Self checkin and out worked nicely. Fridge did not work. AC needs to be on all the time in the upper room in summer. Loud outside until 1am because of an event at the Parade.

This is the second time I am staying at this Hotel. The location is perfect. The only 2 issues I'm having is a lack of the elevator. If you have bad knees and heavy luggage, you are on your own. The communication with the Hotel is terrible. If you send a message with a question, don't wait for the answer. You won't get one. Need to work on the communication with guests.

Nice comfortable beds, quiet, and comfortable. It is a great place to stay for what I paid. I would definitely stay here again. Great location too.

Overall really nice place, well located next to the cathedral and square. Room was perfect for what i needed, bathroom and shower lovely and the virtual receptionist was very cool
