obwohl die dafür werben. Lediglich das Frühstück und das italienische Restaurant ist gut und die Kellner sehr freundlich. Die Getränkepreise in der Lobby sind Wucher! Und stehen zu keinem Verhältnis!

Huge hotel with four pools. Large room and shower room. Not much natural light so seemed rather dark in places. The food was varied and plentiful. We were all inclusive, there were even afternoon snacks and midnight snacks. My only negatives were that without a car you couldn’t walk to anywhere, it was out of the way. Which should suggest it was quiet but it so was not. Loud music around the pool and kids in abundance! The evening entertainment was ok, mostly singers but got monotonous after a while and again kids up and running around the whole night. So great for families but not so great if you want to chill out on holiday.

A beautiful spa and room, very friendly and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The rooms are larger than the normal, very spacious and with a great layout. Good lighting and a beautiful pool area with multiple pools for adults and children.

Louisa, Ramone and Elizeah were amazing at front desk this place is by far one of the best I have ever visited. They do make you feel like you are home. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Location was amazing and the rooms were just outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful with great facilities and it was very clean however it is a new hotel. The service was not what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was lovely at the pool restaurant but it was difficult to get served and generally had to wait a long time for food to be delivered.there was a lack of pool bar staff and they were rude. The reception staff tended to be rude and inefficient partly due to there not being enough of them. In the breakfast restaurant the food was lovely but the hot buffet was not kept warm enough to eat. Drinks orders were very very slow to arrive. On a more positive the Asian restaurant had great service so the other restaurants can learn from the staff there.

Everything was commendable about this property. The staff from front office to the breakfast team, poolside, were absolutely amazing and very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel was clean, smelt nice as well. We would stay here again & again.

Lots of space around the pool. Ideal location for playing golf on the Salgados golf course.. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Bedroom was a good size even with the extra bed we added for our son.. We stayed half board but the only option in the evening was an Italian restaurant.. There was no childrens menu at lunch time or in the evening for kids.. Our son would have loved chicken nuggets and chips which he couldn't get. That was a negative.. Beach is also about a 15-20minute walk..

Huge hotel with four pools. Large room and shower room. Not much natural light so seemed rather dark in places. The food was varied and plentiful. We were all inclusive, there were even afternoon snacks and midnight snacks. My only negatives were that without a car you couldn’t walk to anywhere, it was out of the way. Which should suggest it was quiet but it so was not. Loud music around the pool and kids in abundance! The evening entertainment was ok, mostly singers but got monotonous after a while and again kids up and running around the whole night. So great for families but not so great if you want to chill out on holiday.

Had a great time at the Hotel recently. Good size rooms and good facilities. Good range of food options in the buffets. The hotel is also close to the beach and they run a mini train to and from the beach. Will definitely recommend.

This hotel is far from 5*, the ‘all inclusive’ food options were substandard. Around 3-4 choices in a restaurant that had 0 atmosphere and felt more like a canteen. After the 2nd night of struggling to make a meal with the options available and having to find food elsewhere (which defeats the object of paying for 5* All Inclusive) we complained to the manager who provided us with a wrist band to the neighbouring and sister hotel Palm Village whose food options and dining facilities were some what better, however nowhere near 5* standard. The hotel is also full of children who are under your feet when trying to plate up food. We had come on holiday for a relaxing couple get away, however it felt like we had checked into Butlins. the entertainment is also embarrassing. I have seen better from drunks on Karaoke in the local pub. Please don’t waste your money and stay here. We have stayed in 4* hotels what would run rings around this place. We won’t be returning.

Das ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Die Zimmer werden sehr sehr schlecht gereinigt, die Handtücher die gewechselt werden hatten ständig Haare von Vorgängern drin und trotz mehrmaliger Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde die Reinigung nicht besser. Das Hotel wurde auch nur teilweise renoviert. Vieles, wie in die Dusche, in den Zimmern und auch im gesamten Hotel ist sehr alt, noch von einem vorherigen Hotel. Ein Kids Club existiert auch nicht, obwohl die dafür werben. Lediglich das Frühstück und das italienische Restaurant ist gut und die Kellner sehr freundlich. Die Getränkepreise in der Lobby sind Wucher! Und stehen zu keinem Verhältnis!
