Das Hotel ist in totaler Innenstadt Lage. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto dorthin. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, alles war alt aber ordentlich. Unten befindet sich ein sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Das Personal im Empfang war auch korrekt, mehr nicht.

Zentraler geht es gar nicht! (Altstadt) das Hotelzimmer war im 3 Stock mit sehr vielen Treppen (ohne Aufzug),nach einem langen Tag unterwegs sind die Treppenauf jeden Fall ein Hindernis, es hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, was den Raum sehr dunkel macht. Die Aussicht war auf ein anderes Gebäude, ca 1,5 Meter vom Fenster entfernt ist. Es war relativ sauber und für ein Städtetripp gut.

Rooms are huge and well presented. The Fat Cat bar downstairs is amazing. Very friendly staff, great beer selection and the food is unreal. The only negative is the shower cubicle in the bathroom was a bit small but everything else was 10/10

I like that there is a restaurant called Fat Cat, the foods were delicious. The staffs were very nice. My room is in side B which doesn't have an elevator but staff helped brought my luggage on the 3rd floor. The room is very clean and quiet. It is also closed to everything & most important things is the hotel surrounding are very safe.

The hotel and rooms are very nice and spacious. There’s a very good restaurant and bar in the lobby. The location is amazing and extremely central. The only problem was that the hotel is in a pedestrian only zone so cars cannot get you to the hotel entrance. So if you have big luggage you will have to walk for a few minutes to get to the nearest street so keep that in mind

Fremragende beliggenhed, kan ikke forestille mig bedre i Prag. Rent og pænt, dog lidt slidt. Fin restaurant med eget brygget øl i stueplan. Bor helt sikkert her igen næste gang i Prag. Vi parkerede i city p-hus 6-7 min gang fra hotellet (hotellet ligger i gågade lige midt i Prag centrum). Pris 675 dk dk for 3 døgn.

Great location, right in the center of Prague's Old Town, walking distance to everywhere. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room could have been cleaner (especially the floors, plus we found some hairs on the bed). Really noisy at night until 2/3 in the morning due to the pub on the ground floor and people talking loudly on the street.

Für diesen Preis hätte ich etwas Anderes erwartet… Staub lag rum, der Waschtisch ist aufgeplatzt und bevor mir in der Dusche die Abdeckung entgegen gefallen ist, fand ich dort Haare. Das Bett war sauber und auch sonst war alles andere in einem guten Zustand. Abends ist es laut, damit kann man aber rechnen, wenn man ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt bucht. Ein und Aus-Checken ging sehr schnell. Frühstück war frisch und gut.

The location of the hotel is good, it is in the center of the old city. The breakfast is very good, the hotel staff is friendly. But it is very noisy. The bar is open all night and people are noisy until the morning. I had a large room, but the bed, blankets were not very clean.

We were given the two bedroom apartment. Plenty of space! Great location. Can’t get any better. Right in the middle of the City Center. Close to Charles Bridge. But cleanliness of room and facility left much to be desired.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was in very poor condition and not properly maintained. The floors and walls were damaged, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets even had visible blood stains, which is completely unhygienic. This was far from what was advertised, and we had to check out early and book another hotel in Prague. Travelers should be aware before booking here.

We loved everything about the hotel except the tiny tiny shower that was barely big enough for a child, let alone a grown adult. I hit the shower water faucet a few times with my arm because it was on the different wall than the actual shower holder and thus totally in the way. If the shower would be bigger, I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

This hotel is very close to the old town square and a fantastic location. The rooms are a little dated and we had the attic room with a sloping ceiling which wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was fantastic and great value. Very clean and lovely staff.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable and quiet for the area, centrally located with all public transportation nearby, 10 minute walk from main train station and the AE express bus to the airport. Our family loved the breakfast, which is a set up buffet style in the ground floor restaurant Fat Cat before it opens for the day.

Welcome to the hotel was professional and very friendly; very efficient check-in; the hotel is in a beautiful old building and the hotel management have ensured to let that stand out. No fancy things, just some large vases with flowers in niches, clean, original wooden staircase. Simplicity makes it superb. Room with wooden floor (no dirty carpet), small but clean bathroom, 2 seats plus a desk/chair; tv a little old but who needs it when one stays in the middle of Old Town where there is so much to do and see. Staff of hotel are very friendly and helpful; restaurant/bar in the hotel (FatCat) with simple but good quality food and very efficient and friendly staff. I would very much recommend this hotel as it is close to many major touristic areas and the price is more than decent compared to some of the major chains; this hotel stands out, in a very positive way !

Excellent hotel which sits 1-2 mins to main Astronomical Clock Square. They moved a lot of the Christmas Markst from this area to the newer shopping district. Staff very friendly especially the breakfast staff in Fat Cats Brewery.

Minhas filhas estavam em outro quarto e por conta de um problema na fechadura não conseguiram entrar. Estávamos chegando de viagem e cansados e precisávamos que elas entrassem para dormir mas o socorro não chegava. Quase 03 horas depois do problema ocorrido e sem solução e exaustos, descemos para falar com o atendente na recepção que se identificou como Vlad, que só sabia falar que o chaveiro estava vindo em 20 minutos e qd esse tempo passou voltamos a implorar que ligassem para o chaveiro, mas ele apenas apontou ironicamente um sofá e mandou esperar sentada. Tentei ajuda com outro funcionário que parecia ser o gerente, mas a atenção para o problema foi o mesmo. Descaso e ironia. Quase 22:00h conseguimos resolver e finalmente minhas filhas poderem dormir. Outra questão é que não nos deram toalhas de banho. Só toalhas de rosto e o ar condicionado tb das minhas filhas não funcionou num primeiro momento. Hoje, no checkout, ainda bem agree do horário de saída uma funcionária bateu no nosso quarto nos pedindo para desocupar o quarto. Ou seja, localização boa, mas prefiro muito mais andar e ser bem tratada s recebida.

Great location - less than 5 minutes from Old City main attractions. Room was spacious. For those who love very quiet location - it’s not for you, unless you have ear plugs. Tourist location with lots of stores, pubs, restaurants open till late night. Super convenient. We would stay again for price and location. I just wish breakfast was included. Other than that it was perfect.

시계탑 부근으로 완전 중심부 입니다. 시계탑 달려가면 1분 컷의 거리고 까를교도 도보로 걸어갈 수 있어요. 프라하성, 신시가지, 국립박물관까지 도보 20-30분 소요 됩니다. 올드타운 특성상 트램이나 버스정류장이 거리가 있어서 그냥 걸어다녔어요. 가까이에 나쁘지 않은 퀄리티의 한식당이 있어요. 컨시어지의 직원분들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 엘레베이터가 없는 치명적인 단점이 있는데, 체크아웃때 한 번 고생하면 오르락 내리락 하기에도 나쁘지 않아요. 아래에 펍이 있어서 진짜 시끄러운데 도보여행이 특징적인 프라하에서 귀에 이어플러그 꽂고 자면 자는 데는 문제 없어요. 시끄러우면 잠 못드는데 전 잘 잤어요. 조식은 간단하지만 꽤나 든든합니다. 신선한 채소와 신선한 과일이 손질 되어있어서 먹기 좋아요.

The room was roomy. My favorite thing was the Fat Cafe restaurant located at the bottom floor. Very well located at just a few steps from the Astronomical Clock and close to most attractions. Lovely place. Highly recommended!
