Location is amazing. Right across the road from the beach and a three minute walk to the pier. The room waa very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Upon check in i was greeted with a smile. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast at Shoreside Restaurant offers delicious food however the service was a little off. First visit, young lady took the order but wasn't informative on how many pancakes come in order or that some orders bring toasts so she charged me for toasts even though the meal came with it. We over order food unecesarily. Second visit we got our coffes first and it got cold after waiting for the food. They were unable to heat it but, didnt offer to give me fresher lates but offered to add hot coffe on top. Room service staff who answers the calls and takes the order also lacks some understanding. Twice they got my order with missing items. Last time I've asked for yogurt and fruits they said they couldn't do it. I went downstairs and the lady got me the order but the yogurt was not fresh. She was also on the cell for a while with my bag on hand until I had to approach her to get the back back to the room. This order with visible non busy night took way over 30 minutes. Other than those annoying issues. The hotel is located on a prime location. The pool is heated. Offers jazz on Thursday nights which i think its super romantic and chic. Hotel is maintained very well, security around and inside. I like that because there is a lot of homeless people hanging out a few meters out.
