his hotel is very convenient, and I would recommend it 100%. The only thing missing is at least a small coffee maker in the room. Other than that, the hotel is small but very convenient. Hotel location is excellent 2 block from gran via and half a block from Puerta de el sol. They do have a luggage storage room if you arrive early or leave late. There is a camera that the staff can monitor from the lobby, but basically they just hand you the key and hope nobody takes anything. Everyone at the front desk was very nice except for the woman working the afternoon of April 28 during our check-in. She was rude and did not let us finish speaking while we were trying to explain that we had stayed at the hotel a couple of days earlier. She kept demanding our passports and seemed irritated very quickly. After that, we simply stayed quiet and let her complete the check-in without asking questions because it felt like anything we said would make her upset.

Nice cozy hotel located right off Plaza de Sol. The Metro is just steps away and it has a close proximity to all the best restaurants and iconic locations.
