Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tucson/Marana

Room was very clean and spacious. Quick check in, clean pool. The only I didn't like was breakfast service not many options, regarding that it was very pleasant.

Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Pool was refreshing and hot tub relaxing. Staff courteous and efficient

I have stayed at this location before and always appreciate the pool access is limited to guests and is not accessible from outside the hotel. If I had any complaint it’s that the mini fridge in the room did not have a freezer compartment which rendered our ice packs less effective by the end of the week we were there. I have zero complaints about the room as a whole. It was clean and neat and since my kids were with me I appreciated having a room on the first floor (although I suspect the kids would have preferred getting to ride the elevator 😂). I really enjoyed being close to the Harkins Theaters, it provided an entertainment opportunity for the kids.

We are a family of 4 and had a two beds room. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom as well. The only con is the AC unit is outdated and noisy. Other than that a great stay with spa, pool, and free breakfast!

Excellent hotel for the price. It had a great free breakfast and had a nice pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, nice looking property! Beautifully shiny floors in main areas. We stayed there a week as we were having renovations done on our home. The walls are very thin and you could pretty much hear everything. One day our room was not serviced at all. Had an accessible room and the bed is really too high for someone in a wheelchair. The shower was great! Did not try the breakfast. All in all a good value for the money through Expedia.

Hair, not mine, found in the towels and sheets. Room looks like a dormitory. Breakfast consisted of cereal, pancakes, cold muffins and plain bagels.

We have stayed here multiple times and I usually have nothing negative to say, but this last stay brought up a few small issues. Upon entering the room after checking in, we found that the floors were very dirty. If we walked barefoot our feet became black very quickly. We also noticed that there were used bottles of water in the fridge. Beyond those things, the beds and accommodations appeared to be better kept. We didn’t notice anything else remarkable until we were getting ready to check out. As we checked around the beds to ensure we weren’t leaving anything behind, my daughter found a pair of underwear that someone had previously left behind and had been missed by cleaning staff.

Went to Tucson just for a night for a football game. The price was very cheap, so my expectations were pretty low. Thanks to the very poor service, terrible breakfast, and rooms with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant (along with stained pillows) I can confidentially say that all my expectations were met. OK hotel for one night stays or one night stands. Just keep low expectations.

Extremely disappointing. Especially for how much I paid. Traveled the entire country and this was our last stop and most expensive hotel. If I had been staying for more than a short overnight, I would have left. There was pubic hair in the shower. There was a long hair in one of the beds. The hot water is actually cold water and the cold water is hot. We were not told this but when we complained that the shower didn’t warm up the manager said he could move us to a new room or we could try turning it to cold to get hot water. If they know it’s an issue, then they need to fix it. The room is lit up like daytime from the huge gap under door into hallway and from the lack of black out curtains. I will never use this hotel or its affiliated chains again. I stayed here based on good reviews on Expedia and I don’t want anyone else to be blindsided. The pro worth mentioning is that it is newly remodeled and the floors are gorgeous. But I didn’t walk barefoot on them based on how gross other parts of room were. The door handle upon entering the room was greasy. Nothing had been dusted in ages. The hot tub was nice and clean but I have thicker dish towels than the pool towels that were offered. The parking lot was large and it’s next to a couple of chain restaurants, which is convenient. The breakfast lacked options and was the only place we stayed that did not have non dairy beverage options. Even the coffee tasted bad. We left as soon as we could. Please don’t stay here.

Filthy and disgusting!!!! We checked out at 6:00 AM because the smell in the room was so overpowering it kept waking both my husband and I up. It smelled like sewer off gassing or maybe a rotting c0rpse. It was incredibly foul. The front desk staff was not polite. They were actually quite rude and unapologetic. There are other places to stay within the same price point that will give you a pleasant experience and not smell of d3ath and sh!t. The bathroom floor was buckling to the the point where the toilet was sinking into the floor and leaning at an angle. This place was so dirty and gross, I would only eat the included breakfast for $1,000,000. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Days Inn Tucson/Marana had many positives: convenient location, proximity to dining options and stores, great service, and decent amenities, including good parking and a decent breakfast (including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, milk and coffee) however, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. While it was not dirty per se, there were noticeable issues such as dust accumulation in corners and behind furniture. While the room cleanliness could be improved, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Broken floor laminate, no carpets, peeling paint in the bathtub, dirty bathtub ,refrigerator makes a terrible noise ,Microwave plate was the wrong one so you could not close the door, bathroom towels actually had holes in them. Sent a complaint on the first day to the hotel and to Expedia no response from either one very disappointed.

Room was filthy. Inch of dust, never vacuumed, stains all over couch. Gross! Breakfast was alright. People were nice but room was gross.

Bed sheets were dirty with hair when I checked in. Moved to a different room which the bed sheets were also dirty as if they just made the bed from the previous guests.. Disappointed

The hotel room I stayed in was very spacious. It was corner room. Which I liked very much. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been renovated but not very well. Painted tub and shower surround. Painted jacuzzi tub. Paint peeling in the tub. Over spray from paint here and there. The location was good. Would I stay there again? Yes

The bed was very uncomfortable squeaked on one side Which woke m every time my husband turned over. The shower curtain in the bathroom was ripped. I did like there was no carpet. There was a table you could set up to eat. The a/c unit was loud.

Room was fine, bed was good but Air was loud, and continues to run all through the day/night , didn’t have an auto setting! Water pressure was low.

Great, friendly, professional service. Being in the desert, the floor is covered with tiles and a bit dusty. The bed is comfortable and the room clean. The worst part is the proximity to the freeway and the flimsy windows that let all the freeway noise in. Room was very noisy and hard to sleep.

Rooms have no carpet so acoustics are bad, sounds like a cave. Old ac units do not have a thermostat and are VERY loud especially with acoustics. Pretty clammy during this February stay. TV could not be programmed for cable channel lineup. Not everyone watches stream TV. Breakfast was fair. We ate next door at cracker barrel twice. Overall disappointed for price and wish I selected another inn.

This property was next to the freeway and railroad tracks. I was given the last room closest to freeway and rr tracks. Truckers parking rigs near hotel. At night, you really hear all of it as well as diesel rigs ideling at 5:30 am

Excellent service and easy check in. Staff was able to accommodate an early check in for us. I was hoping room or lobby had a place to recycle plastics. We had to throw away several plastic bottles.

I went to get breakfast and room service went in my room and started cleaning. I didn’t know they could just go in. I wish someone had told me to put a do not disturb sign on my door so room services wouldn’t let themselves in. Thank god nothing was stolen.

Front desk personnel were great. The young lady was very friendly and asked how I was feeling after my procedure definitely will be back.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Property is very dated, they are afraid to have a room with 13 in it. We were in 226, which is really 213 as was in the middle of floor. Staff was busy going outside and were not at desk very much. (Smoking)

We like the newness of the hotel. Upon walking in I was greeted by Scott who was exceptional and professional in every way. He's super friendly and helpful! Our handicap room was nice, with tile and hardwoid/Vinyl flooring. The bathroom has an all tile roll-in shower that was nice. The only draw back we have is the floors of the room were dirty and looks like they don't get cleaned very often. The soles of my feet were black from walking on it with bare feet. Thats my mistake, i should have known better. All in all it was nice stay. Get the floors cleaned!

Amazing service and location with excellent price

Excellent staff! Very friendly. From the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff. Nice, large bath towels and clean smelling linens. Watched some TV, and screen size is fine. The remote control needs upgrading as the print/words on buttons were rubbed off. Closed caption was not how I wanted it and couldn’t see buttons to correct issue. It was late so went to bed, but the next guest will have problems. I forgot at check out to report the problem. Coffee at breakfast was good. Was glad that yogurt was a breakfast option.

Room cleanliness and amenities were good, but walls are paper thin and we were awakened early with conversations in the room next door. Breakfast was okay. I left medication in the refrigerator when we checked out and the staff was very kind to call me so I could return for it. Thing is, it was in the refrigerator…..when I picked it up it had been sitting in the office for hours, not refrigerated and now at room temperature. And though I did get my medication back, the specially designed ice packs for the medication case were nowhere to be found. That means the medication was no longer viable and the case is useless without the ice packs. It was my fault leaving it behind, but maybe common sense would hint that it was in the refrigerator because it needed to be kept chilled.

This was the most unexpectedly comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in years! The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the highway. I would definitely stay here again!

The area around is great. Multiple hotels to choose from. I chose this place because of the jetted tub and it was a very reasonable price. Close to walmart and 2 gas stations, Chevron and QT. Close to the freeway and Costco too

We stayed for several days, using it as a base to see Tucson. There were several good restaurant options within walking distance. Numerous key sites to see in the city area were within easy driving distance.

Seems like this place just renovate, everything looks quite new except the toilet. Very clean. Near I-10.

The hotel is exactly as expected from the pictures. There are a bunch of fast food restaurants in the area and a gas station too. It is a bit noisy because it is close to the freeway.

Large room with dog bed/couch. A couple of sit down restaurants within walking distance. No grass area for dogs (but I guess that's normal for AZ). Area in back for dogs was rocky. All in all a good place to stay with easy access.

The hotel was a little dated, but while we were there they were updating things. The staff interacted with were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in breakfast. The breakfast area was unattended and the biscuits were stale and hard. Several condiments were empty. If there is going to be breakfast served, there should be an attendant. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable room. I would stay again, I just wouldn’t expect much out of breakfast.

Room was okay until we ran a washcloth over the table and then how dirty my feet became on the floor. Breakfast was terrible. Bagels hard as a rock. Plastic knives to cut them. The coffee wa a mix between coffee and hot chocolate. No hot food except a pancake maker. Never again.

One of the reasons we book with Days Inn is that it serves a hot breakfast, supposedly until 9:00 a.m. It was disconcerting to arrive for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on March 8 and finding no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, a small amount of gravy but no biscuits - also no orange juice - nothing but cold cereal and white bagels, which we could have gotten at any cheap motel. I reported it to the front desk but nothing changed. We weren't the only ones. Quite a few people came in after us and were also upset. We've always been happy with Days Inn and I'm hoping this was a one-time thing.

Really enjoy staying here when traveling with the family. Breakfast is great also. Highly recommend.

Pretty beat up since our last visit one year ago, The towels were badly stained, it looked like poop, and had several holes in them. The tub was gross, greenish blue mold around the drain and lots of chips. Breakfast wasn’t the best either, when we got down there with an hour to go all there was was a few egg patties sitting in water, the biscuits, gravy and sausage were all gone and when she did bring out the sausage is was ice cold, it had cold white grease on it. The woman manning the kitchen seemed overwhelmed and unhappy. About the only good thing was the young guy that checked me in was pleasant and helpful. We won’t be staying here again.
