The 2nd morning we had no hot water for showers. Staff stated that the boiler had been worked on and is now working. Breakfast is not included. Nor is coffee available unless you pay for it or make it in your room. The 2nd morning free coffee was available because the person(s) working the bistro did not show up. Therefore no Breakfast was even available for purchase.

I loved the lighting fixtures in the room, but I think that there was not good lighting over the bathroom sink, The person who installed the wallpaper did not do a good job at the seams. They needed to be wiped more to clean the paste. The tree in front of the hotel has branches that are too low over the sidewalk. The swimming pool was not open for use. I am not sure about this, but I thought that, when I made my reservation, it stated that there was a free breakfast.

Blood on the sheets, room was cold, heater didnt work, kids were cold all night, pool was under construction with no notice before buying the room, remotes for the tv didnt work, over charged 30$ for something that isnt on the receipt.
