Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, bedspreads had cigarette burns in them, sheets had stains, towels & bath clothes were dingy & stained, a/c didn’t work properly, smoke alarms were covered with plastic wrap, holes in walls, carpet looks like it hasn’t ever been cleaned
