I really enjoyed my stay at Mamaison Residence Belgicka, it was close and within walking distance to just about everything including public transport. The apartment is huge and the bed is super comfortable and has all amenities. The staff are really nice and I like the fact it had a laundry, gym, sauna and pool table room. I really enjoyed myself and I felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

Our 5 night stay here was fantastic! *Close to the Metro for easy access to the whole city! *Happy and friendly staff who were more than willing to go the extra mile. *Satisfying breakfast to start off our day. *Super comfortable bed and a suite with everything you could want. *Nearby restaurants, bars and shops. *We were here during a heatwave and the air con and shower/bath were a very welcome relief! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to Prague!!

The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. Plus while we appreciated a fitness room, there was only 1 running and a basic weight machine. It was a nice stay in a quiet area with lovely staff, just a few more updates would give this hotel 5 stars from us.

Hotel is great for business trips. Very spacious and located close to two Tram hubs, multiple dining options, mini-marts, and attractions. The room was larger than I expected as the cost was so little. One thing I would recommend to make the experience better would to put coffee pods in the room instead of charging for them in the lobby.

We loved our suite. It was very nice, clean and quiet. AC worked great. Kitchenette has more than you will ever need on a short trip. Great free laundry facility. 7 min walk to nearest tram that will take you straight to Old Town. Mini markets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns im Allgemeinen gut gefallen, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit etwas Mängel auf. Zudem gibt es keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeitern erhält fünf Sterne. Diese sind zuvorkommend und sehr, sehr freundlich. Ein sehr gutes Team.

Das hotel war sehr sauber. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Einziges Manko... Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Witz. Kein Käse, keine Wurst, keine Eier. Nur Konserven, einzeln abgepackt. Jeden Tag das selbe Angebot zum Frühstück. 1:1! Spart euch das Geld fürs Frühstück und sucht euch in Prag eines der unzählig schönen Kneipen.

Petr was so very helpful during our stay especially in ordering airport transportation, luggage storage while waiting for our check-in time on our day of arrival and on our day of departure, he helped us with our departure arrangements. His professionalism calmed our travel anxiety greatly!

I booked Mamaison Belgicka but the reservation was changed at last minute to Mamaison Downtown. The air conditioner did not work for the first night but was fixed the next morning.

Arrived at the Hotel after flying from the west coast of the US and lo and behold they oversold the property and have no room for me! The rebooked me at a sister location which was not were I wanted to be in the City and not the “Vibe” of the original property. I would avoid this hotel and the chain as they care more about revenue than your comfort and business.

Upon check in I was by a very nice lady in reception promised late check-out (2 hrs). It turned out not to be true the day after when I suddenly received a call 12 pm that I had to check out immediately. I tried to explain that I was promised this but was given no understanding. Further more I knew when i was booking it was with a " continetal" breakfast which I understand is somewhat simpler but not even being able to offer a boiled egg or some ham...

Tivemos uma excelente experiência. Ficamos em um apartamento amplo, limpo, camas confortáveis, banheiro o cozinha bem equipados com todos os utensílios. Café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Um pouco longe do centro mas servido por uma excelente rede de TRAMS e metrô. Tudo ótimo!

Property locates on a quiet street but easy to get to and have good restaurants nearby. Guest rooms are nicely furnished and maintained. All looks fairly new. Spacious living / bed rooms, and ample closet and draw space. Breakfast is continental style but adequate. Staffs are friendly and efficient. We arrived early in the morning and we're able to check in which is very nice.
