Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. Payed 40.00 extra. No jacuzzi tubes in the hotel. Dirty hallways, rear door was full of dirt and debris. Drywall dust in my room, never vacuumed. Dirty windows.

No elevator, carpet on stairs needs replacing and cery dirty Check in person was friendly but said my credit card didnt go through when it did. Thin sheet and bedspread, i was cold all night. It was the floor, and the hotel was dirty and needed, vacuuming, and it had been no elevator. The bathrooms were not as clean as they could be and one tiny bar of soap we will not stay again.

Our room was equipped with a hot tub but when we walked in to the room we heard dripping. The ceiling from upstairs was seeping water down to our room. We could t stay in the room and the hotel was booked. I expected a full refund and initially he told me we would get half until my husband chimed in. We got a full refund but there were very few hotels available so we had to spend a lot more money on a new hotel. I will never book a super 8 again. They are horribly maintained.

I booked the only available room showing at the time of booking and didn’t notice it was a smoking room. I didn’t know hotels still allowed smoking in rooms so because I arrived at 2 am due to construction and traffic during my 7 hour drive I said ok. On top of the room smelling horrible it was filthy the floors hadn’t been vacuumed nor the counters cleaned. I checked the bed and the sheets seemed clean so I took the 70’s bedding off which had stains all over it and used my own blanket to just get some sleep. I woke up early Saturday and seen roaches coming out of my food bag which only had bananas and oranges in them so I threw them away checked out and got a different room. This room cost too much for what I was given. Also the next day they offered the same room to my daughters friends mom which she refused to stay in it and got a totally different room. Maybe I got a bad room I’m not sure but I will not stay here again if that’s the kind of room you give to someone.

The room wasn't very clean. 3 of us stayed there and there were only two towels, one of which had holes. No wash clothes and no hand towels. Shampoo was half used. The bed spread had stains on it. I should have requested another room but I was just too tired to deal with it. We were just traveling through but would definitely not stay here again.

Did not check in after seeing room first. Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom with rotten molding. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom with wobbly toilet. Comforters had holes in them, and someone had hand stitched the holes. Mirror that was supposed to be hanging on the wall was just leaning against the wall on top of a dresser. Bench in the room had stains on it and room smelled of old food and mold

Room # 102, smelled of musty smoke. A cockroach was on the wall, dead flys were smashed on wall. List of other issues: Broken mirror, ants around ac unit & window, bedding had cigarette burn and was cut/torn in several places, carpet was so soiled and stained. Reported all in person to hotel desk. No refund or room change allowed. Disgusting room, service, management!

The site advertised newly renovated. The entire interior reaked of mold and smoke. I recommend shutting down. The landscape was so overgrown with weeds and dirt like it hasn't been maintained in over a year . Stayed here a year ago and it wasn't this bad . Room reaked from the smell and cigarette burns everywhere, carpet and bedspread. Mold and rust in the bathroom as well .

Just an older super 8 with stains literraly all over the sofa, bed sheets with areas so thread bare you could see through the sheets. Coffee pot for single serve coffee in the room but no cups for the coffee. Stained towels in bathroom. There is no provlem with an older hotel but there is no excuse valid for having sheets and towels in such poor condition.

Super Vape would be a better name for this hotel. The lobby, hallways, and even the non-smoking room stink from the vape and cigarette smoke wafting through. I commented about it to the lackadasical desk clerk and she said, "well, it\'s a smoking hotel." I\'m pretty sure she was generating some of the smoke and/or vape stench right there behind the desk. If we hadn\'t prepaid, I would\'ve moved on to a different hotel. The room was relatively clean, the bed is comfortable and the daytime clerk was very sharp and can-do on the phone so, I\'d give this place a 2.5.

No bugs, bed was comfortable & price was right. If your looking for anything more than that not the place for you. Bathroom walls we’re pretty much disgusting, toilet & tub were clean. Room had definitely been a smoking room plus other odd smells lingering.

The room was average/fine. Pretty clean but not behind the couch. They don’t turn the AC before you arrive so it takes a little time to cool off. I didn’t try the coffee or breakfast.

Reserved a smoking room. No ashtray and first night, man at front desk couldn't find one. Had to use a cup with water in it. Robin, next day found one right off the bat. Microwave is ancient and made a lot of noise. Bed was lumpy. 2nd day, no housekeeping so had to get towels from front desk. No bugs which I am always worried about at a hotel. Staff was friendly, especially Robin.

The lady at the check-in was rattlesnake mean. Last time I will stay at the "8". Also, telling everyone I know to avoid the chain if possible. Thanks for asking. You can\'t make a business better if you don\'t get frank feedback from your customers.

At 12:30am a staff worker decided to enter our room didn’t knock or anything just walked in I yelled at them and they ran off when called front desk to see why they hung up on me.Don’t know if they was up to no good or what luckily we were still awake at this time.

We stayed 3 nights. We were there for the disc golf tournament. The service was good, the rooms were clean, the front desk manager was a little intense but the room did have a funky smell. The price was good and it was between all the parks. I’d stay again.

I had reserved a NON smoking room, with a king bed. for me and my father. which the front desk had originally gave us. when i was in the shower they moved us from our NON smoking room to a smoke friendly room, because "matinence is listed to do this room we need to move you." I have severe allergies and asthma and i could not handle the stale smoke smell in the room we were given. This is not okay this is NOT what i had reserved. I suffered for two days because of these peoples insolence. Not to mention your smoking bedroom had a broken couch, no fan in the bathroom, and no ventilation. AND we didnt see matinence until the day we left, and they were NOT in the room we were supposed to have.

Show up to property and took about 45 minutes to check in and than after that get a dirty room smelling like straight up smoke and not even clean was really disappointed ☹️

The clerk was very nice an presented herself well. Room was clean an bathing areas was very tidy. Very quiet, safe a pleasant atmosphere. Have stayed here on more than one occasion an it’s always pleasant. Thanks to all who make this happen.

The room smelled horrible. The entire motel smelled of old smoke. There were no amenities in the room, no water, no coffee, no tea. The service area that was supposed to have juice, it was broken, no juice machine. The key did not work for two of the three nights I was there. I am asking for a refund for the trouble and inconvenience. The service personnel were helpful, kind, and professional, but the owner needs to hire someone to clean the place and repair the electronic door locks!

This was the awfullest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Couch in room was stained with who knows what! I wouldn't have put my dog in it. Totally unacceptable. No towels and the ones that were were stained. No cups. No bath mat. And room wasn't touched while we were gone for 13 hrs. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Carpet was nasty. Commode was loose from floor. Check took 20 minutes. No one was at desk and it took 20 minutes for someone to come to check us in Totally unacceptable Advertized breakfast was nothing but a granola bar. Cigarette butts in front of entrance totally dissatisfied. Felt we should have have total refund.

I asked for the room to be cleaned and no one came in 4 days, towels had holes, mirror off the wall, bathroom sink didn't work... and drug dealers followed me in and out made me VERY nervous, 6 minimum drug dealers guarding all floors and stood out by my vehicles. And breakfast was a joke... drug dealers drank ALL coffee day and night and ate the only food available GRINOLA BARS, WHICH ISN'T BREAKFAST. so you shouldn't advertise complimentary breakfast. you should really consider getting the railing fixed.That is completely off the wall, except one screw holding it.You should consider getting the downstairs bathroom cleaned up so we aren't smelling it, and you should consider your patrons before you consider the drug dealers.
