Cumplidora para descansar. Tiene mini bar, microondas y unos platos y tazas. Buen servicio, limpio y habitación amplia. No hay tiendas cerca, al menos tendrás que caminar entre 8 y 10 minutos para encontrar algo. Hay unos detalles descuidados como iluminación y lámparas viejas, pero pues nada que afecte más que en lo visual.

Vi bookede dette hotel til en enkelt overnatning, da vi vi havde en tidlig afgang fra Madrid lufthavnen. Super venlig modtagelse med opgradering og et fantastisk rummeligt værelse. Alt var rent og ordentligt - ydermere en dejlig pool på toppen af 4. etage, hvor vi lånte håndklæder til i receptionen. Masser af restauranter i nabolaget og kun 10 minutters kørsel fra lufthavn og metroen er også tæt på, hvis man ønsker at besøge Madrid centrum. Klart anbefalelsesværdigt.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our luggage until we could check in. The duplex room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently in walking distance of multiple restaurants. Good breakfast and coffee options.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter für 5 Tage in diesem Hotel und wir waren beide sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, wenn man das gewünscht hat. Inklusive frischer Handtücher. Es war auch sauber, bis auf die Fugen und die Ecken in der Dusche gab es da wirklich nichts zu meckern. Das Zimmer hatte eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, für die ich mir Kapseln geholt hatte, einen Kühlschrank mit kostenpflichtigen Getränken und eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Man konnte also auch auf dem Zimmer essen, wenn man wollte. Geschirr ist vorhanden, nach Besteck haben wir gefragt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und meiner Meinung nach war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es wurde stetig darauf geachtet, dass alles genügend vorhanden war. Saft und Wasser gab es zudem. Getränke wie Kaffee oder Kakao konnte man bestellen. W-Lan war zu jeder Zeit top! Das Hotel ist ca.7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt von einer Metro Station, die ungefähr 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum braucht. Bei Abreise konnten wir unsere Koffer abgeben und noch etwas unternehmen, bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. Das Hotel hat uns ein Taxi bestellt, was auch pünktlich kam. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Nos tocó en remodelación. En si es un hotel de paso, no esta muy bonito, pero está limpio y completo. La recepción no me gustó pero la habitación estaba bastante decente, limpia amplia y comoda. Es un hotel 3 estrellas pero con muy buena limpieza y amplio.

The hotel lobby is very nice, but sadly not representative of what the rooms are like. The walls are very dirty. Construction outside the window started at 8:30am. The door outside our room would slam every time someone passed through the hallway all thoughout the night. There was also blond hair in our bedsheets, and we both have dark hair. Checkin was nice, and the location is central.

Buena ubicación y ya... el hotel sin duda no es un 4 estrellas, las habitaciones son viejas, sucias, no se corresponden con la descripción, eso sí, son grandes, pero no tiene sentido que luego tengan un baño diminuto que tienes que maniobrar con la puerta para moverte. Es ruidoso tanto por la noche por el ruido de otros clientes, las puertas, la entrada, como por el día por la calle donde está. El desayuno sí está decente. Pero lo peor sin duda, es que te estafan con los precios de los artículos de la nevera de la habitación, después de dos noches, al hacer el checkout, les indico que he consumido una lata (33cl) de Coca-Cola Zero y una botella de agua pequeña (250ml) para pagarlo, porque claro, ni agua de cortesía ofrecen, pero bueno, la sorpresa es cuando me cobran 6,30€ por estas dos bebidas... y se queda tan tranquila la recepcionista. Sin duda no volveremos a ese hotel y por supuesto no lo recomendamos.

Tidy, clean, spacious room for a family. Stress free. Less than 10 min walk to Metro and 20 minutes to city centre. Little to see in the area, but plenty of, shops, cafes and restaurants for what ever needed.

Accueil chaleureux de la 1ere personne quand nous sommes arrivés. Chambre 4 personnes très bruyante qui donne sur la route. Chambre en Duplex, avec le bruit de la chasse d’eau du dessus à chaque fois. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe Il fait froid en bas et trop trop chaud en haut Hôtel excentre il faut compter 20minutes en taxi pour y aller 15€. Chambre en Duplex, avec le bruit de la chasse d’eau du dessus à chaque fois. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe Il fait froid en bas et trop trop chaud en haut Hôtel excentre il faut compter 20minutes en taxi pour y aller 15€. Ich war mit meiner Tochter für 5 Tage in diesem Hotel und wir waren beide sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, wenn man das gewünscht hat. Inklusive frischer Handtücher. Es war auch sauber, bis auf die Fugen und die Ecken in der Dusche gab es da wirklich nichts zu meckern. Das Zimmer hatte eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, für die ich mir Kapseln geholt hatte, einen Kühlschrank mit kostenpflichtigen Getränken und eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Man konnte also auch auf dem Zimmer essen, wenn man wollte. Geschirr ist vorhanden, nach Besteck haben wir gefragt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und meiner Meinung nach war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es wurde stetig darauf geachtet, dass alles genügend vorhanden war. Saft und Wasser gab es zudem. Getränke wie Kaffee oder Kakao konnte man bestellen. W-Lan war zu jeder Zeit top! Das Hotel ist ca.7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt von einer Metro Station, die ungefähr 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum braucht. Bei Abreise konnten wir unsere Koffer abgeben und noch etwas unternehmen, bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. Das Hotel hat uns ein Taxi bestellt, was auch pünktlich kam. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Solo estuve una noche, y todo muy bien, una excelente habitación para una familia de 5 personas, lo único que no me agrado es que te cobren la cápsula del café, se me hace un poco absurdo y el otro tema es que el hotel ofrece desayuno incluido y me quedé con la odea de que al contrar con ustedes, también estaría incluido y sorpresa, nos negarón el desayuno. En general bien, gracias!
