We did not end up staying at the hotel because the outdoor pool was not open. They were waiting for the NC inspector to come check the pool. The entire purpose of our choosing the hotel was the nice outdoor pool for the kids. However, the front desk manager and front desk representative were PHENOMENAL!! Absolutely wonderful!!! (The man who was the general manager was okay). They completely understood our need for the pool and canceled our reservation with no charge. Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed when we arrived and the check in person informed me that they had canceled their shuttle service! They suggested I call a Uber. Well that is inconvenient and it adds to the room cost. The manager, who was new, agreed to pay our Uber to the airport. We will have to pay for the return trip. Because of the inconvenience he put 5000 Bonvoy points on my account. So he was very nice but it was extremely frustrating to me. I sure hope the Uber he ordered comes on time tomorrow

We were placed in a handicapped room in the first floor, the shower bottom and bathroom floor were both filthy. The white shower floor was black with dirt and hair and the black floor hadn’t been mopped. I laid towels everywhere. It was late and we just wanted to sleep. The beds we’re comfortable.. I hope they were clean.

We had a great stay at this location. The staff at the front desk were all nice and courteous. The beds were comfortable, but possibly a little old. My husband noticed and indention in the mattress where he was sleeping in the bed; overall pretty comfortable though. My only complaint about the room is the bed frames. The corners are very pointy, and I have a bruise on my leg and a cut from where I ran into one of them at night. They sort of stick out into the walkway a little. The bathroom was nice but a little narrow. I wish the toilet was a little higher off the floor. Overall, we had a great stay here and would consider staying again if we’re in the area.

This was a great place to stay. The building was clean and smelled so good upon walking in. It was quick and easy for me to check in and the lady at the front desk was super nice! The only thing was that the WiFi isn’t so good. The TV kept pausing because of it. Other than that, this hotel was a great choice. I’d definitely book again.

Very upsetting and good thing we checked otherwise we would have paid double for this stay. I booked thru Hotels.com and paid in full by credit card, received receipt. My husband checked in and they asked for a credit card for incidentals which he gave. They charged my husband's credit card for the entire stay plus the incidentals. My husband went down to the front desk, spoke to a manager who said they would remove the charge. We are still waiting for the credit but it has only been 24 hours. I never thought this was something I would need to check.

The staff is the best, very friendly and they always ask if we need anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The value is great, so we look here for availability first when we travel.

Great location but terrible service. We arrived at 6:00pm and was told there was no room available but we booked our room over 2 weeks ago. We had to wait an hour for a room. The receptionist was kind but they didn’t offer any alternatives except just to wait. I was going to a concert and needed to get ready. I had to get dressed in the public bathroom and it smelled sooo bad and it was hot. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again and I will be seeing about getting a partial refund for my stay.

Everyone in the staff has been so friendly and really gone over the top to help accommodate me. Annie in housekeeping grabbed me extra coffee packets and made sure I had extra towels. She is very thoughtful and nice. Percy at the bar always came out to the pool to make sure I had water or a beverage and that I was doing ok. She also took great care of my for dinner and drinks at the bar. Kevin (or Keith!) at the front desk as well and Symone? have been very helpful in booking extra days for me that I didn't anticipate. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I could keep my same room and that I was taken care of. Joseph the manager has checked on me via email to ensure everything has been seamless and enjoyable. The chef in the kitchen (Brian maybe?) made me a delicious meal ! And was consistently a friendly face. This team is a great one! Thank you.

This property was awful. The staff was rude. They did not hold a room with two queens, as I had reserved. With no queen double rooms left, they tried to get me and my elderly father to pay for an extra King room. On top of it all, they were not at all courteous or empathetic that we were exhausted after traveling on a red eye and being with family due to a relative’s sudden death. Do not give these people your money. Even the manager was present and completely indifferent.

Our room had a balcony - thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing a bit. My son and I stayed one night during a home renovation. The website and my reservation confirmation both said "Free Breakfast". After checking in we were told there was Breakfast for purchase. We needed to get to school and thankfully, there is a Dunkin Donuts nearby but for as much as we paid for the room, Juice and cereal don't seem too much to ask? There are lots of choices in the area for similar price that include breakfast, so look elsewhere. Also, the bedframe corners are killers, we all have bruised shins as souvenirs!!

I booked the room with a balcony. It was perfect. I ate on the balcony as I watched the other guests swim in their large swimming pool area. The building and room were both clean. The room was large space, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean with hot water and good water pressure. They had a large flat screen tv and a large/mini refrigerator and a microwave. Just perfect !!!! I would stay again!!!
