Located in a central and convenient area of Cologne close to restaurants and shopping options. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We needed to store our bags when we checked out. They didn't really have a proper secure place to do so.

Loved the location, walking distance to the cathedral, Rhine river, train station. In the heart of old town. Breakfast was super. Only complaints are that the elevator was out of order and inless you took a shower in off hours, there was no hot water. We would rebook this hotel if we return to Cologne.

Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Fussgängerzone. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man sollte wissen, dass es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt und die Fenster nicht 100% schalldicht sind. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Keine Lüftung im Bad vorhanden. Das Zimmer war schlecht belüftet. Der Ventilator im Zimmer hat leider nur die warme Luft verteilt. In einigen Ecken hätte man gründlicher wischen müssen.

Was very good price and location was good. Only issue was the bathroom absolutely stank of what can only be described as either sewage or rotten egg. It was very clean however two air vents next to the toilet looked disgusting inside which I assumed caused this horrendous smell. Apart from that , the hotel and room itself was good. Shame about the bathroom smell otherwise would have rated highly. 6/10

Had booked larger Comfort Double room, but the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room on the 3rd floor. Got downgraded to a standard smaller room on 2nd floor where tv & Wi-Fi ok. Staff were helpful, location perfect, breakfast excellent.

I also asked for a gluten free diet on booking and nothing was available. Room as expected, shower water pressure was poor and the hot water limited.

Leider hatte das Wasser in der Dusche einen sehr geringen Druck und wurde nicht wirklich Warm. Dass Luftungssystem hat moderig gerochen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren hervorragend so wie dass Frühstuck.

Great hotel that was so central I couldn’t believe it! Brilliant for just walking straight out to the shops or somewhere to eat. But it was still quiet at night. Comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very much in the heart of Cologne. We enjoyed having to walk around the area as there are many shopping places to go to. The amenities were great. Everything was clean and updated. Staff were amazing! All were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

The stay itself was fine, location good. However, only 8 hours before I left home to travel to the hotel I got an email from them to say my room was cancelled. When I phoned the hotel no one knew why. This left me very distressed as I knew cologne was going to be very busy. Although I’d booked a superior room with twin bed all they were able to give my friend and I was a small comfort room with a queen bed. At that late stage we’d no option but to take it. However we were not reimbursed the difference. Very frustrating and disappointing at such a late stage. Room itself coukd so with a few hooks and shelves to store things

Central location, comfortable and a free breakfast. Would have appreciated some vegan options for breakfast. Noise can be heard from the street but this quietened down overnight on the Monday. There was an issue with the new fire alarm system on the Tuesday morning but this was resolved after it happened a few times. Would recommend this affordable hotel if not looking for anything extremely special.

The hotel was great. It was hot but there was a fan and windows opened. Breakfast was good, there were several options. Check in was a little long because they didn’t realize I had paid through Expedia and had trouble confirming that. That part was frustrating and my card was charged and refunded.

Een fijn hotel midden in de stad. Te midden van de winkels, vele restaurants en cafe's. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en voorzien van informatie. Had een eenpersoonskamer geboekt. Kamer was schoon en modern ingericht. Bed was comfortabel en ondanks dat de kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel zat, geen last gehad van geluiden van de straat. Ontbijt was goed en ruime keus. Alleen de koffie mag wat sterker worden afgesteld;) een extra expresso in de koffie maakte dat goed. Zeker een hotel om naar terug te keren.

Hotel was very good and reception staff very helpful. The room was compact but absolutely fine. The double room was 2 single beds pushed together which moved very easily. The bathroom was recently refurbished and clean but there was a slight damp smell and the vent really needed cleaned. This may have contributed to the smell. The breakfast, the quality was good but the layout and organisation needed work. There was no labels, the toaster took ages to toast bread. The plates/cutlery/bowls were in random places. The salt on table was empty and advised staff and next day it hadn’t been filled. Overall was a good stay and would recommend but the breakfast really needs some layout/labelling work and would improve it a lot.
