The stay was fine, room was clean, but there was a lot of homeless hanging around outside sleeping in the bushes. Our vehicle was parked at front door in front of the security cameras when it was broken into. The security cameras do not work and the hotel is not responsible for damages.

This place is very old and ugly. Especially the bathrooms. If you have an option to stay somewhere else please do. Oh and if you choose this property to enjoy the pool forget about it because it is not working. Definitely first and last time staying here

I'm giving one star because I am not given the option by the site to give less than that. We travel a lot due to work and during our last trip last week, someone broke the locks from our company's truck and stole some tools. We got on the phnoe with someone from the lobby, were asked to go to the lobby and one of the workers there told us they needed to call police to make a report so they would be able to look at the security cameras, that he was going to talk to his manager. Well, two other employees were just arguing between them, didn't even want to call the police or anything or take responsibility for what happend. We're never coming back to this hotel and I advise you to not stay there, since they can't help make things right. They don't care if someone brakes into your car and steals stuff from you, don't care at all. Very disappointed and frustrated. Just look for another place to stay

The reason for booking a hotel was to experience the pool and the pool was not available. Also at the time of booking the hotel allowed the amount that was due but once I got there they wanted $100 deposit it which did not specify online

There is no elevator, and we were on the second floor with large suitcases. Would not have booked here if we’d known there was no elevator. The stairwell was disgusting; the door to the second floor was grimy and slammed every time it was used. Upon arriving in our room, the sheets were clean, but mattresses were filthy, we killed multiple bugs, the TV malfunctioned, and there was staining on the walls. The carpet felt weird and sticky or crunchy almost. The AC worked well though. The bathroom had recently been used to color someone’s hair bright pink. The walls, floor, and tub were filthy, and that’s not including the bright pink stains. The included breakfast was coffee, some apples, and bagels; I did not try the coffee, but my untoasted bagel was hard. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

The lock on our door to our room was broken and the secondary lock was also broken. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it at about knee height. The area around the property had multiple homeless people. Out the back door to the motel were empty coffee and liquor bottles and under the bed there were traces of bed bugs. We left and went to another hotel.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life, roaches in bathroom, smelled of weed and mold all down the halls, I had the people above me shouting off their balconies at the people, I guess friends, below right outside my window both days. Someone sleeping in their car right outside my window both days playing music too loud and being visited by different people. The front desk says 24 hour customer service but every time you went to the desk no one was there. I had a feeling something shady was going on with the clerk that was there because he would follow certain guest to the same room. Couldnt call down for service or complain because my phone didnt even have a power plug, our balcony door wouldnt open. Got threatened by one of the people yelling up at the room above us when I opened my curtain to tell them to please be quiet, "she said come out and make me". We were literally afraid to leave our belongings in the room so took them with us each time we left to go eat. I have never complained about a stay I have had but I definitely deserve to have my money back. I will never stay here again and to be honest this hotel needs shutting down.

One thing can be said for sure, the bed was the best part about the whole stay. It’s $100 deposit fee when you check in. They have cockroaches. I think we killed over 10, give or take, over the stay of three nights. It said it had a pool but it was closed for some reason. The breakfast was weak. Coffee, apples, and bagels was it. On top of everything the neighborhood was sketchy!!! We pulled in Friday night and saw a man on a bike carrying the bike. Plain old sketched out.

There was mold. Holes in the carpeting. Holes in the bathroom door. Security lock/latch broke-missing. Remote battery cover missing. Walls patched poorly over “ unknown”. I would never stay or recommend anyone stay at this property.

The property looks like it's under construction, broken windows, missing doorknobs, graffiti etc. There is a boarded up section of the building that looks like it's been broken into by locals. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot in broad daylight, I did not feel safe and refused to leave my room at night. The safety lock on the door to my room was broken. The carpet was covered in stains and the room smelled like cigarettes. Spend your money elsewhere.

The employee who checked us in was kind and polite. That was the only positive thing about our stay. The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered in mold, and there was even mold on the wall outside the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it could cave it at any point. We were exhausted after driving all day and just wanted to sleep, otherwise we would have left. When we checked out, we mentioned the mold in our room and the employee said “oh that room wasn’t supposed to be used” which I’m fairly certain was just a cover up.

Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping and the young lady at lobby desk. But in our 1st room there were roaches. We were moved to another room which had roaches as well, dripping faucet, toilet not flushing properly and constantly running, weak/no wifi. They offered to move us to another room but the other rooms were the same or worse so we kept the same room. We endured as our stay was not long. The area is ok - restaurants and gas stations with light shopping in walking distance. The staff told me they just purchased the hotel and were working on repairs and other issues so maybe it will be better in the future.

Property was not acceptable. The furniture was in horrible shape. The desk and chair were peeling, old and outdated. Paint was peeling, spackle was cracked. My room appeared to have suffered major flooding and nothing was redone afterwards. Poor lighting in the room. Poor security measures on the patio door and room door.

The lobby closed at 8pm. I could not find it at first only the little Days Inn sign by the road the big sign was not lit. It was located down a small dark alley. Had to stand out in the cold with a small window that the paper to sign would not ever fit through. Did not feel safe and was very scary. The room was ok but the walls were paper thin, and the hotel was run down.

Very run down the breakfast was very dissappointing Only coffee muffins oranges and apples. Room was freezing cold when we got there. The hot water to shower with never got hot. We lost electricity in our room in the middle of the night all the lights went out except the one in the bathroom.

My wife is diabetic co nothing she could really eat. A/C in the room was kind of cool but not what I generally experience in a hotel or motel so I went to a nearby Walmart to get a fan to help since it was almost 100 outside and our unusable balcony door faced west.

Booked a room, and was going to be arriving late night.. I called to inform the staff member of this 2 different times before 2AM and nobody answered either attempt.. I then arrived at hotel at 2:10AM to a very rude gentleman working the front desk stated he could not check me in after 2AM even though I had a paid reservation.. (wish he would have answered my calls prior to this) Ended up having to drive an hour to a different hotel that I could check in at still, of course having to pay for this now the second room of the night.. Upon numerous attempts to be refunded I was told it could not be done.. not sure why it matters what time I arrive at a hotel room if I’ve already paid for it?? Never again

Property is run down, half of the outlets did not work, herd of small flies in bathroom, toilet ran on its own every 30 minutes. Breakfast was coffee and bagels. I selected this hotel because it was very close to a meeting I had in Charlotte and I did not want to fight morning traffic. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, shower had decent water pressure.

Arrived at the hotel after landing and was appaled at what I saw. Homeless people everywhere, people doing drugs in the parking lot, the place looks like it belonged in Gaza and had been freshly bombed. For my own safety I tried to cancel my reservation but the clerk said I would have to go thru hotels.com. If I don't get a refund I will end my relationship with hotels.com.

The place was kinda scary. Got this hotel online not knowing this area, because of the pool but the the pool was broken, and as well for the breakfast, for breakfast there were only bagels apple and mandarins. In the hall ways there were smoke smell so bad, but not in a room. Hair drier didn’t worked. I only liked the guy at the front desk, was very nice. But thats all. Would never stay in this hotel again

No coffee at nine o’clock cut off breakfast before the time indicated. Couldn’t renter hotel except for through the front of the establishment with rooms spread out over several passageways.
