The convenient location relative to the airport was the best part along with the ease of parking. The relative quiet was a bit of a surprise given that planes were taking off and landing very close by. The dinner the second evening was surprisingly good (a reasonable portion of salmon and simple vegetables) and not all that expensive, while the breakfast the following morning was the reverse (the scrambled eggs especially tasted weird). The signage on the surrounding roads was confusing, especially in evening darkness (suggestion: paint road names in the road near exits, that really helps); and the fact that the swimming pool was out of commission was a disappointment. On the whole though, a reasonable value for the money.

Staff, breakfast, beauty of grounds, were wonderful. The only questionable thing was that we wondered why there was a charge for a WiFi connection that is free in most other hotels. We didn’t buy into that in any case as cell phone reception was good.

Marriott Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking into our room, we found a box of beer cans left in the fridge. This discovery raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the room's preparation. If such an obvious oversight was made, it makes me question whether the room was cleaned properly at all. I even called down to the front desk in hopes someone would come retrieve the box left in the fridge and nobody ever came. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail from a hotel of your caliber. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the overall hygiene of your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and resourceful. I did find it to be a bit noisy at night and was awakened by loud thumps. The elevators and hallway could use some housekeeping, there are stains on the walls and floors and a stale odor.

We have booked this location for many years and loved the location, staff and cleanliness. This time was a huge disappoint. The room, floors, bedding, bathroom and tub were filthy. The tubs in both rooms didn’t properly drain. The sheets were torn and covered in hair. The staff is quite responsive, so after a couple sleepless nights and an unanswered request to housekeeping to change the sheets, they moved us to rooms on another floor. That experience was better, although quite noisy.

Despite being sold out and having several parties going on in the bar that night, I was only one floor up and my stay was very quiet. I was able to sleep soundly as a light sleeper. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Did not like the room over the pool. Did not know it opens at 6 am. Was woken up by children playing loudly in the pool. I was not told or given a option if i wanted that room It also smelled mildew. Does not have microwave in the rooms. Should offer free breakfast for the prices

Close to airport. Free shuttle. My room had a malfunctioning mini fridge that I had to remove due to noise, but other than that, bed was comfortable abd bathroom clean and comfortable. Could use better quality coffee station in room if I am being constructive

Not a bad property. My complaint has to do with the dining staff. When you only have a very limited choice of options its close to closing. Told by the staff.I understand. But when you leave and buy food from another place. Come back (after the restaurant has closed) You sit down at a table near the entrance. Because you only have 1 chair and a ottoman in your room. You both only want to eat in peace. But told you can't eat inside the closed restaurant because of outside food. Never mind that the staff and (outside friends) has food from a pizzeria and take out Chinese and they're eating in there. We where told you have to leave with your food. Upon questioning the staff. It was becoming a situation were I was clearly not going to win our conversation. Even hearing one of the employees friends. Say y'all can put out for complaining. I /we were truly upset about the issue. I left a complaint with the morning staff for the general manager.. 2 follow ups No reply 2 week later. I can understand bring food from outside during regular business hours. But once the restaurant closes. Then it should not be a problem@ 11:25 at night. Also if staff is allowed to bring outside food. Also there friends and their food. I can't see the harm people just sitting and trying to eat.

Our check-in was great. We never heard any air traffic. That's amazing for the location. We stopped at the bar for a cocktail and were surprised to hear one employee rudely talk to another about closing out checks and getting the bar closed. We waited for 15 minutes, along with other guests, and were not greeted or acknowledged. We left and did not return. Later, that employee was at the front desk and just as rude to thos employees. While handicapped accessible, it was not easily accessible. The parking was far from the entrance, and included a hill.

My family if 4 reserved 2 rooms adjoining. The property is older but very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff were super sweet and accommodating. The negatives I had were that the front desk (2 different people) told us breakfast ended at 11am. We went down and the staff was cleaning up at 10am. I’d paid for it in advance and asked for a refund but the front desk staff asked them to stop cleaning it up so we were allowed to pick from what was left. That sucked. The AC didn’t work great but that was my fault for not letting them know, it was just late and we were tired. I’m sure they would’ve fixed that issue if we’d of let them know. Check out is noon which is AWESOME but the dang cleaning crew was knocking on our doors at 9am!! If check out was at 10am I can see that being appropriate but it won’t my 2yr old and 4 year old up and they went to bed late bc of arrival and that made for a crappy day. You also hear everything in the hallway with sound machines but that’s to be minimally expected. I’d probably not stay again because of the breakfast left overs that we’d paid for and the early wake up from the cleaning crew. We travel a lot and I’d of had better service from less expensive places. The staff was very very kind and sweet though. Smiley faces everywhere :)

Staff nice and property clean - however dining in the restaurant I would not recommend- doesn’t seem the staff is well trained with the proper way to serve etc Took forever to order each time we went and the prices for breakfast kept changing. But overall good property

Area looks clean but in my room the sink was clotted and the toilet was leaking water. Also they charged $18 per person for some scramble eggs and bacon buffet this was very disappointing. At least give me a breakfast from the menu for such price.

My stay was very good! On my last day in town, I dislocated my hip...playing golf. I appreciated the availability of a wheelchair! Also, I loved the gingerbread context in the lobby. The various departments created their entries. Liked that guests got to vote for their favorite. The staff was helpful and kind. I was surprised the restaurant and bar were not availing Christmas Eve evening or in christmas night. Had hoped there would've been some options for their guests on those two nights.

The Marriott Greensboro Airport was the perfect location for us since my fiancé and I missed our flight. It was a short 5 minute walk from the airport and checking in was a breeze. The room smelled clean and super comfortable to relax in after a long day at the airport. We headed down for dinner and a few drinks. We had the fried flounder and apple cobbler for dessert. Both were fantastic! Sylvia and Joanne behind the bar totally took care of us! They were both so personable and attentive. We highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for comfort and respite!

The restaurant didn't serve any food because the stuff said they were too busy with serving the drinks in the bar. Some kids stayed in the next door. They were kicking my door, yelling until midnight. The whole overnight stay was totally a nightmare.
