The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were very helpful and attentive, we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff welcomed us very nicely with reserved parking, bell boy and a drink at the patio. The room was very nice and comfortable! The only remark would be the restaurant that could be furnished a bit more cozy. The breakfast was very good.

Everything in this hotel is 10/10. I have been coming to Brunate for 20 years, and every time I came I saw this hotel as an abandoned buildling. It's so nice to see someone brought it back to life and put 110% into restoring it into a glorious 5 star resort!
