We really enjoyed our 1-night stay. The pool was heated and felt really nice! Only surprise was I didn't see in the fine print when booking that there was a $75 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. So when booking online again I'll have to be sure to confirm if there's a pet fee.

The gym area was very lackluster because it was very crowded, had little to no weights, and the Pelaton was not connected to the wifi and was locked. The caulking in the shower appeared to be moldy/dirty.

It was convenient to walk to places to eat and the gas station. It was easy to get ubers to get around town. Also the complimentary breakfast was good.I didnt like that the pools closed at 10.

Friendly staff but the carpet and bathroom floor in the room was sticky and gross. There wasn't a working fan in the bathroom. The bed springs sounded like they were broken.

This was obviously an older property, which is ok but it needed some work. Both of the mattresses in our room needed to be replaced. They were terribly uncomfortable and very loud when you moved. The cleanliness was not up to typical Hampton standards. There was rust in the bottom of the bathtub. We discovered a pair of underwear in the floor from a previous guest. These things were reported to the front desk.

The room was extremely stale smelling. There was rust in the bathtub. I checked out the next morning. The one positive is that the staff was friendly. I will not stay there again.

My room smelled heavily of bleach. My toilet was dirty (needed to be cleaned). Carpet was dirty. Room has appearance of aging and need some work. Asked for and received a different room but was not offered anything other than an apology for my inconvenience. New room did not smell of bleach but was equally aged and dirty. Expect better from Hampton.

The location has easy access to I-10, downtown, the beaches, and the casinos. The hotel and our room were very clean. The breakfast had a great variety of foods. All staff were excellent. Kudos to them! Will definitely return to this hotel on future visits.

There wasn’t any air conditioning in the halls on each floor. The room didn’t feel clean, but the bathroom was apparently not cleaned. Disgusting toilet and bathtub as well as questionable towels.

Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was great. Coffee was even better. Now the room. Very clean. However, the mattress was beyond uncomfortable. Squeaked every time I moved. The whole reason we stay at a Hampton Inn specifically.Because of the mattresses not this one. The room we were in was right next to the lobby. LOUD. We heard everytime someone came through the front lobby, not to mention the music from the lobby that could be heard in our room. The door would stick so bad i had to almost slam it shut. Very disappointed. We have always loved Hampton 😥

Honestly it was an amazing stay and I will probably only stay here next time I’m on the coast. Staff was amazing and the place was fresh and clean. Breakfast was awesome. A 10/10 in my opinion as the options were endless. Great coffee that was hot at all times and again when checking in the ladies Astrid and Bianca were phenomenal. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family today. Lastly the value was unbeat in my opinion.

Apparently was advised that tbey had given iur room or overbooked....Front desk sent us to sister property about 10 min away and was told everything will be transferred over at same rate. This happened at about 2am traveling with a kiddo on the spectrum....she charged got to other property he said he couldnt honor the same price it would be much more? Ok so off we went now 3am trying to find a room. Money has been taken out due to pending charge. So basically on vacation less all the money for 2 nights because pending charge.

We have stayed here before. We did not receive the room that we had booked. We were told they did not have any king size beds. That we should be grateful that we got the rate we got due to the event in the area. I do not appreciate being told such. I think that’s inappropriate and I should have received a discount considering it was not the room that I thought I had paid for. She mentioned it was because I booked through a third-party and that’s what “was sent over“.

We arrived late and very tired and were welcomd by a by a very nice woman with a kind smile and our room was secured quickly to our great fullness . Our room was clean smelled nice and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was freshly cook eggs , bacon, waffles you make fresh gravy biscuits very good . We will definitely stay at this location when traveling to Space X again . Rates were very competitive

Hotel was very clean. All staff was very friendly and talkative. They do need more than one elevator. Did not like the fact that they do not have the waffle maker and never had toast the entire week I was there. Tend to put cheese in the eggs too much, almost every day.

breakfast was not good and that's why 3 stars If you don't eat Ham/pork then there were only unhealthy options A big population doesn't eat Ham so some consideration is needed here Need to update breakfast have hot oatmeals and eggs without Ham If you are putting instant oatmeal then have microwave to cook it, hot water is not enough I was very disappointment with breakfast

This was not a good stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and we had booked for three nights. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, but the breakfast attendant was very rude and did not keep the breakfast food stocked. We have stayed at Hampton Inn several times in the past and was never this uncomfortable. This location need a serious upgrade. Very disappointed Hampton Inn customer.

Beds were uncomfortable and hard . Breakfast was not very good, just not your typical Hampton Inn. Stay was decent enough, but we left a day early. Didn’t even care that we had paid through another night. It just wasn’t worth trying to be comfortable. This hotel cuts a lot of corners. It’s very basic and it was not inexpensive.
