Room was Amazing. Clean. Receptionists was friendly an attentive. Fresh coffee, ice machines worked. Pool was clean, great fitness center. Breakfast buffet was Amazing. Delicious cinnamon rolls. Hot biscuits and gravy. Eggs, sausage patties and links.. Check out person on Sunday. Very cheerful and helpful. Great experience!!

We really liked this property. The facility was really fresh and no musty smells whatsoever. The staff was friendly, prompt, professional, and efficient. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable bed and luckily they even thought to turn our air on before check in so it was also nice and cool upon our arrival. The room was quiet and fully stocked with towels and toiletries that may have been needed for our stay. We were lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the breakfast that came with our stay. We were very pleased with the quality and selection. They had everything from cold cereal and milk to taquitos. And the coffee was delicious and enough flavor to get us kicked into gear for the remainder of our road trip. Good Job Holiday Inn!!!

The room was nice and clean on arrival. Bed was very comfortable but daily housekeeping was poor. We were there for a week. Our bathroom was not cleaned each day just new towels provided and old towels taken. We pulled up the bedspread each day before we left and that's how it stayed each day.

All was nice. There were a couple of bugs (one in the bed and 2 in the bathroom which were not bed bugs I don’t think) We did leave a stuffed animal of sentimental value that we are confersing with the location to hopefully get back.

The room was nice. The seal around the door was horrible, I had to put a towel on the bottom of the door and lots of light still came through the sides. It made the room very bright from the hall lights and didn’t block out people talking and walking in the hall.

The location is dark & desolate right next to a truck stop; I wouldn’t recommend for females traveling alone. The staff was friendly & the room was clean; however the walls were paper thin & we had very noisy occupants screaming & yelling at all hours. There were also no wash clothes provided. Breakfast was standard.

The stay was ok. I wanted to relax in the room and watch TV when I arrived. Cable was not working. They could only receive 3 or 4 basic channelsin the hotel. They had me change rooms 3 or 4 times before it was revealed there was no cable on the TV.

We got a king suite-accessible because it was the only one available. It was very odd. The desk was moved directly across from the bed-no outlets. The space where it had obviously been was empty. We are not disabled in any way, but the shower would have been difficult. The bar was next tothe toilet? Also the glass doors would not stay shut. Clean and nice though!

Night staff wasn’t friendly but the comfortable beds and cleanliness made up for it. Lots of hot water. The remote control wouldn’t work so I had to get some batteries from the front desk. Breakfast was to be available at 6:00 but a sign said it was delayed 30 minutes. We left without it.

No cribs, we had a party of 5, I had to make up sofa bed and go downstairs for sheets, staff was rude, I am a rewards member and was told they would not acknowledge it. Pancake machine out of order. Toilet ran constantly. Not enough towels for five ppl. We had to share.

The KINDEST staff ever! I booked LATE, and walked in maybe 10 minutes after booking, and they had my room pulled up & papers to sign! Checking out , I turned in my room keys & didn't expect to get a receipt because, usually, when I book through Hotels.com, the hotels tell me to print my receipt from Hotels.com! This hotel is off to itself, easy in and out. A great spot to stay when traveling and you don't want to fight traffic in the bigger towns.

This location was probably the creepiest I have ever stayed in due to the location. My daughter and I did not feel safe from the time we got there until the time we left. We felt unsafe enough that we did not go back out for dinner and put chairs in front of the doors. I realize you can’t pick up and move but maybe provide better licks on doors and snack machine and maybe more outdoor lighting

We were a little worried about staying on I-20, but this was off the highway, at the end of a dead end street that is separated from the highway a good bit. This made us feel safer. Great breakfasts. Super friendly staff. Great location.

Room appeared to be remodeled recently and stylish, roomy and has many electric outlets. Amenities are kind of skimpy side. Location is in the middle of nowhere, and dining options are limited unless you drive. Staff is friendly.

Although this hotel is off of the highway it is in front of a wooded area and there are a lot of homeless people that hang out in the area. It is also inconvenient because of the construction and narrow roads right on the exit of the hotel not to mention how busy the intersections is in the area as well. Other than that the hotel is nice, clean and the breakfast was great!

theres a lot of construction going on in marshall - not holiday inn's fault - it was a little tricky getting there but - this place was pristine and not just the front as w/ some hotels. big props to holiday inn express

They were almost out of breakfast food. Barely had anything 45 mins before it closed. Cinnamon rolls were frozen. No regular coffee and the decaffeinated coffee was cold.
