Not a great place! Only stayed here due to cost of others in town that weekend were even more ridiculous than this was priced! It was UNL graduation weekend. Sketchy place, no elevator, door to room was jacked up... had to slam yourself into it to get it open! Sign in parking lot basically said to park at your own risk! Do not recommend!

Difficult to maneuver due to no elevators for convenience. Unable to obtain buckets for ice, even after checking with the front desk. Accidently spilled a bowl of rice on floor. Was told by cleaning staff just to cover it with a towel. No assistance in cleaning it up. Disappointed in service.

Clean place to put your head. Great towel! The "business center" was non existent (a small tablet) and that was one reason we chose this place. The desk staff didn have anythink to say and just pointed to our room.

Overall this was a pleasant last minute stay! Very fast check-in and out, very clean in room as well as the the hall/common areas, and a good breakfast offering. Some of the furnishings and finishes are showing some age and the parking lot area was a little sketchy looking, but overall a good place that I’d recommend.

To tell you the truth, I was a little unsure when I arrived to the property. It’s not the best looking place from the outside. The lobby and the hallways were quite toasty and felt like no air was on. But the room was very nice. My family loved it. I did notice that the hotel was not really accessible to those with disabilities. The front desk worker made notice that all family suites were on the third floor and there were no elevator. If I or a family member had a mobile disability that affected us from going up and down stairs, this would have been a great concern. As you are advertising, I think it might be important to inform potential customers of these issues so they can make the best choice for them and their accommodation needs. All-in-all it was a great stay.

The building is outdated which makes the property feel kind of dirty. The hallway floors were incredibly squeaky, our bathroom had toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door, and dirt in the corner behind it. The bed/mattress was clean though.

I checked into my hotel room 202 and I was very very disappointed. There appeared to be either blood stains or some red stain on the bed sheets, pillows were dirty, yellow stains under the sheets, and most disgusting there was bugs on the bed and inside the shower and toilet. I want a complete refund of the deposit I made checking in and as well as the amount I paid for the room. I do not like to be a person like this but I have the pictures to prove everything. (Still haven’t received my refund!)

The bathroom needed a deep clean. You can tell railroad or other construction workers stayed as the shower was grimy with oil & grease. In fact we known there were railroad staff as the sign said that on the door. I’m not discriminating I know from my own husband traveling & working construction.

Our room was disgusting and we would have never stayed if we hadn’t gotten there at 1 in the morning. The signs outside didn’t make us feel safe at all. The room was loud, the staff was unfriendly, and the continental breakfast was just sad.

Close to Memorial Stadium and Bob Devaney Sports Center. The bed was comfortable but the shower needs replaced... definitely showing it's age. The breakfast was extremely lackluster but there are plenty of options near the hotel.

I loved my stay here at Super 8 motel last night 8/15/2025 and I'll be staying on for another night 8/16/2025. One thing I didn't like about not being able to charge my phone by the bed, the only outlet was the bathroom. Other than that, my stay was great. Thank you, DJ

Great property, has breakfast options available on premise. The beds were comfortable, Room was clean. There was a smell in the room that didn't seem to go away and the shower knob was hard to turn. Overall a decent place to stay and there was places to shop nearby.

We didn't like the bed - our main reason for staying in any motel. Everything else was fine, but the bed was 1) way too tall, and 2: tilted, 3" taller on one side so we were always trying not to roll over. The tilt didn't show when we walked in because the staff carefully arranged the pillows to hide it. so we were settled and tired before we found out!!!!

In my two days day I had to get my key card for my room change three times I had to have the front desk come up and help me because the satellite TV wouldn't work and then 2 hours later it just quit.

Room was clean, the bed and pillows were great. Very large room at a good price. Lots of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again. The only downside to it was that there was a funk in the room. After you had been in there a while, you didn't notice it.

I did not like that they waited until check-in to spring a 50 dollar deposit for “damages”. I paid for the room in advance, the keys should have been given upon my arrival. They withheld the keys and wouldn’t let me into my room. The manager offered to cancel the reservation. I’ll check to see if they refunded my full amount or if they tried to keep some as a “fee”. (Giving people add-on fees, even refundable ones, after they have paid for a service in advance, and hiding the fee inside of alternate pages that only arrive after purchasing, is a dishonest practice and should be illegal. I am not sure if this is an Expedia or hotel fault, but I will not do business with companies who conduct themselves in this manner).

The stay was fine. I booked through Expedia. I noticed when I checked out, the card I had to put down for incidentals was charged for a full night's stay. I had already paid through the 3rd party so imagine my confusion. I've called a few times to try and get the 2nd charge refunded. They tell me they see what happened and that it has been assigned to a manager to fix it and I'll be called. It has been almost a month since my stay and no manager has called me.

Do NOT book this motel. I called them before I made the reservation to make sure they had a room. After that I booked it through Expedia. However, when I arrived that place around 12:30am, they told me they sold my room to someone else without even an apology!!! I was stuck in that small city but Expedia helped me find another place. This place has no integrity, consciousness, or basic business manner. Awful.

Room was clean and staff interaction to quick and professional. It is close to UNL when attending sporting events. Close to grocery stores, fast food, etc. I've stayed at this property several times and have never had a bad experience.

Easy parking. Loved that there was Veteran parking! Something we don’t see where we live. Staff were friendly and helpful. Many places to go shop. Easy Drove to Husker Stadium.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff. We stayed as a group for the husker game. Only thing that needs improvment on is the keys to the room dont work great and takes a while for door to unlock. Breakfast could be better and I wouldn\'t consider it "Continental". Other than that our stay overall was good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The door needed some repair but it latched well enough that we felt safe. The coffee though was not as good as normal. Very weak with no flavor. Also there was no cereal or fruit on the breakfast bar.
