Excellent location. Complementary euro breakfast was good, but not great. Room air conditioning was controlled by front desk. This system did not make for a cool enough room at night for our taste. Parking is a bit of a hassle and not the easiest to find. Try to opt for a Deluxe rom over the very small Classic room. Bedding was very nice. P

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed comfortable. Instant hotwater in bath. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good. One minor issue was AC kept turning on when we returned to our room despite shutting it off with the AC remote. Weather was cool outside and room heat temp set to 22C and we'd come back to find the split unit AC unit running. Wall notice states AC is controlled centrally to limit overload. I notified the front desk and the gentlemen said he would check it. Next return to the room the AC was on again. Again, minor, but temp was not at our comfort level since AC kept turning on. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haštal hotel May 22-26. The hotel is located in a quiet section of Old Town but only 7 minutes walk from the city square. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing - fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, several types of fresh breads, vegetables, cheese, salami, ham, boiled eggs, yogurt, muesli/granola with several toppings, pastries, cake. There is a complementary coffee machine in the lobby that makes great cappuccinos and they serve complementary wine on the weekend and give you a bottle of complementary liqueur in your room. Hotel has an elevator and air conditioning. There are several pubs and restaurants with 2-5 min walk. Area is very safe.

4 night stay. Great location. Room clean. Shower wonderful. Plush robes. Reception helpful especially Tom. Complimentary wine in evening. We opened windows at night rather than using AC. We had room on 2nd floor street side. There were voices from street late into night- people talking, fortunately no loud music or traffic. Ear plugs helpful. Our stay included car parking which was in a structure short distance away. Card access provided by hotel. No need for car in Prague. Awesome fitness center 2 minute walk. I would stay here again.

the stuff was very nice and helpful, but the room a bite crammed we couldn't keep the suitcases open at all time to full stuff, also the issue with parking I had to park the car a couple of blocks away from the hotel in a parking garage and had about $30.0 per day, I didn't expect to pay that much when it was listed as parking available

I highly recommend staying at the Haštal Hotel. Its location in the Old Town is truly unbeatable. The wonderful, caring staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. As a family-run business, the hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel offers free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and pastries all day long, which is such a lovely touch. There are also comfortable common sitting areas both indoors and outdoors where you can relax. Breakfast provides a wide variety of choices, including several nice options for vegans. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a unique charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of a Wes Anderson movie. Truly a gem in Prague.

This hotel is wonderful!! The hotel has an old fashion feel, but with modern amenities. It has a lovely garden area and cozy areas in the hotel where you can visit with your companions and with other guests. Breakfast, with prosecco, which is included, was super, and there is also a happy hour, with discounted drinks, in the early evening, at its totally cool bar. These people belong in the hotel industry as they are welcoming, accommodating, and so very friendly. If my room had cost a $100 (US) more, I'd be saying the same. In fact, they should charge more: with its low prices, people might be disbelieving and hesitate to book a room, but if the prices were higher, they would readily book a room and be glad they did. During my 65 years on this planet, I have been fortunate to travel frequently, and this hotel is one of my best finds ever.

Enjoyed our stay in the Old Quarter. The building is old and charming - though ever so slightly musty. Perfect location in the heart of the sights. Incredible hotel, impeccable cleanliness, rooms decorated with taste, respecting old traditions and yet allowing all modern comforts and amenities. Staff is outstandingly polite and friendly and helpful (especially the lady at the reception!). A great option if you want to say in Old Town. Excellent location. So much is only a short walk from the hotel and the tram is close if you are going further. The hotel itself is quite charming. The breakfast is absolutely top notch. Tons of great options. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our particular room was a bit snug for two and the bathroom is a tight fit but not a big issue. The positives far outweighed that minor drawback. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful historic hotel. We stayed in two different rooms. Including a beautiful two room suite on the top floor that had a mini kitchen and laundry! Staff was fantastic. Daily breakfast buffet is impressive and fantastic. Def coming back!!

Great location in Old Town. Typical European bedding-a duvet with no sheet. AC was not cool enough, so we would pull the covers on and off all night being too hot or too cold. Would be much better with a top sheet. Location is great, walkable to everything in Prague Old Town, New Town areas. Close to the river and bridges as well as the castle.

Loved our stay here. The staff and facilities were excellent - the room and bath and shower were small but adequate. Its just off the old town square and convenient to dining and sites - a short walk to metro and tram stops. The ONLY negative was there was - I think - some construction in the building behind that went all thru the night and was VERY loud at times.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable bed and room. The room was a bit small but very quaint and lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good and included in the stay. the lobby lounge was very nice. We really enjoyed the free coffee and baked goods during the day that was available. At check-in the concierge was not friendly at all. Looked like a grumpy old person. The room was very small and basic. The TV is just a 15" computer monitor on your desk.. Most of the channels don't have a signal. At the breakfast the juice was watery, the pastries were days old, no decaf, etc. Location is good.

The customer service was excellent. When we arrived, Tom on reception was so welcoming. We asked him for some food recommendations and the two restaurants he suggested were great. The room was tidy and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the reception. We also visited the 1920s/banker bar and the service was exemplary. Our stay was great value for money and would definitely stay again.
