Convenient to Newark Airport, however rooms are very dated. Staff was friendly, overall, no complaints other than you're stepping back into the 90's!

First impression pulling up, the glass dome area, which is beautiful in the pictures was so dirty - and I understand it is not something that can be cleaned regularly but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The front desk staff were nice but I was the only person in line and had to wait until they were done with their conversation and I was not offered a cookie. The first floor was nice, the lobby, the bar/restaurant, etc were modern looking. The room was dirty and worn. My room was an "inside room" which means I had a "balcony" that looked out to the center (lobby and pool area) - I could HEAR EVERY WORD EVERY PERSON SAID IN THE LOBBY - all.night.long. That means all the bangs of glass wear and dishes from the lounge/bar, all the kids screaming in the pool, all the luggage being dragged across the floors, etc. The bathtub would bend, creak and pull away from the wall. If I did not know that there were concrete floors, I would be afraid I would fall through. The guest room was general dirty all over, all walls, corners, etc were dirty, dusty and gross. I didn't even want to put my bare feet on the carpet. Never again.

Stayed 1 night

The hotel stay was fine. It was convenient for my stay and affordable in comparison to some others. We traveled into NYC with ease. The room was clean but a little outdated. The staff was pleasant, the bar and food were good. I thought the the breakfast was pricey. My child really enjoyed the pool. Parking was crowded but I appreciated the discount for hotel guest. Overall it was a good stay.
