Wifi didn't work. Hot water tank only good for one shower then you have to wait for the water to get warmed up before the second person can take a shower. Suite had no view to the outside world; It felt like a prison. Had to climb 5 or 6 steps to get to the reception before reaching the elevator which was a huge anomaly for some having a kid with a stroller. No onsite restaurant. No laundry service. Iba con dudas de no haber elegido un hotel con más nombre, pero a los diez minutos de estar allí me di cuenta de que habíamos acertado. Muy bien situado, a treinta metros de la gran vía y a 100 de la plaza de España. El personal, tanto de recepción como de limpieza encantadores. Instalaciones aceptables con una habitacion grande, con mucha luz y una cama enorme (aunque el baño que nos tocó le haria falta una pequeña reforma). Y para terminar, la limpieza excepcional. Da tranquilidad ir a sitios así.

El hotel está bien ubicado. A dos pasos de Gran Via , plaza España. La calle tranquila es lo que pude apreciar en una noche. El personal amable. No tuve problema . La habitación amplia y limpia. El mobiliario está un poco gastado ...pero nada grave.

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

A estadia foi excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos e, mesmo chegando antes do horário de check-in, permitiram que deixássemos nossas malas no hotel. O quarto é amplo, com cama muito confortável e dois travesseiros por pessoa. O banheiro estava limpo, possui banheira, e as toalhas são de boa qualidade Além disso, foram trocadas duas vezes durante a estadia. No quarto também há frigobar, fogão e micro-ondas, além de ser bastante silencioso. A localização é um grande diferencial: o hotel fica a poucos passos da Gran Vía, permitindo fazer quase tudo a pé, e também está bem próximo a uma estação de metrô. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel.

The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Metro and bus stations within minutes walking. All shopping and dining possibilities nearby. Soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. Noises, TV and conversations from the neighboring rooms were loud enough to disturb our sleep. On the other hand there was no significant noise from the Street.

Granvia is steps away, but maybe not the most fun part of it. One room we had the outlet got burnt, it was not the safest setup in terms of electrical wiring. We moved to another room and internet was very slow, the room was not very modern, still power outlets issue. The shower was not the best I’ve had in Spain. The area was in a Chinatown of Madrid, but still pretty good.

We liked EXE Suites very much! Convenient to via Gran Capital, plenty of restaurants and near tourist attractions. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Room spacious with kitchenette. Would return.

Staff was very nice and helpful and greeted us every time. Bed was too squeaky. Location was great in Chinatown area. Many Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and Anime figure / manga shops. Lots of breakfast places and Spanish food in the area. Bus and metro nearby.

Excelente servicio del personal en la recepción, especialmente de Sergio, muy amable y atento y un excepcional sentido de orientación, muchas gracias! El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, se puede caminar desde allí hasta casi todos los puntos de interés, coincido con otros clientes en lo único negativo que pudimos notar, los botes de basura frente al hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my Tissot gold-colored watch in room 54 on a shelf when I was hurrying to check out. I realized the mistake the next day and returned to the hotel immediately to ask about it. However, the staff told me that nothing had been found. This was upsetting, as I am certain where I left the watch. I expected more responsibility and transparency from the hotel regarding lost items. Guests should be aware and take extra care of their belongings, as my experience with the lost-and-found process here was very disappointing.

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Metro and bus stations within minutes walking. All shopping and dining possibilities nearby. Soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. Noises, TV and conversations from the neighboring rooms were loud enough to disturb our sleep. On the other hand there was no significant noise from the Street.

Staff was very nice and helpful and greeted us every time. Bed was too squeaky. Location was great in Chinatown area. Many Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and Anime figure / manga shops. Lots of breakfast places and Spanish food in the area. Bus and metro nearby.

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

A estadia foi excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos e, mesmo chegando antes do horário de check-in, permitiram que deixássemos nossas malas no hotel. O quarto é amplo, com cama muito confortável e dois travesseiros por pessoa. O banheiro estava limpo, possui banheira, e as toalhas são de boa qualidade Além disso, foram trocadas duas vezes durante a estadia. No quarto também há frigobar, fogão e micro-ondas, além de ser bastante silencioso. A localização é um grande diferencial: o hotel fica a poucos passos da Gran Vía, permitindo fazer quase tudo a pé, e também está bem próximo a uma estação de metrô. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel.

The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

We liked EXE Suites very much! Convenient to via Gran Capital, plenty of restaurants and near tourist attractions. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Room spacious with kitchenette. Would return.

Wifi didn't work. Hot water tank only good for one shower then you have to wait for the water to get warmed up before the second person can take a shower. Suite had no view to the outside world; It felt like a prison. Had to climb 5 or 6 steps to get to the reception before reaching the elevator which was a huge anomaly for some having a kid with a stroller. No onsite restaurant. No laundry service. Customer service was fair.

The location of the hotel is great for a touristic visit, and also close to many restaurants and shops as well. As a family of 3, we stayed in family room. It was clean and spacious, but windows were so small since it was on roof floor. We were out all day so we didn't care too much. There was a kitchen but no appliances, only kettle. Still kettle and refrigerator was enough for us. Staff is very kind and helpful. We're pretty satisfied with our stay. Recommended.
