We have stayed two different times at the Hampton Inn in Morristown, TN I-81 and both times we loved our stay. Clean room, delicious breakfast, great amenities and simply a wonderful home away from home. The hotel staff from check in to breakfast are absolutely fantastic. We will book and stay again.

This was a nice diamond in the rough. We needed to stop for the night with our dog and found this property right off of the interstate. There was plenty of room for the dog to walk and convenient pet waste disposal vans all around the property. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the rooms and bathrooms seemed brand new. The breakfast was quite nice as well. We would definitely stay again if we are on I-81 again.

Me and my family had a great experience here at this hotel… we love the pool and hot tub… They changed breakfast up every day so you didn’t have to eat the same thing… I have no complaints. This is my second time staying there and without a doubt I would make it a third…

It was good, but I noticed in the bathroom the floor had (pee) spots around the toilet. I say pee it could have been something else. Maybe they need to mop the floors and not just vacuum.

I would rather have the individual travel size lotion and stuff. Did not like the large Bottle of lotion, shampoo and soap that was anchored to walls. Also do not like the bedspread duvet cover that everyone uses did not feel they are clean.

I liked the layout of the king room. The chaise with the tray table was a nice feature and gave a good option to laying on the bed to watch TV. Great feature. I really liked the walk-in shower with the glass doors. NICE!! The front desk person was super nice as I asked for a room at the end of a hall or some place with not a lot of noise and they were very accomidating!!! What I didn't like: With the bed facing the windows (liked) the AC vent, which couldn't be directional adjusted, blew air directly in my face when it cut on (not good)!! The toilet in the bathroom was very low (a toddler could get on it on their own), which made it difficult for an older adult such as myself. I want a grown-up toilet, or at the very least, a small grab bar for assistance when getting up from the low toilets. I do not need a handicapped restroom however.

Staff were efficient and kind, breakfast was so clean and well maintained, room was tidy. It was very easy to book and we were happy overall. We received a check in “check in” to see if we were happy immediately after check in which was great. Unfortunately, the mattress was rough, curved from use and would recommend accessible plugs on both sides of the bed. Otherwise good spot!

Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

When we arrived I presented a printout of my Orbitz booking # and the corresponding Hampton confirmation number and front desk tried several things and said they didn’t have my booking but fortunately they did have a room available however I had to pay right then for the room when I had already paid through Orbitz. Need to get Orbitz to refund what I paid them. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast in morning was good.
