Everything about this hotel was outstanding. I mean everything- the room, the wonderful staff, the bar! The pool, the minibus services to the town and the beach. The location for a short walk to town but maybe a stretch to walk to the beach - where the hotel has access to a private beach, bar/restaurant, sunbed. Breakfast was great if you're mainly ok with Vietnamese fare, which i loved!

Staff by far, they exceeded expectations, from security to gardeners to hospitality and service, amazing group of staff member and glad to have met them. Everything else was great also. For the economic value, it’s well worth it, I give the resort a 7/10 but the staff a 13/10, so the whole can have 10/10 hahaha Enjoy and thank you ADI Darhma and staff 🙏 I’ll definitely stay there again when/if given the chance

First time staying here and I was seriously impressed. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. Service was consistently great, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Bali

The hotel itself was fabulous! Staff were accommodating and friendly. However; we are certain we got ripped off with the room tab. We were charged $800 for a 6 night stay. Some things were charged several times eg: the laundry service (we only laundered on two occasions yet we were charged FOUR times) we were out most days so it was impossible to end up with an $800 bill!!!
