Probably the best hotel in Greensboro. It has its own restaurant, three bars, coffee bar, and small eat in cafe. The rooms are nice, there's two pools, and they have everything you can possibly need.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I love the amenities that they offer; pool, gym, bar and restaurant. The location was good. Near a mall, and lots of restaurants in the area. My room was average, no complaints about it. I'm sure they have better rooms than the one I chose.

Very clean. Hotel is very big, but pool cannot accommodate the size of hotel. Need a bigger pool. Laundry was broken. We were there with thousands of others for soccer, and no working laundry

Disappointed that there was no hot tub. I specifically chose toys location for a hot tub and heated pool. The pool was too cold, the air temp was too cold and there was no hot tub.

Parking was an issue with so many different conferences that were happening in the hotel. The bar was almost never open which was weird I just wanted to watch the football game and get a bit to eat but that was not possible

Always enjoy staying at this property! Comfy beds, nice pool and restaurant in the hotel, as well as a cafe! Parking is easy and convenient and the people that work here are very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen!

Hotel was busy with soccer kids but it did not negativity impact operations. The lobby bar and restaurant wait times were minimal. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable (pillows were too soft for me though). Housekeeping was great.

The pool area is beautiful with an indoor/outdoor pool. They need to take care of the ants!! They were everywhere outside!! We laid out and within minutes ants were crawling all over us. This is not the first time I have stayed here—-I love the convenience close to shops, highways, but this is the first time we have encountered the ants by the pool—-please management take care of it!

Since when did actually "cleaning" a room stop? I got my sheets changed once during the week I stayed. The only thing that was done consistently was change out my towel, empty the garbage cans. No wipe down of the shower, or sink, or the floor and I only got my sheets changed once during the week. I did not appreciate the shower head being in the ceiling. If my husband had accompanied me on this trip, he would have been uncomfortable taking a shower as he is 6'7". I am a woman of color and do not appreciate having to get my hair wet because the shower head is in the ceiling rather than against the wall so I can adjust the shower head. The batter that the pancakes were made out of was bland, and tasted like cornbread. I was very disappointed in my breakfast and didn't eat in the restaurant any more. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, except for the "feather" pillows were too soft, and I would have preferred stiffer pillows, but I made due.

The hotel is old and out of date. The room and AC were smelly. We had to turn off the AC and just left the balcony door opened. Room was not very clean and the towels in the room had white particles. Staffs were not friendly. We booked our room with 2 breakfast included. But the Cafe denied and had my pregnant wife run around to the front desk to check and confirm. Very disappointed.

Vents in room covered in lint and dirt. Shined flashlight inside vent and filter was so dirty could barely tell it was a filter. When we turned heat on it smelled bad like something was burning. Couldve been first time heat been on in awhile but working in maintenance i knew that mostly from dirty filter. Me ans wife coughed whole time there. Didnt even stay the whole night. Got up around 2am and left to drive two hrs home because it was uncomfortable

Walked in the lobby and it smelled amazing, l have a super strong nose so smells matter to me, and the lobby was very clean and I was able to check in quickly. The room had a little of a musty smell but it wasn't bad, more of a room that hasn't been used and was shut up with little to no air flow. The room was clean, but the bathroom did have some mildew and it's most likely due to the fact the glass doesn't go all the way to the wall and there is wallpaper. It's also only a rain shower head. That's cute estheticly but realistically I dont want my hair to get wet every shower. There is also no ventilation other than the built in one from the hvac so it gets very steamy and humid in the bathrooms. Also just something the hotel might want to fix, there are no temperature labels on the faucet so you can easily turn it up wayyyy to hot where it is scolding and it does get very hot without realizing youre on the hottest setting. Our sleeping experience was TERRIBLE, first the bed was a full size bed. I'm sure that's not a big deal to some, but I booked a room for three people myself, my husband and our daughter. This is the very first time I've stayed in a hotel and it wasn't either a king or queen sized bed. All night we were fighting to keep in the bed as too adults who don't usually sleep on such a small bed it was very annoying. I didn't know realize when picking a room with two beds and it stated double, they meant two full size beds not just two beds in the the room.

Check in staff never smiled nor was he friendly. Bed a little too firm and pillows a little too soft. Otherwise everything else was good. We checked in on Friday. I had called the hotel earlier in the day & asked if I could get early check in & was advised they don’t do early check in. When I got here though, we checked in & our room was available right away. I was happy about that. The hotel is very big. The room was pretty clean. We were only here for 2 nights & came in for a graduation. We left out early Saturday morning. When we got back it seemed as if housekeeping had come to our room. However I wasn’t sure. Only one bed was made. It was like they came in, made one bed & left. Must be something new. They didn’t actually clean the room. There is a bar in the lobby that opens at 3pm. Went we went down there were good amount of people. However there was only one bartender working. A girl was there, we asked her for help, she just walked off. The bartender was only working one side of the bar. Meanwhile the people sitting on the other side of the bar were just sitting waiting to order. We waited for a good 20 - 30 minutes. Irvin came from the kitchen & he started helping the people that were neglected on the other side of the bar. I get that the bartender was busy but he didn’t even acknowledge any of the people on the other side. They should have at least two people at the bar especially on a weekend when there are a lot of events happening at the hotel and in the area. We ordered wings at the restaurant. They were awful. Who can get wings wrong! The chicken tenders and fries were ok.

My order was incorrect. I called room service for 30 minutes, no one would answer the phone. When she finally picked up, she was very rude and started yelling at me. I asked her to refund my money. The hotel charged me anyway. Don’t bother getting room service at this hotel.

While the location of Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons is beautiful and convenient, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I was charged a $225 smoking fee, even though there was absolutely no smoking in my room or on the balcony. When I spoke to the manager, Brandon (or Brendon), he handed me a printed “diagnostic” report claiming smoking was detected and told me the charge would stand. He advised me to dispute it with my bank if I disagreed—without offering any further investigation. What concerned me most was the possibility of faulty equipment. I repeatedly asked for a maintenance professional to inspect the smoke detector—to check the battery status and confirm it wasn’t expired or malfunctioning. I simply wanted to ensure there wasn’t a false reading or missed emergency. Despite multiple requests, no one ever came, and I was told no staff was available. If there truly was an indication of smoke, why didn’t any alarm go off to alert me? This raises serious safety concerns in addition to poor service. As a guest, I’m highly frustrated. I will not be returning to Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons and am disputing the charge through my bank. I hope management reconsiders how they handle these situations. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere.

I was told at check in that breakfast was included. I was just informed that it’s not,and the hotel has a bunch of new employees,giving misinformation. Guest service then transferred me to front desk manager to help with this issue. Went to messages,that were full ,and couldn’t leave a message or talk to anyone for assistance.

I really didnt like the fact that house keeping nocked on my door on Tuesday morning at 7 am to ask me when i was checking out. They woke us up and we had the do not disturb hanging on the door. What the hell!

One problem is that NO ONE answers the front desk, guest services, wake up call lines. Even before my arrival, it would continually ring and. I one would pick up. I had to call down to the guest services and no one answered. Tried to call them to do a wake up call, and there was no answer. Even think there’s an alarm clock and I have my phone, a phone call is always a good back up. The sundries shop wasn’t open at the posted hours, and I waited a bit to see if they opened, but they didn’t. Other than that, not a bad stay. Clean and beds were comfortable. The pillows leave much to be desired, but for a night it wasn’t that bad.

We check in early in the day to drop our bags off. We checked our room for any issues and found that the sheets were dirty. Disappointed but not an issue we just told the front desk and asked if they could change the sheets. We were moving our daughter back to college and came back to the hotel at 11 pm to sleep after being exhausted to find that the sheet were never changed. On top of that we had our 4 yr old toddlers with us. My husband went downstairs to let them know and they came back upstairs 20 mins later and gave us sheets to change the bedding ourselves, then they forgot the pillow cases so we had to wait for them to return with the pillow cases. Go to get showers and the shower was loud like something was wrong with the plumbing. I stay here every time I come to NC so this was disappointing.
